The food was good although Im pretty sure my daughter got food poisoning from the fruit But Im here to review one of their amazing staff Olivia E. We came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon after a 16 hour drive with 3 kids 6 and under everyone was tired and kinda cranky and needed to eat something and just get out of the car! We were sat very quickly by the host and given menus our waitress Olivia came quickly after to get our drink order and she recommended some appetizers (we got the avocado egg rolls theyre delicious) after she got out drinks everything was going very normal until our youngest grabbed my tea spilling it and shattering the cup!!! Olivia was over there very quickly reassuring us it was ok (Im still so sorry about that) and helping clean up the glass and tea another waitress was also so nice and helpful they offered us to move seats but I was sure there would be other messes so we stayed at our table Im mostly posting this because Olivias kindness was so needed in that moment we were all tired a little stressed and definitely on edge that afternoon and she didnt have to respond the way she did but she did anyways and Ill will definitely remember that Thank you for a great experience and sorry about your cup lol

Walked into BJ s Brewery so hungry I could ve eaten the entire menu, including the paper it s printed on. Thankfully, Riley showed up just in time to save me from chewing on the table. She took our order, got it all right, and kept things moving exactly what I needed when I was about two minutes away from a hanger meltdown. The burger? Perfect. Fries? More than enough to fill the void in my soul. Everything came out hot, fresh, and just what I needed to remind myself that life s worth living when you ve got good food in front of you. If you re looking for a place where the food hits the spot and the service doesn t miss a beat, BJ s is where you wanna be. Riley s on point, no fuss, just good vibes and full plates. I took my sons out for lunch before a movie today. We arrived at noon (on a Monday), and it wasnt busy. There were only a few tables occupied with guests. The host was polite and professional and seated us at a booth. Our waiter, Rick, didnt take too long to come and ask for our drink orders. He was polite and friendly enough, but forgetful? I had asked him a question, which he said he would ask management and get back with me, and he never did. He also forgot to comp my dessert, although I had shown him my app reward when ordering it, and he said his computer already showed him everything about my online app profile. ( which I thought was kind of weird) He comped my dessert quickly enough when it was brought to his attention and was quite nice about it. He was good about checking in with us and refilling our drinks throughout our stay. As I said, it wasnt busy inside, so Im not sure what took the kitchen so long to cook our orders, but we were there an hour and a half from arrival to departure, and it made us late getting to our movie showing. I ordered the Bacon Guacamole Burger with fries, and a Strawberry Daiquiri. My burger was so big I couldnt bite into it with the buns, so I removed them and ate it without them. I ordered it well done, and it came out perfectly and tasted very good. My fries came out cold, however. They would have been delicious had they been fresh and hot. My Daiquiri came with a lime in it, which is weird, Daiquiris dont normally come with limes, and i hate the taste of limes, so every sip tasted off to me, making me wonder if it was in fact, a margarita, instead of a daiquiri. The hot fudge brownie pizzookie dessert was okay, i woukd have preferred if they had cooked the brownie part just a tad longer so it wasnt so soft and mushy. One son ordered the BBQ Tri Tip steak medium rare with mashed potatoes and fries, as well as a Berryburst pint and The Lucky Ducky. The little bathtub it comes in, with the little plastic duck in it, is so cute. He said both drinks tasted very good. He also said his steak and potatoes were very good and he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. My other son ordered the Rib Eye, well done, with a baked potato and French fries with a Long Island Iced Tea. He enjoyed his potatoes, but said the steak was too fatty, and would have preferred it to be seared longer, as it had a too-soft texture and he would have preferred the steak to have a bit firmer texture. It also lacked flavor and needed some seasoning for his preference. The baked potato was okay, just a normal baked potato. He said the LIIT was very strong and tasted good. Overall, we had a nice time, despite the long wait time to receive our food and my fries being cold. Its not a place I will probably visit again. Its a little pricey overall, and I wouldve enjoyed a meal somewhere else just as much or more, than I did here. My total bill, with tip, was $160 for 3 meals and 4 drinks. Parking: They have four handicapped parking slots right near their front door and then lots of regular parking available around the building and into the Mall parking lot if it was needed. Kid-friendliness: It has burgers, fries, soups, salads, pizza, and other kid-friendly menu items, and the establishment is quiet enough for pleasant meal conversation. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a handicap ramp that leads straight to the door, and the tables are far apart enough to accommodate a wheelchair at one of them without obstructing other patrons or staff from moving freely about.

