This is our families favorite spot to go to for pizza. It is made more for takeout or delivery, but they actually have seating inside, so my family enjoys ordering it and eating inside! The staff is always so kind and attentive. We haven t had a bad experience here in over a few years of going! The pizza is great, the garlic dipping sauce is my favorite to dip my crust and the deals on the app have kept it affordable for my family. We highly recommend!

Great staff, great pizza! The food was AUTHENTIC, fresh, and served with a great sense of customer service. Unlike most pizza restaurant chains, its crust (which ultimately defines the quality, taste, and texture) is made FRESH, in-house each day. They did a special promotion for kids at school. They were totally unprepared and made us wait 1 hour inside for curbside. Then our pizza was ready and sitting on the counter for 15 minutes. My wife told them twice our order was ready. The guy told her to wait. That pissed me off. Ridiculous.

These guys were AMAZING and honestly saved my a$$!!! I was hosting a training conference in Allen this week and totally forgot to place my order for Friday. Well Friday morning at 8AM I go online and order 33 large pizzas and 2 orders of wings. They didnt open until 10:30am, so I called to make sure they saw the order and were able pull thus off. With confidence, Jordan said..... Weve got you. Theyre going in the over now! 33 Large pizzas!! And $600 later, everything was a hit! The group loved the food and I could not have been happier. George is the new manager of this location and is an amazing guy!!! He went above and beyond to make certain the order was right! George, Jordan and crew..... thank you again for saving me!! Marcos Pizza located at Ridge Rd. & McKinney Ranch PKWY is the best! Its my birthday week, so Marcos sent me an email for a free small, 1 topping pizza to celebrate! I ordered pepperoni, and it was fantastic! The cheese, the perfect crust, spiced, excellent! Husband loves the cheese pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple. Customer service is horrible. The staff are all teenagers , one kid I asked a question about the pizza bowl and I was ignored. I asked the same question thinking maybe he didn t hear me and ignored again. Then that teenager went to go grab someone else to help me and he barely opened his mouth to ask how can I help you. Seems like he may still have been in training and was nervous. Not a good vibe at all. Normally on a Saturday pizza places are packed. I was the only one there and I had to wait 35 minutes and no one else showed up. It says a lot. The location I went to was in Mckinney on ridge road. Management may need to pay this location a visit. I almost cancelled my order.

Good pizza, but the service is severely lacking and has been for a couple years now. We have ordered from them many times and its common for them to forget to include things we paid extra for, like the dipping sauces. In fact one night I ordered 3 pizzas and one of the pizza boxes was completely empty, fortunately I noticed it before getting to the car. Their delivery is hit and miss, sometimes it works and isnt too slow and other times they may deliver to the wrong house. The solution if you want to order from them is to do store pickup, that way you can check your order before you leave and dont have to deal with delivery issues.

I ordered 2 pizzas from the Mckinney store on Ridge road (Marcos #5048) at 7:38 pm and didnt receive my pizza or an update from the store after more than an hour elapsed. When I checked the order tracker on the app, it said that the pizza wasnt even prepared yet and that it would be prepared at 8:30 pm with a delivery time of 9:00 pm. When I called the store, the manager said it was a mistake and that the pizza was 10 mins away from my door. What she did not know was that I was looking at the order tracker on the app during the call and saw the status change to order is being prepared as we were on the phone. Sure enough, after 15 mins, I still did not receive my order. I called again to cancel the order. The manager said she cancelled the order, but could not give me confirmation number or proof of cancellation. I will have to monitor the activity on the card used to know if she really cancelled it or not. I am absolutely disgusted at the level of service and dishonesty from the Marcos location in McKinney on 4100 Ransom Ridge Rd. 2/6/22 - A year after my bad experience here (see previous review for that disaster), we decided to try this place again to see if things had improved any. No, this place did not get any better. We kept our order small and modest, just a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak. One topping was missing from the pizza entirely and the Philly cheesesteak didn t have cheese on it. This place doesn t deserve a third chance. Forget this place and move on!

Called in and the teenage less than credible associate told me she would not accept order because they were trying to shut down. Nice not doing business with you. Great pizza- bad service at this location. Other times Ive called and they are completely incapable of placing orders via phone also. Not impressed. Would recommend the McDermott location it seems like management has a better hold on its employees and doesnt fill the store with a ton of incompetent teens. No offense.

If that is the case, than communicate the issue!!! You are offered free breadsticks on your next order when you bring receipt. Apprantly, you are not offered this treat when you wait 90 min for a delivey order and are then told on the phone it will be 20 more min, then end up driving to the store and picking up the pizza yourself. You must settle for a mere discount off the pizza and the waiving of the delivery fee. The irony is, we have been ordering pizza at this store since their grand opening and not once have cashed in on their free breadsticks as an effort to not increase their dilution on their receivables and support a local mckinney franchise.....The joke is on us. ...It would not hurt if Tim Brown got more hands on with the Gen. Mngr. Elizabeth Puzanki (last name is more than likely mispelled). This store could use more effective logistical procedures. If i was Elizabeth, i would never allow my store to be working weekend evenings with only ONE driver. Guess the impact passed onto the customer is within their SLA tolerance. Personally, If you are in the 75070 zip, I recommend trying the new pizza store, KRUST PIZZA, on Alma & Stacy. ...Their reviews speak for itself.

