Very Rude woman upfront. She was vacuuming as me and my daughter came in for our to go order which was 2 sundaes. She ignored Us and then when approached she was very rude and not pleasant. It s simple. In a small town like Victoria when your employees are like this I ll never come back or spend any money here. We buy a burger once a week here too. Never again. I already know this establishment won t make it much longer in Victoria Texas. I ll come back to this comment months from now

The burgers are ok, definitely not anything special. I do like the fries, but that is probably because I like thin shoestring fries. The custard is decent, but yet again nothing special. I was disappointed in the service when I went. The person behind the acted like she was inconvenienced by having to take my order. There were multiple tables that were not cleaned. The table I sat at first was cleaned but it still had crumbs of whoever ate there before and was sticky. I havent gone back, and I have no plans or desire to go there again. If they plan to keep charging that much the food needs a lot of improvement. If I want to spend that much there are multiple other places that I would rather go to and get better food and better service.

For myself and fiance we were not pleased with our meal. Perhaps it was what we ordered we just found that the taste wasnt to our liking. However the restaurant itself was interesting and enjoyable to see the history . We may give them another try but unfortunately not in the near future.

The parking lot is super weird. The inside is weird. You walk in and to the side. Its just built and laid out weird. We went thru drive thru - it was fast paced. Prices are very reasonable, but, the patties are so thin with 2 Im not sure it equaled 1 at Whataburger. Plus there was no lettuce or tomato. 3.5 stars for me, I havent had the chance to see what people say is bad service because I order through doordash, which unfortunately means the shoestring fries are always stone cold. I would assume eating it fresher would bring it up to 4 stars without bad service. I think the burgers are fun and different, and will try the harder custard at a later time. Other then temperature I actually like the fries with the fry sauce.

Because of the setup you could not get out and leave, it was a terrible experience. My first time at Freddys and I gotta say, the food was just amazing. I had the double steak burger and the French onion burger. I also tried their onion rings and French fries. All of it was delicious and beats out any burger place in town imo. Ill be a regular customer for sure.

The place was PACKED! Delicious food and the custard is great too. I got the #1 combo with grilled onions. I recommend eating in the dining room because the drive through is extra long and slightly confusing. Great food, Ill be back.

I absolutely love my crew I work with, the managers are amazing, and the crew that trained us are also SUPER AWESOME!! Food is totally DELICIOUS and custard is AMAZING!! I highly recommend EVERYONE to come check us out!

I ve never been to a Freddy s out of town before so this was my first time ever dining at one. The food was very delicious!! The Freddy s double burger was so good - comes with cheese, mustard, pickles, and onions. The pickles and onions that come on it are HUGE, and the pickles are delicious and seasoned. The fries are thin, string fries and the seasoning and salt on them are perfect. I got a chocolate shake as well called a concrete or something I think. It s very good, and is like a Wendy s frosty but BETTER: richer chocolate and thicker custard. I went today on opening day and it was super crowded but I went inside and got my order fairly fast considering how busy it was. Service could be a bit better; they misgendered me but they were rushed. The restaurant itself is decorated so nicely and has a vintage feel in red and white colors. Definitely give Freddy s a try it s really yummy and neat! This is located on Houston Hwy past the McDonald s.

We ve been waiting for Freddy s to come to our hometown for a very long time. This has always been one of our favorite spots when we visit Houston, or San Antonio. We had to catch it on opening day, and although it was extremely busy, we were 100% satisfied!!! The food was amazing as always. Burgers and fries were delicious as well as the concretes. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely be here on a regular basis.
