Great smoothies. As expected/ like other locations. If you ever get the paradise point- strawberry/banana/pinapple make sure you are very clear. We have order it and got a penut paradise or they thought /had to double check our order at the drive through windows.

We went to tropical smoothie we were greeted everyone was kind friendly spoke to us and treated us like family they engaged with us and service was fast and the prices are very reasonable.. the manager of managers even greeted us.. and gave a run down of the culture of the company about it originated from... I would most definitely will be visiting them soon again.. I highly recommend this place....

I like this place, and am glad it s in Victoria. The people on staff are great. However, note to the manager: it makes no sense to have the person at the counter also be the person taking orders from the drive-through on a headset. Multitasking like that is actually not cognitively possible; the best people can do is to sort of toggle back-and-forth. It took me quite a while to place one single order. Asking your employee to do that is neither fair to that employee nor to customers like me who actually get out of the car and go inside to place an order. Also, and this is for upper management: it shouldn t have to be on the customers to carry around enough extra cash so they can tip your employees. I should be able to do that by the credit card I use to pay for the order.
