I recently visited Peter Pipers Pizza and had an amazing experience! The food was not as I had expected, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pizza was hot and fresh, with the perfect combination of toppings and a delicious crust. The service was swell and the employees were helpful, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing, with plenty of seating options and a great selection of games for kids and adults alike. I cant wait to go back to Peter Pipers Pizza for another day of family fun. Its the perfect spot for fun and a casual dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat!

Everything was good except for one thing that was a little bothersome. There were so many dirty tables, and there were plenty of employees that were not doing anything or much at all that could have cleaned those. Nobody likes to eat surrounded by filth. Just saying.

Recently moved to Waco two weeks ago and took my 3 kids to eat here for lunch, not knowing the buffet ends at 2 pm. The GM allowed me to still get the buffet even though it was 2:09pm. and charged me full price. We grabbed our first helping, sat down, and started eating. My two littlest boys went straight to the games. While my older boy and I started eating. While starting to take our first bites, we looked up and noticed they were throwing away everything in the buffet area. I instantly got irritated as I just paid for my family to eat the food. So, I went to the register and talked with the GM about why they threw away the food that I literally just paid to eat. He stated that I told you that it ends at 2pm. Then, I replied, Then why would you sell me the buffet if they were just going to throw it away. I asked for a discount or if I could get a pizza. He then gave me a medium-sized pizza for compensation. I went back to our table with the pizza. Then, I regrouped with little kids in the game area. We walked around the games for roughly 20 minutes and came back to our table, finding that all of our food had been cleared, only leaving the drinks behind. All the while my two little kids have yet to eat anything. I was so upset at this point we just walked out. I will never be returning to this establishment or referring it to anyone. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had in my life at any restaurant.

Over crowded, WAY to NOISY, pizza wasnt good enough to be in a freezer section at Walmart. Rude staff, not enough staff, customers smoking pot ( in the children area ) its smell was overpowering. I wish I was making this up but I only say what I see and experience. As former Restaurant GM I couldnt believe what was going on! Its possible that they lost control of the restaurant. I could only See floor staff sending people out due to outside food or drinks. No one was in the game area for control and basically younger kids were being ignored, if a guardian was not with them. I truly hope it was a staffing issue. I dont like being so negative but again I only addressed things that I saw or experienced.

Kaliha was an amazing party host!!!! I meant to send back my paper review to Peter Piper Pizza but I ended up forgetting. I had my son s first birthday party, and will be a memory we ll all hold forever! Kaliha was great, and was always checking on us and making sure we were good on pizza, ice cream and everything else. She answered all of my questions throughout the party and was right there. 10/10 service!!!

My daughter had her daughters birthday here. They assign a waitress for each birthday person. She was excellent she made sure all the drinks were filled. She was there to take away all the empty plates. Asked several times if we needed anything. She brought boxes to the table when we were finished. She took pictures of our birthday girl. There are plenty of games for the children to be entertained. Great atmosphere all around. Definitely would recommend having a childs birthday party here.

We ordered our pizza light sauce we got a pizza covered in sauce the second pizza absolutely disgusting probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten the service horrible these people hate their job NOT ONE employee has smiled or been friendly especially considering this is a place for kids I asked for 2 ranch dressing the lady was rude and said 64 cents each at the register I then went to the register purchased 2 ranch dressing I gave her $1.25 looking for the nickel she gave me earlier she legit held the ranch like I hadn t given her any money I highly recommend not coming here

The wife and I recently went here for a weekday day-date for some buffet pizza, a pitcher of beer, and play some arcade games. We had a blast. Never been here until that day. Definitely coming back. Great place to have a kids party. There are a variety of games to play but some dont work correctly. A little maintenance is definitely needed. Took my grandson and he had a blast. He won 785 tickets and the attendant behind the ticket counter was really good at explaining to him what items he could buy. He got some fun stuff and he was really happy. Thats the only thing that matters.

The kids had a great time, but they are 4 and 6. The food is terrible, the pizza was lower quality than generic frozen pizza from the grocery store. The salads are tiny, and the chicken wings are flavorless. Plus it is more expensive than the competitor. With as hard as it is to admit. Chuckee Cheese is ten times better (and they also suck!)

