My son s first haircut that wasn t at home and he was being a little stinker but she was patient and he calmed down. His haircut came out great, we were in & out super fast, and even though they were packed for back to school I don t think we had to wait a full 5 minutes before they called him to a chair, it was nice. I got pretty much the perfect hair cut from Serina which was sorprisingly given that I am a difficult customer to please and request specific way of my hair-cut shoud look. Thanks Serina!! Usually I go in and come out with the trim going how I wanted it. But today I went in and asked for a wolfcut like I always do, with 6 different examples provided on my phone, and left them to it. I told her I wanted my bangs shortened just a little above the eyebrows, but instead, she took it above the middle of my forehead. I came home and styled it and I find out the bangs are uneven, with the left side being noticeably longer. And while drying my hair I also noticed the sides are unevenly cut as well. Its literally hit or miss with this place and I am on the verge of crying at how bad this result was. Edit: I was called and told it was a novice who cut my hair (WHY???), that theyd fix this problem after my hair grows out and recovers, and that it would be on them. Ill risk it with them one more time because theyre trying to right their wrong, but if its a miss again Ill be going elsewhere from then on. Edit2: Came in weeks later and made an appointment with the specific hairdresser who had called me weeks back. She evened out all the mistakes of the last hairdresser and tried her best to mimic the pictures I showed her. Said if it didnt look right in a day or 2 shed touch it up free again. It still doesnt look right but I think its just a hair length thing. Nice person, nice customer service

Finally got the short haircut I wanted!!! They were very polite and professional. I came in a little late around 6:30 because they closed at 7:00 but they still got me in for a cut and hair wash. The stylist with the short bright pink hair was very understanding with what I wanted and talked to me about the music playing, Cinemark, restaurants we liked. The cut and wash was $22 before tip I think. Located next to the Pizza Hut by the mall and Home Depot (same shopping center) Thanks!!!! I ll hopefully be back! (Edit: I got my second hair cut from there and there was a longer wait. Definitely call ahead to schedule an appointment on some days it will make it easier!)
