Ive been bringing my dog to your establishment for quite some time now and have always had positive experiences. However, during this visit, I encountered some concerns that Id like to address. My groomer this time was Jana. From the start, she seemed to question whether my dog was truly a Maltipoo due to his size, which was something I had never been asked before. My dog is known to be anxious, and all previous groomers have been very understanding and gentle, allowing him to smell them first to get comfortable. Unfortunately, Jana did not do this. She seemed frustrated while examining my dog, sighing multiple times, especially when checking for matting, which I am already aware of and understand involves an additional charge. The situation escalated when she checked his ears. My dog became a little fussy, and instead of being gentle, Jana grabbed his ear aggressively, leading to him biting her. This is completely out of character for my dog, who has never shown aggression towards anyone during previous visits. I believe that if a dog is treated with care and respect, they will respond positively. Janas approach was not in line with the level of care I have come to expect from your team, and it was distressing for both my dog and me. I will never be bring my dog to this location ever again. Thank you!

Moving to Fort Worth the store has become such an incredible place to shop with so many things for my dog that other pet store don t have Reed. The manager is so helpful so incredibly kind and knows his products. I had a problem with the dog food that I was feeding from another food store for pets, and Reed told me to pick up some salmon oil and a few other things and change my food Product that they carry called Royal canine My dog skin is better and he looks amazing. I have used this location on Bryant Irving for grooming before. But today I only needed pawdicures for my pups. Im always told walk in for this service. Today everyone was busy but I was told someone would help. After waiting for over 10 minutes she finally comes out to begin the service but after she returned the first pup I noticed she didnt trim his paws (which is part of the service) she took him back to redo that and my other pups paws looked fine at the time in the store. I dropped them off at home and left. Later I noticed that it seems the nails were barely cut and not properly filed, so its like I paid for an incomplete service. Im upset that I tipped very well too.I wish I could get a refund with my tip included for the poor service. I just cant remember her name but I know that she has blue hair. Im really disappointed. Someone told me to ask for a different groomer by name if I decide to return to this location.

My last few experiences with the grooming salon have been horrible that I will no longer go back. The photos are the time before last, respectfully, these look like my dog was shaved with a weed wacker. I called to express concern and was told well she s hard to deal with so it s not their fault. I watched the manager fix the cut with her standing on the table fine. The most recent time, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and they let me know my groomer wasn t in and to wait. I waited for 10 minutes and left. I d assume that the groomer should be in prior to the appointment starting so who knows how late they were. I will not be back and do not recommend them.

I love coming here to get my dogs grooming done ! Lisa L is the best groomer and the only one i let touch my dogs but she was out this current weekend for Mother s Day weekend so i went with Kristina who I read good reviews, but let s just say my time was wasted Friday May 10th, 2024 on one of dogs and he never got groomed ! She was very friendly when dropping him off but she accused my shih zuh of being aggressive trying to bite at her when trying to get him out the cage to get washed and groomed .she claimed she called and left a voicemail to my phone to let me know what was going on but I never received anything from her Carter is just one years old and is very friendly to everybody, yes a bit nervous if he doesn t know you but that s with any dog When picking him up , I even asked her to try and grab him and see what he does but she said no smh but he was just sitting there calm no aggressiveness at all but overall i really felt like she didn t wanna be bothered with my dog for what reason IDK, he did did a really great job with Ms Lisa L and she even said so herself and i will be making a huge complaint to corporate come Monday morning on Kristina Luckily I was able to see Ms Lisa will be back next week and booked with her on Tuesday Thanks to her for always being patient and caring when it comes to my dogs grooming and doing such a good job I left two stars only because how me and dog was treated but overall i like this location and the friendly employees here

My husband took our dog to get groomed here for the first time a week or so ago and talked extensively with the groomer about how much to shave him down and the look we were going for. She even brought out a chart so she had a visual to go off of. After waiting SEVERAL HOURS, my husband goes to pick him up and barely recognized him because she basically shaved all his hair off!!! His fur was only matted a little on his stomach but he was completely fine everywhere else because we make sure to brush him daily. She even commented on how his fur everywhere else was fine and how she would blend it all together. Well, Lisa did NOT!! She just cut it all down then tried to argue with my husband about the price because she claimed he was too big to be the breed he is. We know our dog, Lisa . She said she will be charging us more next time but little does she know we won t be back! We came from Arlington and will certainly be going back there to the amazing groomer we had. We found out the hard way she s worth the drive! This is really disappointing because the vet services are amazing! Please hire groomers with better customer service going forward.

