Im not sure how this place stays open given how it operates. This place is the definition of putting in the least amount of effort possible. Employees are on their phones while handing you food, menu screens are constantly broken, and you now have to ask for napkins or straws. Food orders are often missing items, and the line is slow. Its ridiculous. They have the blueprint for how to operate a restaurant literally next door at Chick-fil-A, yet somehow, this place cant figure it out. Just dont go here. Oh, and I almost forgot: a delivery driver backed into my car while I was waiting in line.

They were having some sort of appreciation thing for an employee..I get that. Cool. But the smell in that bathroom was atrocious!! I was gagging so bad! Imo if a bathroom is smelling that bad you need a sewage team out there and shut down the restaurant. But what do I know?!? Then I go to refill my coke and the nozzle popped off while I was refilling it. I was then told its not working. Ummm am I supposed to be psychic?!? Where is the sign?? Do not recommend

Just wow ..... I ordered my food at 2:11 pm receive the food at 2:58 p.m. I ordered two kids meals thats it. Look to be like 20 people there behind the counter. The only person that seem to care of my order was the guy that worked the front counter. Old Ronald we can do better than this. The first thing I would have to do is fire everyone but the guy on the front counter and Mr Bush. The manager does not care for your customers. I have never been to a McDonalds. Ordered a pick up order with 2 adult meals and 6 kids meals. Was missing both the adult meals and 1 kids meal. I called the store and the manager said she would go out and look. She then told my wife to look again because she bagged it up herself and she put everything in the bag. Stated that they were short handed but is no excuse for being rude to customers. She doesnt represent the company with any professionalism and should be fired. I expect that from a teenager who works their first job not from a manager.

Terrible service, I went to eat with my daughter and the truth is that they treated us very badly. The lady who served us spoke to us angrily. She did not give us cutlery, sugar, or creamers for my coffee. I asked for them and she claimed that she had given them to me when that was not the case. My daughter asked for more drink and they didnt want to give it to her and its not the first time they treat us like this, they should put people who like customer service

I purchased a meal and sat down and ate. I cleaned up my mess and threw away everything and pulled out my laptop to begin working. An employee named Joe, apparently in a management position, approached me and asked if I had purchased anything and asked for my receipt. As this had never happened before, I didnt think I needed to keep my receipt. The employee assumed I was lying and then asked me to leave. Very unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional behavior. I can understand having a problem with the homeless using your business, but jumping to the conclusion that your paying customers that are well-groomed and doing work on high-dollar equipment are from the same group of people youre categorizing is a very silly call to make. I dont feel comfortable giving this location any more of my money for fear that they will ask me to leave again after Ive been seated for 30 minutes.

I went through the drive-through at the Franklin McDonald s on 6-2-24 I ordered 4 for 4 special that s on the app. She charged me for everything that was singles and it came to $10. I asked her how does it come 4 for 4 and you charge me $10? She says I don t know ma am so then I got the manager. The manager wrote on the receipt to redo when I come back. I don t never go to this McDonald s I always go to the one in Bellmead or on Valley Mills six 324. I go back to McDonald s the same McDonald s that is on Franklin Avenue. I ordered got to the drive-through window. She told me how much it was $1408. I said here s 15 and I have your eight cents close the window and then gave me a handful of change back. McDonald s does have good employees and they do not listen to you have a very bad two days in a row and they screwed my order up both times.

Just one triple meat and cheese and a 10 pc nugget yet still messed it up. 2 ends on a burger is not an issue unless you dont make the customer aware of it. Id give it no stars if I could. Honestly they have homeless people around outside and where the bathrooms are located. The food is not cooked all the way. If u make it to the bathrooms you have to hurry up and do it business and get out quickly bc either they have a sewage problem or a homeless person that literally was in there cleaning themselves because its always smelling real bad in there. They do have a playground inside for kids but I dont let mine play bc of all the homeless people Its really sad that they let the place go.

Ive ordered online about 4 or 5 times, and I almost always get a espresso drink like a latte. But when I get to the drivethrough, I find out that their espresso machine is broken. Ive been a Barista before, so I understand the espresso machines break. And I can understand that even if I ordered it online, that they cant make it. I see how that can happen once, maybe twice, but it has happen a few times now. My issue is that I shouldnt be able to order something online if it cant be made. That being said, they always offered to make me something as similar as possible, and the service is ok. I just dont like ordering something, expecting to get it, and getting something else.

The manager needs some serious training on how to interact with the employees. Mid lunch rush and shes in the lobby YELLING at the elderly gentleman whos cleaning up a drink spill. She didnt even give him a chance to soak up the water. We watched her snatch the mop from his hand all while being very close to him BUT very loudly(yelling) correcting him. The entire restaurant should not be able to hear those types of interactions. This lady is definitely not a leader.

