Our bar tenders were awesome! They let you bring whatever food from the other shops. The vibe is great, and the people are awesome. Highly recommended. Thank you! Food

I was only in Dallas for a short time. This was a great spot for a drink after a stressful day. Great bartenders and many food options as well.

Once you enter the food court, it is quite hard not to give attention to this bar. I like how it is almost centre to the whole area, with full glass window by the side making it very bright and welcoming. Drinks menu is extensive and even if you cant find one, you can ask the bartender if you know your drink. They have quite a list whiskey, gin and also beers. Bartender is friendly when he/she is not busy. Price is on the average side. Love this place that I visited it thrice.

Located within a very pleasant area, where you want to spend some time eating and drinking something. The drink offering is very varied, and from what we observed you can bring food from other stalls in the place and eat it here while you enjoy your drink. The treatment was disastrous, it took them a long time to serve us. The waitress, although she was aware that she had us waiting, served people who arrived after us. He forgot some of the drinks we had ordered and even though we were sitting at the bar he gave us a plastic glass. Terrible service.

It could have easily been another cheap bar in the middle of a food hall. But the staff here is so exceptionally kind, attentive, professional and went out of their way to make every single person feel welcomed and well taken care of (shoutout to the amazing Ian and Christie!). Great tap selection and bring your own food policy. Highly recommended

Had a brief stop here Saturday afternoon in the dead heat of a summer in Texas aka fiery pit of hell. Ian and Norm took care of us. Both very nice and easy to talk to. My clumsy self spilled half my marg and he refilled it for me. What a guy! Nice crew for sure! Wanted to give a shout-out

Most friendly staff ever. I m here in the morning and ordered breakfast from the restaurant only a few feet away from the bar at Double Tap. Super inviting looking bar so I figured I d shamelessly eat my eggs there instead of at the tables at the breakfast place. Just then the staff starts arriving to open the bar and I m feeling pretty bad for taking up their space and not patronizing the bar. However, the staff was super cool about it. They even bussed my tray, offered me some ice water and when I apologized for invading the bar the guys said, our house is your house, brother !! It s a little early for a beer but I ll definitely be back tonight for a couple glasses because of the super cool and fun staff.

Very poor customer service. Unfriendly and rude bartender that served me my drink. Would avoid this place for that reason alone. The bartenders could use an instruction manual in how to be friendly to customers.

I believe I was charged the wrong prices. The reason why I say believed is because the bartender did not give me the itemized receipt and instead gave me the tip receipt which had a much higher number for the 2 drinks I ordered. Then, they do not come back around until you leave, so I could not even question the amount. I dont mind enjoying a drink but what I dont tolerate is sneakiness and deceit.

I ve been to Double Tap to work remotely, study, and to pregame for a concert and all of the times I ve been here, the team has been so sweet and attentive! My bartenders are normally Crystal and Degan and they ve both been very perceptive and accommodating to my needs. Have brought my friends and family here and will continue to. The area is beautiful and the bar has wireless iPhone charging built into the bar top

Great place to enjoy a meal from one of the many delicious food vendors on the first floor of the Exchange Hall. Service is always friendly whenever I go and the atmosphere is even better when the weather is nice and the bay windows are open. There are a ton of TVs so if there s a game on this is where you wanna be. Ask about downtown parking validation too!

This is my first ever review. I have high respect for bartenders and the service industry overall. I m incredibly disappointed by the service done by Andrew. I am taking time out of my night to write a bad review about a young man working tonight at the Double Tap exchange in the AT&T District on 1/16/2022. I was enjoying the cowboys game and decided to grab a drink for me and my S/O. I had watched this man turn away a woman with an attitude telling her that he s not on call as he was clearly passing about drinks and clearing out tabs. I came back for one more drink and Andrew made eye contact with me several times and IGNORED me. He tended a guy several times even when he closed out this same customer he still had time to give him a straw, but little time to place my order and others around me. He stood there until new customers showed up. That is a long time to wait!! Believe me this won t be the last complaint you will have about this young man with the very tiny man bun. Shout out to the bartender who understood and gave us a free drink for the inconvenience Andrew has caused us. I didn t even have to ask for a free drink.

This place is located in the heart of AT&T discovery district of Dallas AT&T hall. Place is small and only carries drinks section as there are a lot of food options in the building. The bartender was friendly and initial service was ok & at times felt sluggish. They have a limited selection in drink. Pricing was a bit high for a small island bar counter & probably normal for that location@ $8 per a glass of beer. Knocked off 2 stars coz of the other guy who was very annoying in the barista who does nothing but walking all around as If he was busy doing everything. We asked for the check & to close the tab, the guy said on it and completely ignored us. We sat there doing nothing to get the other guys attention to close the tab. If he s is the owner, there is no wrong in doing something when the other one is doing everything. And if he s is getting trained, he should be made to do things rather than look what the other guy is doing and roam around.
