We had an in home event. Kim and her team were professional throughout the entire process. During the planning, Kim offered creative suggestions and options and was flexible. During the event, her team were prompt, gracious and professional. And the food was delicious and her pricing was reasonable. I was pleased with the outcome of the event. I would recommend her catering service for future events.

If you need help planning an event, Waco Social does an amazing job! Kim helped for our event, and not only made it so beautiful she also is great to work with! She is a one stop shop that can handle any needs (from design, to rentals, to audio/visual and more!). She gracefully manages all vendors for you to make the day run smoothly and be leas stressful for you, and always made time to thoroughly answer our questions. We used Kim for the first time at a luncheon for over 400 people at Ridgewood Country Club. The event was themed and we wanted it decked out. I had never used Kim for an event, and I was a little nervous she wouldnt understand my vision or that things wouldnt look as complete as I would like. We were overwhelmed when we walked in that morning and saw the results. It was amazing. Everything was incredibly beautiful, complete, and ready to go in plenty of time before guests arrived. It was all just as we had planned and then some. Kim was always available when I called or texted and had a proposal over to me when promised. I couldnt recommend her more. She does amazing work.

Waco Social hosted an event for one of my clients last year and did an excellent job! The food was top-tier and the presentation was elegant. Ive attended a couple other events catered by Waco Social and they had the same level of excellence. I would recommend them to anyone because Kim Stevens is a friend, is reliable, and knows how to put on events!

Waco Social did a fantastic job making our daughter s wedding the absolutely most gorgeous and fun wedding ever. Kim and her staff were so easy to work with. All we did was show up and have fun!! Everything ran seamlessly and on time. I never worried about a thing and just felt what every mother of the bride should feel: happy and peaceful!!

We used Waco Social as the sole event planning company for a large formal seated dinner/dance for over 200 guests held at Ridgewood Country Club. The owner, Kim Stevens, and her team exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. She communicated with us regularly throughout the planning process, understood our vision and brought it to life while remaining under budget. This was the first time we used Waco Social but definitely will not be the last. I highly recommend using Waco Social for all your event planning needs!
