They won t work with me anymore because she said it was a pet peeve to her that I rescheduled my interview with her because I had to go pick up my son. Also, the reason they have so many good reviews because they handed out full-size candy bars for a good review. If you don t jump when he say jump, they not gonna work with you. If you do anything wrong in their eye, they will not work with you. You ll be better off at jacks of all trades or total placement or just go search on indeed for a job don t waste your time here.

While their process with everything from the drug testing to all the onboarding is easy and convenient, they arent exactly upfront with you about all the details of a job. Amanda at the front desk is really helpful. Its certain coordinators who leave out key pieces of details. I stopped looking for employment for a week because I was under the impression I had a job through them lined up. In reality the particular company is interviewing other candidates and I may or may not get the job. Was never told this detail.

While searching for a job after my certification had expired I came across Express Employment Professionals and called them. Amanda in the front was very welcoming and stated I come in and fill out an app. The person that placed me, Sammy, happened to stay a little later for me and I was able to fill out my application, do all paperwork, drugscreen, and background all in the same day and started the next morning. If I could suggest any placement agency, it would be Express Employment Professionals. The process was extremely smooth and they did not beat around the bush.

I moved to Waco a little over two years ago and had no job lined up at all. took my time and sought the best agency in the area. That brought me to Express with Mike. He and the rest of the staff was from the first day to the last day nothing but helpful supportive and extremely nice. I am happy to say i no longer need the services as I was finally transitioned to a full time employee with my current office Mike helped get me in to nearly 2 years ago. I completed my application online and arrived at the office during the time indicated. The receptionist was kind and upbeat. The gentleman who Did I my interview was not. I dont even think he liked his job. He gave me a fast and hurried explanation of services and told me to check in often. I was then hurried out the door. He was very curt. He actually advised me to check in through the Express app so that he, would have even less work to do. I did checked in daily and called about positions I was qualified for. I was promised interviews bit there was no follow up. I would not recommend the Waco Express office. The whole experience left me feeling degraded. Like I was just another name to be added to their roster. The Temple Express office had me placed within 24 hours and was much more personal. The drive was worth the better service and sucessful results.

I walked in to Express Pros on a Monday after getting laid off from work. I spoke with Mike Elliott, handed him my resume and paperwork and told him which job listing I was interested in. Worst experience ever!!! The receptionist was very friendly. That old bitter man has the worst attitude. He was more worried about his lunch break acted like he was swapped with people and it was only me and my husband there. Coming from another state and trying to look for a job is extremely hard. That old bitter man asked my husband why he was dressed like that. My husband had casual work out jogging pants and Nike shirt. We didnt go for an interview etc. just wanted information about the agency. He was rude and disrespectful. I will pass on this experience to everyone looking for a job not to go there!!! I worked with them for a long time and when i was laid off due to a transition in companies i applied for unemployment until i found something else and mike chose to tell the unemployment office that i quit and i was not laid off.. i had the flu my last week of work and i have documentaion of that and i reported it! Mike said that is basically quiting.. so now i am denied unemployment. I will never tell people about this place or have any dealings with them again.

Great place to seek employment! I found their turn around time to be quick, their customer service is excellent and they truly paid attention when I advised them of what type of employment I was searching for. Their reputation with companies was very good. I had no trouble reaching them when I needed to or with my pay. They helped me find permanent employment at a place I love, doing what I love and working with people I enjoy. Absolutely love Mike and his staff.

Mike was rude and not helpful. After all I said was I brought my resume in, he said thats not what we need and hangs the phone up I mean who does that. He doesnt give you a chance to speak or anything. Rude as hell. And I believe everyone on here is lying. He is a rude person. He needs not to have a company anymore. I am not the only person who has had problems with him and he gives Express a bad name.

I had a great experience working with Express. Mike was extremely helpful during my job search. It was very easy to apply and search for jobs that they had available online. Mike was great about keeping me in mind and giving me a call every time something came up. Or if I found something I was interested in online I would either e-mail him or call him and he was always very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Express to anyone I know and would use them again in the future.
