I worked here for a couple months, had to spend a few nights in a hospital and found out upon getting out that the manager had fired me but on top of that made humiliating personal comments to me about my personal health and spoke out of line in front of guests and other employees. I found out from my friends that I still had through the company that the same day he found out, he was spreading the rumor that I was hospitalized because I attempted suicide, and overall made really hurtful remarks about me behind my back to people I trust and care about there. If anyone knows Sean and still wants to eat there, tell him not to joke about people s mental health and to not ever make suicide jokes to his employees or anyone for that matter. It doesn t fit the welcoming family establishment aesthetic last I checked and he really destroyed someone s pride and ego for what, 20 seconds of ill begotten laughter?

we come here often and I see tables that have signs that say reserved all the time!! I just called asking to make a reservation of 10 for my birthday on friday and they were like no we dont do reservations. and they were pretty rude to me on the phone and didnt help me at all!!!

First time there yesterday ate with my 2 and 9 year old grandchildren. They start you off with complimentary bread sticks and a cup of basil and olive oil sauce. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza it was delicious, cheesy with the right amount of sauce and pepperoni. I asked for roasted garlic on the side it was good but was expecting a strong garlic kick but it was good over all. It s quiet hole in wall restaurant. They offer variety of wine and beer also. As for drinks they carry Pepsi products on reason I mention is because they are people out there at insist on drinking Coke products only. It also has a little bar as soon as you walk in. Definitely going back again. Perfect place for girls day, date night or quiet family time. Definitely going back especially since it was kid approved. Parking: Was able to park right in front of the door. Kid-friendliness: I had my 2 and 9 year old grandchildren. There was also an other family with small children. Waiter knew to bring cups with lids.

We had ten (6 adults, 4 kids) when we visited this pizzeria on a Tuesday afternoon. I dont think they expected a 10-top when we arrived, because the server seemed a little flustered when he saw us. One of the moms in our party got up to go get some menus, and he was pretty short with her, telling her that hed be over to our table soon. Shortly after we arrived, 3 ladies came in, then another small group came in. He took their orders before ours. He finally did get to us, and after another long wait we got our drinks. Then he got our order. After the order was put in, it didnt take too long to get our food. Now the good part - the mozzarella sticks, angel wings, and the pizza (especially the BBQ chicken pizza) were all delicious, and worth the wait! Would I recommend this pizzeria? Yes, as long as you dont have a large party, and as long as you have time to wait.

4 days on a the island and this is by far best joint we visited. We got our Sicilian to go for dinner but the place looked like a fun time had we stayed. Pizza was awesome and I feel like it was a good value. We will be back the next time we are here.

This was a delicious place to try. Whenever we are back in the area we will definitely stop by this place again. The crust, sauce and toppings were all so delicious! Everyone loved everything we ordered. We got cheese, all meat, chicken wing, a pesto, and an artichoke pizza. Each one was so good! The cheese pull was pretty crazy and so fun. They have pizza rolls that had a unique thin crust and tasted so good. The fried ravioli, and cheesy bread sticks were yummy too! They also gave us bread and an olive oil mix upon sitting down. Im pretty sure there was 1 waitress for the entire restaurant that served our table of 9 and she was great considering how busy it was. I would definitely recommend if in the area! Very reasonably priced as well. All around great experience! It was so good that I forgot to get photos of the appetizers and cheese pizza.

We received a small dish with olive oil and spices; one of my favorites when dining Italian style food. My daughter recognized the owner speaking Italian to an employee, which added to the atmosphere and our orientation of being multilingual afficionado. The pizza was very good. It was simple half pepperoni and mushroom and half cheese but was very good. The sauce was just right. The crust was crispy, flaky. The cheese was very good. Robert was very good with his service and attention. It will definitely be a stop on our next trip to the beach, which was right around the corner from the location.

I consider myself somewhat of a pizza connoisseur and I believe that Padre Pizzeria has one of the best pizza I have eaten. We chose the Kitchen Sink pie. The very first thing I noticed when I picked up the first slice was that that I could support the weight of all of the ingredients without collapsing. No it was not burnt or was a deep dish pizza, it was soft and tasty and the firmness was just right. The next sensation in the ingredients was the nice smoky flavor of the bacon chips. However, every item on the pie could be identified by taste when eating the Kitchen Sink pie. So good and filling, we brought half of the pie home for another round of Padre Pizzerias pallet pleasing enjoyment. So when visiting North Padre Island, you must have a pizza there and enjoy the atmosphere of this restaurant.

I know this place has good reviews maybe they just had a bad night. The wings were the worst wings I ever had. Couldnt eat them. We Loved their Sicilian with artichoke in 2022. But our most recent purchase 2024 was a completely different recipe in the exact same Sicilian order. Sadly, the over salted dough was over kneaded, there was an abundance of oil, there was very little cheese and a full layer of thyme. I thought it was a prank, but hubby was not happy as he spent over 30$ and we threw it away as it was inedible. My wife and I ordered the Kitchen sink. If you like big chain whatever they call it with just about everything, you will like this even better. The crust was perfect, the toppings were plentiful, and the overall taste was almost Heavenly. This is a must if you are ever in this part of Texas. Lots of items on the menu. Wine and beer available. When we walked in, the young lady greeted us and told us to take 1 of 2 tables. She said shed follow us with menus. We took 1 of the tables she pointed out - turns out that it wasnt her section - so she didnt bring us the menus. It took awhile for our waiter to get to us as he had a 3 other tables that he was waiting on. When our waiter finally got to us, he brought us menus and bread with an olive oil dipping sauce. Friendly and informative waiter. We were debating between a small and a medium size pizza. He recommended medium for 2. We ordered the artichoke pizza. Crust was nicely browned. The pizza was good but would have preferred more artichoke and less bacon. One thing I noticed with our waiter is that he was taking care of his tables, helping the kitchen put things into the window, and helped the young lady with one of her tables. She didnt help him at all during the time we were there. Good pizza. Very much island paced service.

Visiting North Padre for the first time, this was very easy and welcoming spot post day at the beach. Staff super helpful, food was good - (ordered bbq chicken pizza, meat lovers calzone, chicken Cesar and a lasagna), understated and easy atmosphere. Definitely recommend and would go back for sure!

Not my cup of tea. Pizza ingredients UNDER the cheese, barely any sauce which did not impress. Too much cheese for normal cheese order. I ordered a thin crust; Id hate to see what the regular crust looks like. I thought Id give it a try because its 3 minutes from my house. Id rather drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Brooklyn Pie Co. for a decent pizza.

Great food! The pizza rolls are amazing! Stopped in while on vacay and grabbed a medium pizza, wings and the pizza rolls. Everything was great. The picture was after we ate half of them in minutes. The person that took our order was amazing Vern. After that all downhill. 30 to 45 min wait turned into 1 hour and 15 minutes with no explanation only Bad Attitude from the other person I asked what was taking so long. The worst part was several people/ families came in after us and ordered food, ate and left before us, still no food for , a 12 pizza. The food was good the wait and Attitude SUCKED!!