First and foremost, I want to say Jordan in grooming is amazing! However, I feel that there is some unprofessionalism going on that management is not aware of. I brought my husky in to get groomed and was 15 minutes early for my appointment. The first girl looked at my dog and said your appointment not with me, but I ll get you checked in then another girl came by saw my dog was a husky and said Not it! Implying that she did not want to groom my dog, because of her breed. I completely understand that Huskies can be difficult and very furry and hard to Groom, But to say that, directly in front of the customer, I feel is highly unprofessional. The girl who checked me in then asked me to sit outside on the bench Until the groomer. (My dog was not booked with anyone specific). Jordan came out and greeted me with a smile on her face and excited to groom my dog. Needless to say just to throw it in the other workers faces, and I ended up tipping Jordan A pretty significant amount for not being afraid to groom my husky, She did an awesome job was very Professional and earned every bit of that tip! If you book, I recommend booking with Jordan!

I usually come here to socialize my pup. This is also my preferred pet store to shop in the area as its usually cheaper than Petco. Clean store, friendly staff. I do wish they had more of a selection on certain things but I understand the store caters to the masses vs specialty items. They seem to be out of a lot of items pretty frequently. Not sure if its chain supply or ordering issues. The location gets pretty busy during the weekend with lots of people bringing their dogs. Unfortunately, a lot of the owners dont keep their leashed dogs at a distance and insist their dogs need to come say hi to your dog. If youre trying to socialize your pup I would come on a weekday or weekday evening.

We were interested in adopting a small dog. We went to the Chuck silcox adoption center. They told us the dog were interested in was a Petsmart dog. They had tagged the dog to be adopted out of Petsmart. We went to Petsmart, all they had was large dogs. We asked where the small dogs were. We told that they get adopted about 30 minutes after they get there. They dont stay long. They told us that the dog we wanted would not be at the shelter for two weeks. We did not get the dog. The people were wonderful and helpful. Igmf, you are looking for a dog, please consider adopting from the city or Petsmart, they are both helpful and the dogs seem healthy and well cared for.

Tbh I was excited to go get some treats for my dog bc were training him and both him and our cat need some new food. So, Im not sure it was even my dog to begin w that pottied on the floor #1, but I took the time to clean it. A manager or team lead told me oh ya aisle 2, as if im familiar w the store layout. There were no paper towels so I asked the front cashier and she said she didnt have any and acted as if it were a chore to go get some. I then cleaned it up and finished my shopping. At check out, I had a 20% off coupon in the app and it wasnt loading, so the same young lady told me to scroll to the bottom of my app and it should be there. It showed a 15% and 10% off. The 15% was expired and the 10% worked however my coupon originally was for 20%. She then said it applied to your dog food, have a nice day. Instead of arguing with her I went on my way. Poor customer service. Id rather drive to Montgomery or even Ridgmar to get a better experience than this. This store is closer to home and Ive been there maybe a handful of times but wont consider it again. At least Ill get greeted there!

I typically get me dogs prescription dog food here. There is a cashier that acts like she is the prescription police. Wants to see the prescription before she rings up the items, then wants to see it again for the Rx#. The first time I encountered her, she wouldn t let me purchase the food because the prescription had expired. It was after Banfield had closed, so, I couldn t get an updated prescription. So, I had to wait for the next business day to come back and update my prescription at Banfield. My prescription was still valid from my vet, but I had to have one from Banfield. I hate going to this store because of her.

Finally calmed down enough to write this review. On December 23, 2022 I took my dog to get groomed by Kristina H. When picking up my dog I noticed his 5lb self had a HUGE handkerchief around his neck to where my small dog was stepping on it while other dogs did not. I did not think much of it until I examined my dog and groomer Kristina H cut a big chuck of his skin off. There was no denying Kristina H cut off my dogs skin.. I, immediately spoke to the Manager whose name is Lisa and she was very helpful about the situation and took us to the vet inside of petsmart immediately because of how bad the cut was. Kristina H came out to apologize and stated I was not trying to hide it or anything I did not see it again no other dogs had a handkerchief around their neck.. he ended up getting 5 staples and everything was paid for by petsmart grooming! I understand accidents happen but the fact that Kristian H still continued to deny her cutting off his skin is what truly upsets me. I know my dog yelped and there was a ton of blood.. I added photos. Please if you go for grooming examine your dogs very carefully!

On October my dog Bean (Yorkie) turned one years old and was cut on his paw during his haircut at the Bryant Irvin location. The workers didn t tell me. I noticed two days later when I saw him licking his paw. They told me he jumps and acts too much to service him today at the Burleson location.. WHEN THEY ARE THE REASON HE IS SCARED. I ve given too much money getting him groomed for the whole year and he has had terrible experiences. Now I m referred to go to a local groomer.

The staff here is just so very nice and a accomodating. I take a clients pup here daily for day camp and he enjoys it very much. He comes home tired every day, so I know he is have a grand time.
