Exact same problems as everyone else. 2+ years, 0 results, and my last appeal wasnt even properly submitted by Chris. I HAD TO START OVER. but wait, thats not all! In my attempts to seek out other (actual professional) representation, everyone denies me because Russell Brown wont waive the fee contract from the job THAT HE DIDNT DO. ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE***

He has been on my case 2 years, and it started off good. But slowly but surely started to lose contact with them. Its now been over a month since I was last able to get in contact with anyone.i dont know if everyone has retired, died or just skipped town. Ive left multiple messages in a month span with NO RETURN CALLS. the sign says theyre open and so does Google but they are NEVER in office and do not return calls. There was another person there dealing with the same thing. Do I call BBB? I REGRET USING THEM, FIND SOMEONE, ANYONE.. ELSE

I met Mr. Brown when I was homeless and was suffering from kidney failure. When my kidneys completely failed and I was placed on dialysis while living at the Salvation Army I became worried about getting disability due to so many cases getting denied. Then I saw a flyer about needing a disability attorney. I was skeptical but I met with Attorney Russell Brown and my worries turned into optimism due to Attorney Browns respect, love and patience! Attorney Brown helped me win my Social Security Disability claim on the first try! Four year later I received my kidney transplant! Im still on disability until 2024 but had it not been for Attorney Russell Brown I dont feel I wouldve won my case without him. My husband was crushed by an 18 wheeler and he died 3 times three years of rehab he had to learn everything all over he hated it but we did it and he came back and still coached kids we both did he lost his 28 wheeler job he couldn t drive or drop a load anymore then 20 years later my husband got brain cancer and passed in 89 days the dr told him he would live 90 more days Steve happy everyday Very good law office it took three weeks and we received 28 months back pay I ve sent a lot of people to him and not one of them lost their case

I got denied several times for disability since I have been disabled. No one will hire me because of my health and the government I have supported for 30 years turns me down when they are more than happy to support people who havent never worked in the United States

I hired Russell brown for my first appeal.After receiving my denial letter I asked to see my file.to my horror I noted that they had not done one single piece of work. Everything in the file with the work that I had done on my initial request for my disability. His associate had apologized to me and stated that he must have dropped the ball on that one. So I began to search the market for a new attorney. However, Russell Brown told me that he had fired the associate had done such a poor job.I decided to trust him and give him another chance.it would be another 15 months before I would have my hearing with the judge. I had to call the office and let them know when the hearing was due and I had to remind them that my file needed work.and after the hearing to my horror I would be denied because of my physical status was not bad enough for disability. When all along the focus was supposed to be on my mental status not my physical status however,that has also seriously declined over the three and a half years Ive been waiting to receive the disability answer. Russell Brown and associates have done a terrible job representing my case.I have now hired an attorney to help me appeal the courts decision I just pray that its not too late. For I have been told that I may have to start this process all over again.I just dont know how Im going to make it Im going to lose everything. dont suffer the way I have. Find yourself a reputable attorney.
