I absolutely love coming here, it s one of my favorite places to go for date night. The lobster ravioli is my favorite and I highly recommend it to everyone. Their espresso martini is delicious, too.

We were fortunate to take part in the Santa Margherita wine dinner recently and were blown away by how great everything was. The wines were great of course, but the food was unbelievable. There wasnt a single item on the special menu that we didnt find to be exceptional. The food was beautifully prepared and presented with perfect portions. The wine portions were also appropriate and paired very well with the food. We hope to return for many more of these events.

I do like it here, but the food so far has been subpar for the price. The menu is also a bit confusing to read, so my first time at the restaurant, we ordered happy hour items but were told we couldnt get happy hour pricing if we werent at the bar (this was very unclear on the menu). I do like the happy hour, now that I understand it. The food Ive tried has really missed the mark for me.

What I did not like: a 3% credit card surcharge. Considering that I paid almost $200 for 4 people, but we want more rubbed me the wrong way. Other than that, excellent meal enjoyed by all. Best Fettuccine Alfredo I have ever had (but I wont top it with Italian Sausage next time). Peroni beer fits the Italian theme but is nothing special. Overall, top-notch food and atmosphere make this a great option when you feel like having a nice meal out.

We enjoyed it very much! The staff was the best part of the whole experience. They maitre d was so kinds to help us find a toddler shoe. Parmesan chicken. It was so savory. The chicken was seasoned and fried well. The noodles werentt lackadaisical either. I recommend especially when its a special. Its got good value. ~Italian sub sandwich. It was a decent sandwich. The meatballs were juicy and seasoned well. The bread was okay and the french fries were nothing special either. !!mushroom ravioli. Holy moly! That brown butter sauce was the best dish we had there. The ravioli just soaking in the sauce made it a dream Fyi. Wait to be seated.

Spectacular place. Great for date venue or works for family. The food is amazing. The Triple Delight was perfection, and the broccoli is a must have. As was the food, the staff was excellent, headlined by Gabby, who was just delightful. I will come back. Kid-friendliness: My kiddo loved the place. Great local root beer had him raving.

I came in for dinner when I was in town visiting my daughter who lives in Waco and we had a wonderful night! The dining room is very pretty, I love the string lights and just the general atmosphere, very welcoming and warm. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly! Our server Emma was amazing, since Id never been here she recommended some of her favorites - we tried the meatballs and the arancini to start and both were great. For dinner we went with the Salmon Primavera and the Chicken Piccatta, although I was eyeing the Ribeye Lasagna which also got good reviews! Everything came out to the table quickly and the service was friendly and attentive. On Emmas recommendation, You have to try it Victorias Way, though!, we also got the Italian Espresso Martini with peanut butter whiskey, and a Lavender Haze. Im a little sad that we didnt save room for the panna cotta, but I guess that means well have to come back next time Im in town. Parking: Large, free parking lot in front of the restaurant.

So we went to Pignetti s last night for the second time, and our experience was again AMAZING! We had a reservation that we were running late for so I called the restaurant and they were more than accommodating. Every person that works there is always kind, courteous and attentive. The atmosphere and ambience is gorgeous and very romantic. My husband and I have tried new dishes each time we have gone and were obsessed with everything that has been brought out to us. I don t think they have one bad item on that menu. 10/10, I already have recommended to all of my friends here in Waco. We will be returning customers always! Parking: Parking is always easy and accessible in their lot right in front of the restaurant!

Atmosphere: Upon entering the restaurant, the greenery was really welcoming and didnt conflict with the restaurants logo. It looks like it shares property with another establishment, but the moment you turn into the restaurant area, you are immediately drawn into a great view with all the draping lights. The lights are a great aesthetic and immediately draws you in, if not the bar area with its chandelier type light fixtures. Surrounding the bar are alot of high tables with other seating arrangements, the art and decorations are captivating and definitely a sight to see. Service: Service was great and immediately upon entering, we were greeted and notified if we had a reservation or not. Since I didnt reserve a spot and establishment was full we were given an opportunity to select from the bar or high tables. High tables are great touch but cant get cramped if more that 2 people. Highly recommend reserving a spot for a better spot and view of the restaurant. Gabby (our server) was beyond amazing, was always there before we could ask anything and when she was there, she offered assistance with anything that we had questions with. She was also great in communicating with us just seeing how our dining experience was. Quality: After looking over the menu, a friend local to the area recommended the Ribeye Lasagna and was told I wouldnt be disappointed. She was not wrong at all, the dish had a great amount of flavor and portions was more than enough (food was almost past the brim of the dish). The sauce was ample enough for the dish but did not take away from all the other components of the dish. Filis Fave: If you are second guessing the Ribeye Lasagna, do your self a favor and just order the dish, you will not be disappointed. I look forward to trying more of the their dishes and for sure will be sure to reserve a table prior. Parking: Ample of parking in front of the establishment and looks like you can also park on the side of the street.

