I m so glad I hired Chris Harris on my personal injury case. He and his Paralegal Meredith work extremely hard to move your case along as quickly as possible while keeping you informed every step of the way. Car accidents are one of the worst experiences to cope with both physically and emotionally and dealing with the insurance company yourself can really add to that stress. Seriously impressed by this group. They were honest and told me my odds with no bias. In the end, I chose not to go to litigation based on the facts we had. They could have taken advantage of our need to pursue, but they set me straight based on potential outcome. This kind of honesty is sadly rare in our litigious society and is much appreciated. Only go see Chris and Meredith Harris if you are looking for the Samurai of the legal community. They are litterally the best legal team out there.. (sorry Mel and Connley). My experience was nothing less than stellar and only wish I had the vocabulary to better express the gratitude I feel. My wife and I were not planning on having more kids but now we have to because of the moral imperative I feel to name a child after one of them.

will Hutson in my eyes won my case I mean I plead guilty but if I passed my drug test I would get time served (which I passed) for a weed charge!!! This lawyer actually has ALOT OF PULL with the courthouse & isn t that what we re all looking for he stuck by his word to come to court clean & I stuck by mine yessssss 2 years later I m done I recommend him to anybody need a Waco lawyer (his secretary comes off hardcore & so does he ) but he s great & my money well spent!!!!

I recently had a very positive experience with Hutson and Harris out of Waco. A friend was in trouble in Plainview, TX. She reached out to a family member in Austin but it was clear that he could use some help getting her out. After a recommendation from a close friend, we reached out to Chris Harris for a consult. Chris advised us exactly what we should do, and advised us to reach out to one of his contacts in Lubbock. Because of his consultation and referral, we were able to get our friend out of jail the very next day for less than half the original bond. I would highly recommend Hutson & Harris and would contact them in the future if I have a legal need.

Where do I begin? I talked to several different attorneys in the Waco area and all of them (three total) just didnt seem to connect with me. They all seemed to just want a bunch of money and it felt like they didnt genuinely care about me or my case at all. So, I started asking around and one name came up time after time and that was Will Hutson. So I found his website and filled out the contact form online and Mr. Hutson himself called me the following morning to schedule a meeting. During the consultation I could tell that Will knew the law as he had answers to all of my questions without judging me. He wanted several thousand dollars to represent me but he told me that I could retain him for 50% down and that I could pay the rest out. He was very easy to talk to and for every question I had, he had an immediate answer. One of the other attorneys I met with wasnt sure about one of my questions and said they would have to look up the answer! This was without a doubt a red flag for me and so I left that office and never looked back. I decided to go with Mr. Hutson and I am so glad that I did. From day one, he and his paralegal stayed in contact with me. They returned my phone calls and emails promptly. Will explained to me in detail exactly what was going to happen with my case. He was spot on and everything he told me turned out to be true. This is something that you dont find in an attorney most of the time which I believe is why most people hate them. What started off to be one of the worst events in my life ended up being okay and I owe it all to Will Hutson. He is without a doubt one of the BEST attorneys out there. He takes your case serious and will fight for the best outcome. He was worth every penny I paid him.

Awesome experience! Needed an attorney for a criminal case for a family member, we looked online at reviews and called the firm. After talking to Will Hutson for 30mins. He told is to feel free to check around and we decided no let s retain him and we did! Best decision ever!! We talked to him twice and the 2 time he called us was to tell us the case was dismissed! I was fortunate to meet Chris Harris a few years back when I needed clear legal counsel, personal advice & strong representation in court. I talked to many attorneys but none put my wife & I at ease like Chris & his team did. After many hours working on my behalf I now trust him as if he were family & cant thank him enough for the work he put into helping me win my case. Since our first interaction I have turned to Chris in other areas & relied upon his expertise in business many times. There are plenty of options for good attorneys in Central Texas but in my experience there are only a few that will take ownership of the case to ensure the best possible outcome. I found a blog written by Chris Harris on roof damage, it explained my situation right down to the very step. If my property was in Texas or he could practice in Illinois he would be the one I would want on my side. He was kind enough to not only speak to us on the phone but also answered a few emails after that. Its a shame I cant find someone like him that can help me with my roof claim in Illinois because its looking as if I might have to file my own lawsuit or face foreclosure. If you have any claims with your homeowners and you are in Texas I highly recommend you give him a call.
