Great Sugar Land maintained park - especially for little kids! Built for ages 2-5, mulched, lots of green space and shade. In the morning, the baby swings, benches, and bouncers are in the shade. There is room to park in the street near the playground, but a larger parking lot near the tennis court and volleyball court. There are multiple covered picnic areas.

Its a beautiful park thats just the right size for being a true neighborhood park. Its Playstation could be bigger but the walking path is great and a perfect size tennis court. I would say this is a truly enjoyable park!

for its small size- there are lots of great features. a decent length walking path with doggy bags always stocked. small playground for little kids. tennis court, sand volleyball, parking, nice shaded outdoor picnic areas and a large green space in the center. i just wish there were more trees for shade

I like the walking, or you can run, play volley ball, or tennis, practice football in the field. Or you can watch the children play or just sit and have a picnic with a group of friends. I like walking from my home which is two blocks away and enjoy just getting out and seeing neighbors. That is what I like about Slocket Park!

The park itslef needs to be freshened up a bit. Ive lived here for 15 years and they havent chnaged a single thing. They should use all of the space they have. Definitely not dog friendly. For some reason some guy who lives close by has a issue with the dogs being off leash in the enclosed tennis court when there is NO one i repeat NO ONE at the park. The closest dog park is 25 min away off university blvd. Maybe they should put up a gate for a dog park as well. Eldridge park is much nicer, has lublic restrooms. A well kept seeting area and def much more appealing to the eye.

Nice neighborhood park, for healthy activities and exercises, along with the family. A tennis court, basketball court, swing, rides and exercises bars are sufficient to keep yourself fit and well entertained. A long trail also available for cycling, walking or jogging.

Family and dog friendly neighborhood park. Has volleyball sand court with built in net; so just bring ball. Two Tennis courts, cement track, water fountain, playground, along with extensive playground, nice gymnastic monkey bar playgrounf of elementary school right by it. 2 full basketball courts. NO bathroom.

A basic park with a jungle gym, tennis court, swing set, and walking path behind an elementary school (not affiliated with the elementary school) it has a nice shared seating area with wooden benches and vines.

Surprisingly clean (not too much litter, but expect to see the irresponsible dog owners mess once in a while) and across the street from my house (well, one intersection and a sidewalk - the dogs can be annoying though). Though the hours are actually sunrise to sunset (not 7 am to 10 pm) and its a great idea to wear the proper clothing for the season since the area has some pretty tall grass at times.