I ordered a Pignetti Mule. Not as good as I anticipated. Tasted watered down and lacked flavor. I had the Chicken Marsala as delicious. We hosted a 2024 Graduation dinner for 4 families and I cannot rave enough about the amazing experience! The back room is beautifully decorated for special occasions and the menu options were plenty for anywhere from meat eaters to vegetarians. The wait staff was very attentive and the owners are lovely and added so many special touches, from adding cake toppers to our cakes to taking time from a busy Saturday night to come in and help with wine selections. Lovely atmosphere and energetic. The staff were so very friendly including our server Lauren! We were in town for the eclipse and they had fun with using it as the theme for the evening. The owner was even wearing a Star Trek uniform for the space/eclipse events of the day which made our day as big Trek fans. The food was rich and flavorful. I had the wagyu NY Strip and it was so melt in your mouth. Ingredients like the steak were locally sourced. Crispy brussel sprouts are amazing. Limoncello cake is very refreshing and not too heavy. Have been here 4 times now. Food is very good. Generally the service is great also. Last night it was sub-par. Drinks took almost 30 minutes to come out. My appetizer was finished before drinks, and before my wifes appetizer arrived. Also, she asked for an item to be left off of her dinner salad due to an allergy, and it was not. We were disappointed last night, but will likely give it another shot since it has been great in the past. Overall, I recommend trying it.

Until today the reigning champion was a restaurant called VILLA NOVA in Columbus Ohio. This place is a grand slam, out of the park and over the parking lot fence. We recently dined at Pignetti s for the first time, and the food was very good. Our large group was there for Sunday brunch, and had the eggs benedict, the quiche, the burger and the chicken parm. Everything was delicious. The burger was one of the best I ve had, with extra crispy fried potatoes as the side. We had one unfortunate experience, but management recovered very well. That Sunday they had a few specials, including a cinnamon roll as a starter. The price was $10 for each roll, and they were described as very large . We ordered three for the table. They were slightly larger than a gas station honey bun, and tasted bad. Bitterness in the batter ruined the delicious toppings. And for $10 each, we had to complain. Management removed the charges altogether. Not everything can be perfect all the time, but a restaurant can make it worthwhile - well done. We will be back.

Great service and food! They were so accommodating for our party which included a baby -- put us in a perfect place. Team was so attentive -- and were so fun engaging with the baby! One complaint though - my partner and I each had a drink and we were delighted to see that it was happy hour (Monday from 4-9, so each drink was 2$ off. What they dont tell you (AT ALL) on the menu or from your waiter is that the happy hour prices are only at the bar or lounge. I dont care that I didnt get the two dollars off my mule (which was very good)...but at least acknowledge that its only if you order it at the bar and not at the table thats 5 feet away from the bar. Just a poor business practice and principle to skimp people out for two bucks. Great food and ambience but pretty disappointed to see something like that.

Great atmosphere, great service, horrible food. I used to love it when it first opened. Got the salmon primavera, I d had it before and really liked it. The garlic and white wine sauce may have well just been water and some broth, it s tasteless. Salmon was dry, vegetables aren t even properly sautéed and they re all crunch like it was lazily thrown together. Got a dry Caesar salad for $9 and had to ask for dressing. I ll stick to Dallas from now on for Italian.

Great atmosphere and service. Triple delight(grilled chicken,Italian sausage and shrimp penne) , wagyu ribeye lasagna were both very good. 2 entrees,salad, 2 glass wine and shared dessert ~$120 including tip. Very nice dinner place. We will be back.

