The Broadway square mall is actually a very nice mall. Its well maintained and taken care of, the parking lot is nice and well maintained as well. There are a great variety of stores and food options. They have plenty of places to sit and take a break, and vending machines with drinks. The restrooms are easy to find and are very nice and clean. Over all this is one of the better malls that I have been in!!

Customer Service has gone down in quality. I connected with the office person, Sandy, and I was asking her a question about a store and if it was possibly named differently in the directory. She interrupted me and rudely said, If you can give me a second, I can answer you. You keep talking over me. Its like I interrupted her busy day and she was in a hurry to get off the phone.

If you are new in the area or happen to stop by at the mall near closing time, then the Directory board as you enter can be a big help. We were able to go straight to Boba-lloompia authentic Filipino restaurant. Kids with us were able to play a little bit while waiting for our food. Great food and worth the trip.

This place is hopping at Christmas! Get there right at 10 to 11 when it is not all filled up! Great selection of stores and they have everything marked pretty clearly as far as direction of traffic and 6 foot apart. With all the vendors in the middle it does get a bit cramped so go slow and you should navigate just fine. Love comibg by here.
