This was my first time visiting Tyler and this restaurant and let me tell you, Felisha is the best! Her customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and mixology was on point! I ll definitely be coming back and I truly hope she s there for service! Absolutely blown away! She informed she she s not been working there long either! Have eaten here many times over the years and it has always been excellent. Havent been here in a year. What a change! Walked in and felt an immediate difference. Ghetto music blasting overhead. People leaned back on their phones, drink machine disassembled. Got my food, went to patio to try to escape the loud music, didnt work! Removed my plate from tray only to see dried beans and cheese on the tray. Rice hard or old? Enchiladas had a little cheese inside but not much. Couldnt wait to get out of there. Two employees outside leaned against the wall smoking. What happened! Used to be a great place. The young man that took my order was friendly and pleasant.

Placed an order at 1:53pm on 8/25/24 for pick up at 6:15pm. I received a order conformation. At 6:00pm I get an email saying that my order did not go through to the kitchen. I went up to the restaurants the still didnt know anything. Review update: We reviewed Fuzzys back when it first opened and it was a solid 4 star experience. Over the last few years we have avoided it because everything just seems dirty. The tables are regularly sticky, not sure from what. Tonights food was just fair, cold spots in the nachos and a couple of the ice tea dispensers were empty. The place just needs updates and a deep clean.

Wife and I visited a week ago and sat at the small bar top for a couple of drinks and some chips and salsa. Came back last evening for a couple more LIT s for my wife and Ultras for me, veggie tacos, and a quesadilla to go. The pico de gallo is fresh and tastes great! Ryan has been there both times behind the bar, etc, and she and the whole crew is always busy and working to keep customers flowing. Sports on the tv s at the bar. Much improved crew than the crew that was at this location a few years back. We will be back.

I love Fuzzys but this location isnt nice. I ordered 3 tacos and 2 of them came out wrong. It wasnt the kitchens fault, my food was rang in wrong. When I let the bartender know, I was asked if I would like it remade. I wanted the California heat tacos but got the regular shrimp tacos so I told them they could just make them into the California heat so they didnt have to throw anything out. I should have told them to remake them because all they did was throw a handful of bacon on top. So much so that I couldnt see my taco anymore. The tortillas were overdone and breaking apart. I didnt finish my food or my beer. Ill be going to another taco joint next time Im in the area

Stopped in late evening in Tyler on 4/18. Food good, enjoyable staff. Service was a bit slow as far as ordering. It as appears the order taker at the register was also bartender. The kitchen staff was pretty quick tho Food

Foreign employs left and right because the are speaking out on the food violations and helth problems and mistrtment banning ppl for reviews that other ppl left complaining about them being yelling and cussed at in loby don t work here and don t trust the employees Vegetarian options: Salad and can have all meets and cheeses removed if need be

The woman who took my order was amazing! She was very friendly and sincere. The food, however, left much to be desired. Ordered a burrito and tacos to go. Burrito ingredients were incorrect, and the tortillas for the tacos were terrible. All tortillas were cold and brittle, and appeared to have been taken directly from the package and rolled. Flavors were good, but the overall quality is not there.

Tuesday the 12th, we as a family came to eat. This was my first time to be there. The atmosphere was amazing. Mixture of the music was on point. Mrs. Sandra was amazing. She has the best customer service. The was able to answer all my questions due to food allergies. Plus side to her. She knows how to talk to her customers and make them smile the whole time we was there. Kudos to Mr. Jacob also. The chips and Dios were amazing. But but them brisket tacos was the bomb. That brisket was jucy and not dry. Will most definitely be back there soon. Please give Mrs. Sandra and hug. She rocks the crowd.

I tried this place today and my experience was soo bad my mother and I went and got there brisket nachos we got are food in a Togo box we were dining in. As soon as we opened it there was very little meat on the nachos it was all cold even the very little meet we had got on it. I had been NPO since 12am for a operation this morning and it was around 2:30pm by this point (to say I was hungry was a understatement) the first 3 or 4 chips were fine then the rest were stale so we took it to the counter to see about getting it replaced they were trying to say that we ate all the meat off of it most of what was put on it was still there we had only had 2 or 3 chips when we got stale chips and took it up. We just wanted to sit down enjoy are food and talk but instead we end up with the rudest girl that was so disrespectful to my mother and my mother isnt one to be mean. I was at are table on the other side of the restaurant and couldnt believe how rude this employee was being to my mother about a order that they messed up I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else and that this gets addressed.