Constant problems every time I give this place a chance the first time I order delivery the driver tried to keep my change excusing it by saying we don t carry change he finally gave me 10 dollars back with was still sort of what I was supposed to get back. So disappointed today with Marcos. In the past they have been worth every penny and we were happy to eat their delicious pizza. Tonight, the pepperoni magnifico was so greasy that the entire box was wet from the grease...which has not happened before. My husband ate his slices and immediately felt sick to his stomach. For me, I had a deluxe bowl and after eating 1/4 of it.....I am sick to my stomach as well. Like immediate gas and nausea and that has never happened with their pizza in the past. I think it will be a long while before we order again. Not sure what has changed, but something definitely was not right tonight!

I will never order here again. I started ordering Marco because we love the one in The Colony and moved to Mckinney. After waiting about 2 hours for my pizza to come I finally called, I was trying to be patient due to Covid. I was told they only have 1 driver and asked if I want to pick it up. They are 5 minutes from my house so sure I dont mind. The guy on the phone said we will remake them fresh they will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I said ok and hung up 10 minutes later as Im about to walk out the house he calls back and says his manager said I would have to wait an hour. Up until this point I have been patient now you want my family to wait 3 hours. So they said they would refund my order guess what no refund so now looks like Im going to have to dispute it. Customer service to me is everything and this was very poor on their behalf. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

To be honest the food is really good. The service is a disaster. Ive been a regular almost weekly customer for a year. Im totally done at this point. From orders not being filled properly, forgetting items and returning with them, placing an order and recieving a call that there are no drivers, issues with refunds, etc. You name it and Ive had it happened. I just ordered a salad. Waited a while and went to pick it up. No bag, utensils or napkins. Just walked it right out to my car. I dont even trust eating it now. Looking for a new location.

Oscar the General Manger at the 4100 Ridge Rd STE 102, McKinney, TX 75070 location is the best! He went above and beyond to make our order happen. We live in Plano and LOVE this pizza. We wanted to introduce it our immediate family and friends in McKinney. We called 2 different locations for delivery but none could deliver. We were willing to pick up during COVID 19. We called the Virginia store, but they said we are outside our delivery zone. We called the Ridge store and Oscar entered our address and said it would not be problem. We love Marcos and have given them several chances. Today was it for me I had to call and complain. Every time we order we usually order the same thing. My girls don t like that much sauce on their pizza so we order it with very little sauce. The last 5 or 6 times they have gotten it wrong and almost soaked the pizza in sauce. Today when I called Alex the manager answered. I explained the issue. She was very apologetic and she went above and beyond to make not only me happy but my kids. She made and brought us a new cheese pizza and gave us cheesezy bread which the kids love! I get that we are on hard times right now but please train the staff to read the tickets correctly and make the orders correctly! Money is getting even tighter so when we order pizza from Marcos it will only be a Friday night special. Thank you Alex for going the extra mile for my family! My husband and I waited 35 minutes for our order and was not informed the order had been extinguished (Marcos staff jargon) until my husband inquired about the status of our order. The young lady the staff had speak to us was very unprofessional, she NEVER apologized and gave the option to either wait an additional 30 to 35 minutes as Marcos would prepare the order (for real this time) or she will provide a refund . My husband asked if Marcos/she would compensate us (soda/one topping pizza) she declined and we then requested a full refund. To expect us to wait an additional 35 minutes due to their error and not offer an apology or a soda is horrible customer service. We were not the only customers to complaining. We ordered our pizza from Market Street, the cost was less, we received excellent customer service and the pizza was delicious. We will not return to any Marcos Pizza eatery

This people had me waiting 45 minutes and and order was promised in 35 minutes and when I asked where it was , they told me it was suspended and had not even been started. No apology or any type of compensation for my wasted time offered outside of refunding my money which I did and went elsewhere where it would be appreciated. Worse customer service experience I have had in a long time. Teach your employees the art of taking care of customers, even when a mistake is made which I do understand can happen, but to not even apologize and understand your customer is there to order food after a long day/week of work and waste there time like that is UNACCEPTABLE!! I recommend not to patronize this establishment if you care about your hard earned money!! Because these people dont!

We ordered our pizza at 5:55 pm. It did not arrive till 7:52pm. After calling and asking what was taking so long all the manager could say is we are short handed, she was not very sincere with her apology either. She spoke like oh well this is how it is. This will be the second time we have ordered from this marcos and it took way longer to get the pizza than we were told. On a plus side our delivery guy was very nice.

