My family visited Jingos for the first time tonight. The young lady who helped us was friendly, patient, and answered all our questions about the various dishes. We had great service and took our food to go. Everything we brought home was delicious, including a shrimp and crab plate and a crawfish boil. We will definitely come back.

My husband loves the seafood at Jingo. I like the crawfish. Went in today and ordered the crawfish. The crawfish were rubbery and tasted like dirty water. I also ordered a boiled egg. It was ice cold in the middle, I tried 2 crawfish and gave up. The manager saw I wasnt eating and asked me the problem. I explained, and he said, That is something I need to know about. He didnt offer me a replacement, nor did he try in any way to make it right. Oh, and the crawfish were 10.99 a lb. I really liked the owner, but I dont think I will go back.

Salt and pepper shrimp were simply fried shrimp with grilled onion and pickled jalapeño peppers. I thought it was fresh peppers. The fries and shrimp had way too much salt, and the shrimp breading was almost burnt. Its not what Im used to with S&P shrimp, but make your own opinion

Ordered 2lb Crawfish, and frog legs with Shrimp fried rice. The rice was hard, undercooked with no flavor. The frog legs were ok, and regarding the crawfish The flavor was great, but the portions were so skimpy. $25 basically for a large potato that I paid $1 extra for to begin with, 1/2 gallon of butter in the bottom of tray, and maybe 20 mud bugs that were not dead before boiling. Then when questioned, I am told it was weighed without the pound n a half potato. Lies and cheats. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed! Won t be back

We came in as big group, with loud kids, food allergies and restrictions galore. They took great care of us with attention and kindness and prepared the food to perfection. We were ALL very happy with our very tasty food. All of the sauces were really very good as well. This restaurant deserves to be visited by anyone driving by or living in the area! Thank you!! Prices are not bad for the quality and quantity. The food was delicious and the service was great. Very attentive and helpful. My only complaint is that they were out of stock on a few things, but we were made aware and given the choice to negotiate substitutions. It did not feel like the common pretentious and overpriced seafood place, but rather more like a backyard seafood party. I will go here again.

I stopped here on my drive from Houston to Baton Rouge, my first time here. Chase was awesome and friendly, remembered my name when she brought my food, which was super quick by the way! Had the two piece fish, it was well-seasoned and super hot and fresh, the Jingo s sauce (like a seasoned tartar sauce) was great but the flavor of the red beans and rice was AMAZING! We thought we would try a different restaurant yesterday and it turn out disappointing. It started with no fountain drinks/ice tea or ice but they had can drink along with bottle water. We bought water for it to be cheap Sams Club water. Gave some poor excuses as why so much was broken and couldnt be fixed. My fried shrimp and fish strip was delicious but my sides of Fried Rice was so terrible and it had no shrimp as advertised. The Cole Slaw didnt have much flavor. My husbands Shrimp Po Boy was tasty but very small on a baguette instead of Po Boy bread. It was a little pricey too for lunch, as our bill was almost $30.00 and no one even checked on us after bringing our food. Not going to return here.

1st time customer. The food was great! Had fish and shrimp. Fish was breaded with cornmeal instead of flour, which I love. Nice seasoning. Fried okra was better than most places. Only complaint is that they need to clean up inside and out. Lots of overgrown weeds, we thought for a minute they were out of business. Inside wasnt too clean. Hand and shoe prints on the door glass and things like napkin dispensers were filthy. So glad we did take out. Yall have really good food, just spend time making it look less grubby.

Great flavor and quality. I dont really recommend the corn or the fried rice but literally everything else has been great.

I gave one star because the customer service was great. The shrimp was ok but the fish was so nasty and all the badder fell off. The shrimp fried rice was so gross and the corn taste like it was a can of corn just cooked for a long time with no taste at all. So Im sorry but Ill gladly drive to lumberton to get my seafood like I always have.

I absolutely love this place I drive all the way to vidior for it The food is very good Ive had a wide range of different things it has all been amazing good portion size and price is awesome the weight stuff is very attentive and very sweet this place will not disappoint you highly suggested
