Wings were excellent, better than Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers, and Wing Stop, and a cheaper. Service was a bit slow, but they were also extremely busy at the time, so it was to be expected. Music was good, varied, and not too loud. 10/10 would go again, fiancées new favorite spot. Parking: Plenty of open, free parking

One of my favorite bar and bar food! Great for watching the game! Staff are very friendly and know their regular s drinks! The food sometimes may take a while, but you have to understand that their s only one person working in the kitchen, so I usually sit back with my drink, watch the game, chat while waiting for the food. It is always cold there, so you may wanna bring a jacket!

Great vibes here and the fries are on point! The bartenders tend to be pretty friendly when not overwhelmed. The music is diverse, with few profane songs. Bingo night is hosted here as well. My only concern is the bartenders keeping their tip jar behind the bar for protection.

My wife, daughter, and family friend was there on 28th of December at about 7pm. They preceded to order chicken wings and drinks. The wait to order and receive drinks and food was very long. The chicken wings were not done and barely seasoned. My wife due to the time for service went and took wings to the cook figuring to just fix the order. The manager was not known because they were sitting and drinking comes over and tells my wife that she should not bring food to the cook. My wife mentions that she did not know she was not suppose to and did not know that the manager was there because she acted like one of the people at the Ticket. The manager then gets nasty because my wife had gone to cook to fix order and did not know she was the manager. My wife and family friend are regulars at this establishment. The manager was very unprofessional in her position to ensure the comfort of the people in the establishment. The Bar tender did try to rectify situation. How can the employee have more customer skills than the manager?

If you value your personal safety, I would not recommend Tickets. I have been there dozens & dozens of times, believing this place was a cool place to shoot a couple of pool games & have a drink. However, the first time I actually needed the staff to address a highly intoxicated, belligerent, & confrontational stranger (someone whom I had never met before, whom was bouncing up & down, trying to hurl insults, & trying to egg-on an actual physical fight with me), my concerns were treated dismissively by the staff. It was obvious that my safety, & the safety of others, was a bottom priority vs selling more drinks & staff refusing to get involved unless, & until, physical violence had been initiated. While I had seen this many times there (staff seemingly only willing to kick someone out at the point that police needed to be called); I was still shocked by the staffs inaction, while this belligerent person was still currently trying to escalate a situation into violence. I left & have never returned. No place is worth your safety, especially in a state that allows a concealed-carry of a hand gun without a permit or background check. Stay safe out there yall & I would avoid this place vs gambling with your life.

Nice Sports bar, my son took me there to start my Birthday and it is a very nice spot. The crowd was welcoming and made me feel at home. They even gave me a big slice of cheesecake, it was delicious. I will definitely go back again. Update:Well, I made it back to the ticket because the Wings were calling my name. The wings and atmosphere did not disappoint. I will definitely be back!!!

Went in last night for a couple drinks and to shoot pool. Place was packed ordered two drinks and 5.00 worth of quarters. Every table around the pool table was occupied. I briefly sat my drink on the edge of the pool table. Then some lady who identified herself as the bar manager rudely yelled at my guest and I to move the drinks. I kindly explained to her the reason i placed the drinks on the table because there was no other place to put them. Then she offered us a refund i agreed but demanded the money for the drinks which i hadnt touched yet. The manager begin to cause a scene saying she wouldnt refund the drinks. After continuing to demand my money back for the drinks i was given 20.00. Which i threw in the tip jar at this point the manager was still insulting me as i was leaving she said by Felicia!! The whole situation was unneccessary and couldve been avoided but the manager was drunk. Do your self a favor and Do Not Visit this Bar!!! The owner needs to hire a responsible manager that doesnt drink on the job!!!!!

Beware this bar doesnt provide servers or atleast thats what I was told when I first arrived. I sat in the dining area with my date, although I found it a bit annoying to go back and forth ordering drinks and food I didnt make it a big deal. That was until the barback took it upon himself to throw away our food as I was getting togo containers from the bartender and my date used the restroom. He also clearly saw me get up from the table and approach the bar, so he knew the table was occupied and both trays were clearly full. After confronting him I atleast expected an apology, but that was too much of a issue for him as well. The guy litterally said oh well Im just doing my job, next time go get a to go box, lol. Really? I guess Common sense isnt so common these days.