Hands down the second worst McDonalds in American. First is in Columbus Indiana where on 2nd street they DO NOT change their oil for the fyer. Here tho, an order of nuggets and fries will get you the same brown oily mess. Ask for fresh and the manager takes them back only to return with the same nuggets from before. Didnt notice until getting to work. Just assumed they fixed the issue and gave me fresh food. Went back the next day. Different manager understood and kindly teplaced the order. Unfortunately, the nuggets were freh but the oil was NOT. Fries were basically liquid (undercooked and leaking puddles of old grease). And to top it off, Ive tried for the last 3 days to get a milkshake. 5 times. Different times of day. And each time, Im told the machine is down. The 3 easiest thing to make on the menu and they utterly fail. And thats not accounting for the fact that they dont ask sleepers to leave. So homeless men are often snoring in the corner.

We were in a bind and it was in the busy time... So Im gonna cough it up to being busy. We had a mobile order. Super easy to use app! It took a bit longer than normal to have food brought out and the order was messed up and 1 drink was missing. The drink was brought to the carhops attention and they said they would bring it right out. After about 5 minutes, I walked in and got the replacement myself. The manager was quick to fix the drink but I was just ready to leave and not have the rest of the order corrected. Lesson learned... At this location on New Road in Waco... Either go in to check your order right away or play the odds.

I was door dashing and the manager on duty 07/13/23 at 1:13 pm was very rude and not attending the customers in the front. Then her exact words to HER employees was that Door dash does matter. Placed mobile order at 7:57. Got to the drive thru line around 8:05. Waited 10 minutes to pull up to the speaker. Told them I was picking up a mobile order. Was instructed to pull to the first window. Got my receipt. Pulled up to the second window. Got drinks. Waited 10 more minutes and noticed no more people in the drive thru. Decided to pull back up to the 2nd window and see what was going on. Employees walked by me multiple times and ignored me. I tried gently honking my horn a few times. An employee with a purple shirt made eye contact with me and kept walking by. Finally a car pulled up behind me. Somebody walks up to the window and tells me the total due of their order. I told him I m waiting on a mobile order and that I was told to pull forward and nothing came out for over 20 minutes. Employee brought me my partial order. I told him I m still missing items and if I could speak to their manager. I explain to the manager what s going on, he gets me my fries and just says sorry, we re understaffed and trying our best. As I m asking if my foods been waiting back there and cold this whole time, he stares at me and closes the window on my face. I understand being understaffed, but the lack of initiative and professionalism from the manager was just ridiculous. 50 minutes from time of order to finally getting food is insane. On top of that, my order ended up being wrong and no sauce provided with the nuggets. Every time I ve been here it seems like it s always 30 minutes+.

Inside still needs some love cleanliness wise and the fly situation is not cool...made me wonder if they were in the kitchen area...ekke... Play area was clean though and didnt smell so that was a plus for my kiddos. Food

I stopped going there about a year ago because they always short my order and unable to get it replaced so after almost over a year of not being there I went back and its still the same way it took me 35 minutes from order to get my food and water short 3 different food items almost 45.oo bucks and I cant understand why .

NEVER,EVER GO TO A MCDONALDS....... . Its not good food at all. Im sorry when I was a kid it was so much better I remember liking it but nowadays u never get what u ordered and the service stinks. Gross! Plus my boys never get thier toys when we order the happy meal and thats after we tell them we want one.

Absolutely one of the worst McDonald s I ve ever been too! Will never go back to this location, waited in line 30 minutes just to open my bag to a unwrapped burger thrown in the bag the fries dumped in the bad with the empty fry cup in the bag went inside to have my ordered fixed the guy who I believe was the manger was absolutely rude to me and other customers

Ordered 4 sundae s and the cashier at the window told me they didn t have sundae s and I could have a cone. I told her a cone is fine and she asked did I still want the hot fudge and I said yes. So she charged me for cones and then charged me for the fudge. I got to the second window and the other cashier told me he needs to put the ice cream in a cup for sundae s bc the Icecream was partially melted. I told him the first cashier said there were no sundae s. The manager came ti the window and said we do have sundae s. She she made me sundae s as I originally asked for. Smh

After forgetting my hashbrowns in the drive through they tell me I didnt pay for hashbrowns when my recept showed I did I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience for even asking for what I paid for.The prices keep going up and the customer service keeps going down!!!

I went to this McDonalds its closer to my job. Will my order was wrong. I ordered a sweet Tea. And it was ice coffee !!! My burgers had cheese on them. . So I took my order back. The Manger Ray got my order the way I wanted it. Everything was Hot and fresh. And Ray did it with a smile and he apologized. Thanks Mr. Ray!!
