The custard is great! I dont understand the sizing system. I always order mediums, usually all concrete with three mix-ins. Some will come in large cups and some in medium. We cant figure it out, and it really sucks when you draw the short straw!

Did drive-thru for first timers here. Someone took our order in-person by the menu using a tablet (like Chick-fil-A style). We pulled up to window to pay and it took maybe 2 minutes to get our order.. super fast! We got a Rico suave jackhammer and orange freeze. I liked the jackhammer, husband said the freeze had an artificial orange after taste. Very friendly staff, quick, and lots of choices to choose from! I bet we will be back

Stopped in to try it out. 2 guys working and both on a drive through order. Finally got service ordered a banana split for my wife and a pint of chocolate for me. Its 20 minutes later and I still havent got to try it due to the pint being frozen. Wow poor service and poor product if you want to eat it now

Didnt think I liked custard until I tried the Jackhammer Rico Suave! OmG game changer I mean WHAT!!!! As Im typing this, my mouth is watering thinking about all the delectable components that made this masterpiece that was exploding in mouth! Just go get you one! The small is plenty I couldnt finish. Also they are super fast friendly and very helpful

Andy s Frozen Custard located in Waco, Texas is an okay location. The staff seemed friendly, the property was clean overall. The prices were high for the quality of the product that we received. We ordered three different items. A root beer float, a concrete mixer and triple chocolate dish. We didn t feel great after consuming these items. We have eaten custard at Culver s many times but since they do not Culver s in this area that we would try Andy s. It was overall disappointing. We won t be trying it again. Parking: Plenty of free parking available.

Great custard!! So many options to choose from. I made a chocolate jackhammer and it was so yummy. Would be helpful for them to post a sign that says they dont accept tap to pay. Parking: Small parking lot, but free with a good amount of spaces.

Had a great time at Andys Frozen Custard. We received a 2 for 1 coupon at an event and finally was able to use it. I wish we had one a little closer. Anyhow, we walked up to the front and ordered a Stolen Brownie Sundae and a Pumpkin Pie Concrete. There are a few benches to sit down to enjoy and we took advantage of that. Saw little chunks of crust in my concrete and both items were better than we expected. I can only hope the expand a little closer to us.

I was looking forward to trying Andys when i was in Waco but I didnt get the chance because after waiting in line for about 10 or 15 mins they yelled out the window they were sold out. I understand businesses sometimes run out of items but when ones menu is frozen custard and you run out thats poor organization and management. I would have been willing to give them another opportunity the next time i was in town except the employees seemed to be happy that they ran out and left myself and the others in line disappointed that we wouldnt be served.

Edit 1 year later: We tried Andy s again for my favorite: key like concrete! Same thing happened. The concrete was mostly just vanilla custard and already melted when handed to us. Just not the same quality or customer service we are accustomed to when we are in Springfield, MO. Disappointed again. ************************ We have had Andy s many times in Springfield, MO. We love it! I wait all year for the key lime pie concrete. It s my very favorite. What a let down this Andy s turned out to be. The employees were not friendly and our concretes were mostly vanilla custard with very little pie mixed in. Definitely not the piece of pie promised or what we are accustomed to when going to Andy s. We also stood at the window to ask for extra napkins and no one ever walked back over to help. Very disappointed. Hope they are able to work on customer service and proper prep for orders.

I took my granddaughters here Saturday 5/20/23 at about 3:30 in the afternoon. The wait was much longer than usual and when I got to the window I realized the reason why. The young man smiled and took my order and payment. I watched him go over and fill my order. He brought it to me with the same sweet smile and gave it to us. I asked if he was working alone he smiled and nodded a gentle yes. I tipped him $20 and thanked him! The order was done perfectly! God bless him! Sadly I didn t ask his name!

We love Andy s!! Haven t been to one in 22 years since we were visiting in Springfield, MO. Wow, their menu has definitely expanded. I made my own concrete with chocolate custard, hot fudge sauce, brownie bits and cherries (Black Forest-style). It was amazing!!! I ate it so fast I didn t even remember to take a picture of my glorious creation. My husband did happen to get an amazing picture of the building, however

This location was the slowest and poorest quality Ive ever had at Andys. It took forever to even be greeted and they apologized it took so long. I was the only person in line. Then they served half melted custard. I think the delay was in hoping the custard would freeze. Its was bad. And very expensive half frozen custard.