The pizzas taste very good, great variety of machines, they sell jugs of beer. If you come here you will easily stay a couple of hours, there are games for children and adults, you can win tickets and they are exchangeable for prizes, above 2000 tickets there are very good prizes. They have pizzas, salads, wings, desserts, and lots of family fun.

Ordered pizza & wings. Pizza came out no wings. Was told they are coming. Came back to check 15 minutes after pizza and still 5 more minutes of waiting for my robo puck to bleat its diabolical chirp so I can get my wings. I dont like Cicis so much but I definitely preferred it over my experience here. I had also wanted salad but was informed they were out. Well dang. Never been here B4. Not good on 1st impressions. I presume it was hand tossed crust but its thin and not crispy. Looks like dough isnt given proper time to rise.

For the price and quality, its a good place to have a party, order for 20 people and still enjoy a good pizza. I would want to see more combinations but, thats just me. Parking: Plenty of space, even when it gets full you wont take long to find a parking space. Don t work or hire at the Peter piper pizza unless you want someone not to respect you I been working at the restaurant for 2 Years and on (Wednesday 4,2023) I was stacking the napkin ,straws and the Chesse and pepper until this awful manager name Donald was calling my name and was rude I did nothing wrong with him all I do it s put the cheese and pepper on the other side so I don t disturb other try to get the Chesse and the pepper and he put it back 3 times and I was feeling uncomfortable and make me upset I wasn t able to finish my work because of him. So i recommend not to work/hire at this restaurant unless you want him to disrespect you

My family and I came here for lunch while we were traveling and let me tell you they did not disappoint!! The pizza here is so good we absolutely loved it!! We are from Denton and wish there was one near by that we can go to. We ordered a New Yorker and it is our favorite and best choice along with an original pepperoni. We wish we didnt live so far or we would be back there again and its only been a week!

Nice place to have a kids party. It usually gets pretty crowded on Saturdays, so we opted to have the party on Sunday. Out guests enjoyed themselves and the birthday girl had a blast. Our host was awesome. The birthday host handles all the ordering of drinks, pizza and bringing out the ice cream when you are ready. They also provide tokens for the kids with the birthday package. Overall.. I would definitely have another party here.

I would ve given more stars because the pizza was cooked very well. Light crispy crust with just the right balance of fresh toppings, cheese and sauce. They lost points in service and also in the wings. When we let them know that one of the pizza s ordered was wrong, the attendant had an attitude and made sure we knew it. We also asked them to cook the wings just a little longer because the chicken looked half done with sauce on it. When we got it back, they over cooked the wings and made sure it was completely dead. Seasoning on the chicken was entirely too salty. Several birthday parties were on going which was good, but there was almost no place for regular patrons to sit. On the bright side, they have an ATM if you need to take out some cash to exchange for tokens for the kiddos.

So I ve never been one to ever write a review and told myself that if I did, then it d either be a really great experience or a very terrible one. So I grew up all my life looking forward to eating great food and spending quality time with great people. Well, as of today I ve gotten pretty fed up with the way I ve been treated every-time and it s only from one staff member, and according to my receipt his name is Donald and let alone, he is the manager. I asked for a buffet, then was told to go ahead and pay, so I got my Apple Pay out and was hovering it over the screen, then he aggressively said hold up hold up you need to wait , then he told me to go ahead and try it, then while I was paying, my friends told me he was rolling his eyes directly at me and being sarcastic. Then he threw my receipt at me and didn t let me know that he gave it to me along with my wrist band, in which my friend had to hand it to me and let me know. Even after I left, I was told that he was looking at me very sarcastic. Me and my friends (who in which are Mexican) were treated very differently from the next customers (who were Caucasian) and showed them no disrespect and seemed to be in a better mood while they ordered compared to us. Today, (along with almost every time I order from him) in a moment that only lasted 2 minutes to order, Donald is the only person who has seemed to discourage me from coming back and I most likely won t, I do not recommend coming here if you don t wanna feel discriminated towards by him, food is great though.

I dont usually right these reviews unless i truly have a bad experience but the customer service displayed here was awful and i could not stay silent about this one. Never coming back and do not recommend to anyone!