My daughter selected this restaurant so that we could have dinner and celebrate the new year but we were very disappointed. She chose this restaurant because it was upscale and served great cuisine. They were out of the dishes that we wanted and we were put in a position to order food that we didn t intend to eat. Also, the food was warm at best. Sure we could ve left but any other place required a reservation so we decided to stay. We ordered a couple of drinks and they couldn t make these common drinks because they had run out of that liquor. At $65 a person anyone would expect more; this should not have happened. We made the most of a disappointing dinner and the four of us rang in the new year with love and positivity at a nice place with music. Based on our negative experience we will not return to Pignetti s.

I was driving from Dallas to San Antonio, decided to stop by at Pignetti s and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Lobster Raviolis which are some of the best I ve had, the rich sauce and lobster filled raviolis are amazing! Then don t forget about dessert and order the Tiramisu you won t be disappointed. The staff was very polite and attentive. Now it s a must stop every time I travel that way.

The food was good, but the service was mediocre. If I am paying this much money for a meal, I expect spot-on service, which we did not get. Do not expect to carry on a conversation here. First of all! Cam, our waiter did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable in all the menu items. He was very attentive and accommodating to every person s preferences at the table. He was so personable as well and connected with each of us. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was inviting, family friendly, yet felt very upscale. My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner and experience last night. We are new to Waco and have found the perfect place that has the best food and best dessert. We cannot wait to go back. The owner Donnie was very welcoming and sat down at our table for a few minutes and gave us the history of the neat building space and suggested some food items which were delicious. Lauren was a great server and honestly I cannot brag enough we LOVE Pignettis and will be back.

We didn t even get inside to try the food, this experience was so bad. We were taking notes of food nearby to eat after we visited the silos, but when PAYING to park in a lot we were viciously confronted by the owner with shouting that we were in HIS lot and needed to leave. We didn t know as we weren t given instructions on parking, so he proceeded to gaslight us by saying I don t even see a guy to pay and ordering us to move our car and go onto the street. We were calm, cooperative and, honestly, scared. I can t get myself to take my loved ones into a restaurant where a hostile man would be our host. I can only imagine what would happen if something went wrong in that restaurant

The atmosphere is wonderful and April the server was phenomenal. The calamari was very bland but Arancini was delicious. The Mushroom Ravioli was the best I ve ever had. My husband enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli but said the sauce from Mushroom Ravioli was better. My husband said his Old Fashion was one of the best he s ever had. My only complaint is that a good Italian restaurant should have a good baked bread complimentary with the meal. Other than that I would definitely recommend them however, they should offer a good Italian bread with the meal.

We enjoyed the yummy arancini appetizer, followed by delicious mushroom ravioli and chicken marsala. Ruben was a friendly, attentive server (from our home state of Illinois no less!) He and the manager went above and beyond once they realized it was our anniversary, gifting us with a champagne toast and a card signed by the staff. Thank you for a super night! Although the wait to get our food was pretty long, our waitress Courtney H. was awesome she made sure we were taken care of and kept us informed on our order. Come to find out she only started working here yesterday (9/23/23). The food was very good pork chop was moist and tender. The eggs Benedict had a nice flavor, and well worth the wait. My only suggestion would be if you are looking to visit for brunch come early if you are thinking of a specific menu item as it may be sold out by the time you arrive.

Great dinner at Pignetti s Waco. We were seated in the bar area and had Brandon as our waiter. GREAT service and GREAT food! We were not disappointed with anything. The appetizers and drinks were phenomenal and the lasagna and chicken parm were beyond good. Brandon never left us waiting for anything. My husband and I went for lunch recently. The wine was delicious and the service rushed but good. The food however was awful. A mini lunch Cesar salad was discolored and all romaine spines. I ordered the mushroom ravioli and my husband a burger the food was so over salted we could barely eat it and in retrospect should have sent it back. I ordered a cappuccino which I ordered at Christmas it took a long time and we were told it was the first one ever made here?? Our experience at the holidays was all around much better. The place was almost empty, we were seated near the kitchen on top of other diners- the ambience of the building is so nice- there was endless beautiful seating to chose from. All of this to say almost $70.00 for lunch. We will not be returning for a long while.