Last time I ordered I had lots of small issues. Times before that had been okay with intermittent issues.. but they always seem to have quality control issues. Pizzas arriving uncut, delivery driver arriving with wrong pizzas. I left feedback on my last experience and never even got contacted back about it. Pizza was cold.. Tried to call the store but got picked up and immediately hung up on. Tried to call back and waited on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Its a shame, because I prefer the taste of their pizza to others.

Weve ordered several times.. I preffer the taste of their pizza over Dominos or Pizza Hut. We usually have no issue (other than the time my pizza was dropped upside down outside the front door) Tonight I placed an order online at 5pm for 6:30 delivery.... it is now 7:10, and no pizza. Also, I called to check the status... ive been on hold now over 20 minutes just waiting for someone to pick up the line... I would say its unacceptable service, but I havny actually received service so... Update- my boyfriend sat on hold another 20 minutes after me. No one ever picked up. We just assumed we werent getting our pizza so ordered from somewhere else... finally, an hour and 45 minutes late- Marcos pizza came.. obviously we no longer needed it. Probabaly wont ever order from this location again.

Made a delivery order on the mobile app at 6:42pm. Said my delivery would be here at 7:59pm. I called the location at 8:00pm as the online order status still says it s in prep. It is now 8:20 and I m still on hold. From looking at the recent reviews on google the owner is not concerned about taking care of their customers. I ve been a fan of Marcos for a long time. But this service is not worth my time.

I placed cheese pizza order for my 5 yr old by making phone call, guy on other side told me that it would take 20 to 25 minutes for delivery, since my order did not meet minimum amount to deliver, he asked me add something else so a drink was added to the order. After 1 hr, I called the shop again enquiring about my order, the guy on other side was not apologetic about the delay, he goes order should be with there any time. After 1hr 30 minutes, i called the shop again, this time he was rude, he was not even answering, he was like it should be there any time. Three months ago, our pizza was delivered almost too burnt to eat and with the incorrect drink order. Today, Sister tried ordering again. 7:08 placed order, 7:50 estimated delivery, 8:10 called and asked if our order was missed and was told she was just about to send it out the door, 8:32 called again and asked if our order was on it s way.... 8:36 and it s still not here. Our pizza is on track to be a full hour later than expected. 8:42 pizza delivered. I can see on the receipt that it was reprinted at 8:29. So they literally forgot our order, lied on the phone about it being on its way at 8:10, and still would not compensate.

They have a different variety for pizza sizes. After we got the pizza and brought it home, we discovered that there was only jalapeños. All the meats and veggies were missing. Mandy made sure to satisfy us when we went back. the pizza was great.

This place is too slow, I ordered 2 m pizzas and wings online, I got confirmation email that my order were going to be ready at 11:10. I tracked my order online at 11:15 it said it was ready for pickup but when I got to the store at 11:25 the guy told me they were in the middle of making my food, that it would take some more time, of course I cancelled my order, I am eating WHATABURGER with my friends right now.

Ive ordered from here a few times now and each time has been great. Tonight, I ordered a pizza for pick-up and realized after getting home that toppings were missing. I called and recieved fantastic customer service and was told theyd write down my name and number for when I order in the future. We dont normally do pizza (maybe once a year), but my experiences at this location have already led me to order 3 times. Delivery is always faster than expected and flavor and appearance are spot on. We had ordered a pizza for dinner tonight, our first time with Marcos. Im pretty disappointed with the results. The flavor was okay but, when I order a pizza I guess that I expect a bit more than over whelming crust and and unimpressive topping ratio. Far more crust and too little pizza topping area for the price. Ill try it again maybe even two more times. However if this is the norm... I would have to recommend against this place! Fool me once (Id expect a redo!) Fool me again... IllI never order again. So far, unimpressive and disappointed!

I ordered from Marcos last Friday a large pizza with buffalo sauce on my wing dippers. I made in back to Anna and noticed I had no sauce on my wings. When I called I was told when it s not as busy they will call me back to inform me if they could refund or credit my order. Did a custom order with white sauce. Zero sauce pizza arrived. Just dry flatbread basically. Called to inquire and was at first told they could deliver another. Well, not even five minutes later someone named Brad called me back to tell me that he made the pizza personally and that their white sauce was garlic, water and butter which apparently gets soaked up by the thin crust pizza (well duh, its basically wattered down garlic butter) so it comes out dry. He acknowledged that the description online should be updated to accurately reflect this and apologized but thats all. No offer to send something that actually tastes like pizza.

Super disappointed. I ordered form here the first time this afternoon and it was a waste of my money for sure. I got a salad and asked them to add red onions. They charged me $1.50 for onions (yes $1 freaking50) and didn t add them! Then the deliver girl, who was very nice, came and told me she didn t have any change, which is odd, since I told them I was paying cash. So I come in and we sit down to eat the salad and the dressing was warm and the entire salad had maybe 5 pieces of chicken in it. I m glad this is all we ordered. Now I know better than to spend any money here in the furniture. Lesson learned. Btw the 2 stars are for the delivery person because she was very kind.
