I am very particular about services I receive from professionals. So I can honestly tell you, that Tina M. Hall does not just offer her expertise in law. She provides very heartfelt advice and takes her responsibility to her clients very seriously. There is not one conversation I had with her that made me feel like she was trying to just make money off of me. I went through 2 attorneys before I got to her and she was by far the best choice I could have made. Her and her assistant were very prompt at returning my messages and the answers were clear and precise as to what I needed to know so I understood what I was doing and what was happening every step of the way. She was a godsend. You wont be disappointed.

I reached out to Tina Hall, as I was in need of a probate attorney. From the very first phone conversation, to multiple emails that I had sent her, Tina was the most patient attorney I have ever spoken to. When we met at her office, she took the time to explain to me that I really did not need representation afterall. She was honest and cared about the situation I was facing and made alternative suggestions / solutions to what I did need to do. Tina could have easily taken a retainer fee and not said one word about an alternative solution, and I would have never known. Tina Hall is the last good cowboy in Kaufman County! She does things the right way and actually cares about the outcome. If you pick her as your attorney, then LISTEN to her because she knows what shes doing. She got me through my divorce proceedings and got me a better outcome than I ever could have hoped. She had plans and backup plans and was ready to decimate the arguments of the other side! She plans for many different styles of attack and plays the mental game better than anyone else. Abusive narcissistic husband!!! I was extremely nervous the first time I met with Tina. I was in a twenty two year marriage with a verbally abusive and controlling man. I was a little embarrassed to tell her my story. She was so supportive and non judgmental. She walked me thru the process and warned me things would get worse before they got better. She was so right!! He ended up being physically abusive once he knew I had filled for divorce. She was there for me the entire way!! He went to jail and she had him served in jail!!! I am still in the process of finalizing. Please if your in an abusive relationship stop feeling shame and take back your life!! I could not have done it without her!! He is out of my home now and cannot come near me or my children. I will forever be grateful for her!!

Tina was rather busy at the time I contacted her for a consultation. She politely referred me to another lawyer, but I literally begged her to meet with me. I explained that Id already decided that she was the only person I wanted to represent me in my divorce, which was 5 years overdue at the time. I had poured over all of her reviews, and my gut told me that she just wasnt the stereotypical lawyer we always hear about. Something was different about Tina. When I met with her and discussed the details of my case, she was very quick to inform me of my rights regarding inheritance and separate property, half of which my ex-husband thought he was entitled. Retainer paid on the spot, and so the process began. It took over a year from start to finish due not only to normal processing time, but that the house had to be sold after needing major repairs, and the other party wasnt exactly willing to cooperate, making things difficult at every turn. Throughout it all, Tinas communication with me was always prompt, informative, reasonable, reassuring, empathetic and honest. All around a pleasure to work with, being my first time hiring an attorney. If youre the opposing party and not represented by Tina, DO NOT skip lawyering up (free legal advice hotlines dont count!) because this lady absolutely knows the law and is a beast at trial! Truly something to behold. In the end, Tina helped me get what I wanted, which was a long-overdue divorce, and what I was entitled to by law, which was reimbursement for my separate property monies and half the remaining proceeds of the house sale. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome, and feel like Ive made a friend for life.

We are very happy that our Dallas attorney that was not able to take our custody case in Kaufman County sent us to Mr RB Pools Law Firm in Terrell Texas where we found Ms Tina Montoya. We are still in the middle of this battle but her and the entire staff has went above and beyond what we could have expected. Tina is the best representation of an attorney! I was pulled into court for custody, and I had no intentions for putting up a fight. She sympathized with my plight, and had compassion for my son. She stood up for my son and I, and took my sons father and attorney to the plate. All I could do was smile, because she satisfied EVERY want and need for my son. I will recommend her to everyone that has any child support or custody issues. Shes a PIT BULL in a skirt!!

I just got divorced through Tina. She made the unpleasant process incredibly simple and as painless as possible. She got back to me immediately when I had questions, was very up front about cost, and fought hard for me. I would definitely recommend her.
