Two salmon meals came an hour after we ordered, and two steak meals came when we were leaving. The manager gave us a $50 gift card, but I truly feel the steak dinners should have come free. We had a group of 18 with an automatic gratuity of $82. The wait staff did a good job but were at a disadvantage since the meals werent prepared efficiently. In all fairness, I gave them a 2 1/2 hour notice of our large group.

My family arrived and was seated very quickly. As soon as we were seated we were greeted by our server Krystal she was amazing and she knew the menu ! She was very polite and her customer service skills were 100% on point ! She was warm and friendly and kept our glasses full w/ out asking. The food was delicious and we will be back ! If you come to Olive Garden here by the Richland Mall in Waco, Tx we hope you experience the immaculate food, atmosphere and professional service provided by our server Krystal you won t be disappointed !!! The service and atmosphere of this location was ideal for our familys mealtime. The food did take a longer time than expected but our waitress, Winter, made sure we were taken care of while we waited. We ordered the Shrimp Alfredo and added broccoli. It was a good portion of food.

The O.G. was my go to place. So much so, I USED to name them as my favorite restaurant. The last few years however, the food has not been the same. I used to love the buttery soft bread sticks, now they taste like bland dry bread. To Olive Garden; You havent cut your prices, but youve def cut back on ingredients. Your customers can taste the change, and you just lost a loyal one bc of it.

Truly magical experience! Not your regular visit to Olive garden. It was date night and we were greeted promptly sat within 10 minutes. The seating was perfect in a corner where no one was even though the restaurant was somewhat crowded. The manager actually greeted us and sat us and then waited on us along with the later. We had double service! Treat it like kings and queens! The food was delectable the service was delightful! Couldnt have asked for a better night!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The guy waiter at the bar that we had didn t even greet us, he had a face like he didn t want to be there. We knew the service was going to be from the start. My husband and I work in the food service management so we couldnt spend Easter day with our daughters in fact we worked all day, ironically with no time to eat, I got home at around 8pm broke my heart to see my daughters had to spend the whole day watching kids through the windows enjoying their Easter, so we decided to take them to their favorite place of course OLIVE GARDEN, as we sat down I asked the server politely i needed to have some sugar in my system bcs of the situation mentioned, I asked her if she could get us a quick appetizer she didnt seem emphatical so I shook it off, told her we wanted to order as soon as she was ready, (to not interrupt whatever she might needed to get done before) we both ordered a $20+ meal, my girls a kids meal, she comes back with literally HALF A PORTION of a salad given how tired and starving we were I asked for more salad, she said she couldnt bcs of something she couldnt explain (her assuming beforehand I was going to share with my daughters) asked for the mger, mger comes back giving me excuses bigger than the server was giving me, I said I feel like u guys are not listening I dont want excuses I want to eat, they refused and told me they were going to charge for the drinks we have had consumed so far which it was one glass each other and a fourth of the half salad we were given for my hubby and me! Like I said I worked almost 2 decades in food industry I know giving my ENDLESS SALAD wouldnt have broke their bank instead they ruined my daughters last hope of saving the day, SHAME ON THEM. Next time think of what a bad day someone couldve had and TRY TO B THE DIFFERENCE NOT ANOTHER PROBLEM!!! P.S. we are outstanding tippers that used to visit this place twice a week

So I was here yesterday and I was in the bar and the bartender Eric did an exceptionally awesome service! He was extremely easy going, patient, just overly what you would expect from someone that was serving the food. He even remembered like in our salad no onions before I even said anything for the refill it was really nice being able to see someone that was genuinely paying attention. And although I didnt get to eat the tiramisu at the restaurant cuz it was a bit Frozen, it was very good today. But I just wanted to give a shout out to Eric and offer out maybe some kudos! I have never had issues with Olive Garden but on this visit we got the soup and salad and added cheese to both. All of it tasted like vomit. The not common denominator was the cheese. The manager came and replaced the soup and salad. Saying she has never heard such a complaint. She went to the back and came back and said the cheese didn t even have an expiration date on it. Any one who has ever been servesafe certified knows that s a big no no. The meal was already ruined and no adjustments were made to the bill. I leave this review for two reasons one everyone should know the food safety being practiced and two if I get food poisoning I want it documented.

Jacob is an awesome server. Really took care of us and was very friendly with all his customers. He made you feel like you were his family!!! Wasnt really happy with the spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage, was very dry, not enough sauce! The chicken marsala didnt taste like marsala at all. Tasted more like carbonara sauce, and it was very dry as well.