Love the brussel sprouts and was very impressed by the Brewhouse Bowl options. For chain food (which you know is pre-made, frozen and basically just defrosted when you order), its as good as you can get. Much better than Chilis or Applebees! Vegetarian options: The Brewhouse Bowl was perfectly balanced without the added protein. Dietary restrictions: Im also dairy free and easily asked for no yogurt and no feta and it was still good.

Jason Wright delivered the most exceptional service I have ever received. From the moment we were sat, he was prompt and on point. We never had to ask for anything, other than extras that didn t come with our meals. He had no questions when I asked to have my daughters food brought out first so it had time to cool, no complaints when we needed extras, and was quick to offer help when my daughter vomited. When I insisted on cleaning it myself, he informed me that he could handle it (as he s cleaned up worse before), and even grabbed me a bag for my daughters clothes when I went to clean her up, while continuously asking if I needed anything else. This man not only handled our table very well (and if you know 18 month olds, that s not always the easiest thing), but went above and beyond to help me with something that was beyond any of our control. My friend and I had the best service we ve ever had at a restaurant. I m pregnant so I end up asking for random things throughout my meals. Never once did I get a weird look or anything from our server. I know that that sounds like the bare minimum but I promise you it s not. For example I asked for cilantro for my burger and not only did he bring it out no questions asked but he double checked and made sure that it was enough. My friends 18 month old also choked a little and threw up and he came over right away as we were cleaning it up. He immediately stopped what he was doing , made sure she was ok, and took over the cleaning. We insisted on finishing it because we didn t want him to have to clean it but he told us it was really no problem and continued to give us a bag for her clothes and everything. His name was Jayson Wright . Words literally cannot describe how great this man is at his job.

The place was very clean and had friendly staff. Our food order was correct, prompt, and hot and was perfect. I had the Ahi Tuna salad, and it was the best I have had. Our table of 3 had an appetizer, entrees, and 2 desserts. Parking: It was actually rather like a pinwheel to get to the restaurant thru the parking lot. Same thing when trying to leave the restaurant. We were forced thru the mall parking lot to exit.

Ate here a few days ago with a friend of mine (which was delicious), and decided to come back again solely because of the wonderful experience our server, Riley, gave us. I was so impressed by her menu knowledge and ability to recommend food options that catered to our pallet. Her presence was so endearing and she truly defined the term customer service . Even if the food was awful, she was such a pleasure to be around. Highly recommend requesting Riley as your server!

Came in Tuesday night to treat myself to a cocktail. Once inside, I decided to step outside of my comfort zone, and try something new. I no longer drink, but since my birthday recently passed, I decided to go ahead. I havent been to BJs since 2012, so I chose to drop in. I decided on Chardonnay, and although it wasnt quite my cup of tea, my server was awesome. Didnt catch his name, but he had a pony tail, and was very professional, warm and gracious. They even took the glass off of my bill since they ran out and it wasnt a full pour. I look forward to returning. I had a great night and it was a cool vibe

Came here to give this place a second chance after a pretty subpar experience the first time around. But I am so glad I came back because aspen was such a great server she made sure everything came out quick and we were well taken care of also it was my husbands birthday and she did a very good job of making it feel very special for us and sang along can guarantee my family and I will be returning to such warm and welcoming establishment with hearty food ( the kids starters are a phenomenal idea great way to keep the kiddos happy)

Came here for Sunday dinner with friends after getting off work. The server,Devin, was so friendly and accommodating. All three of us thought that the service was impeccable and we appreciate Devin for coming to check on our table frequently. The manager came by to check on us a well which we greatly appreciated. The margaritas were also very delicious and I recommend the white peach boba margarita strongly. I suggest trying the margarita flight as well if you re as indecisive as I am. The drink menu has so much variety and the food was delicious as well. Overall I will definitely be back and hope to have Devin as a server again.

I got a cheese burger and fries. It was covered in a sauce that was alot like thousand island which I dont care for and the fries it came with were cold and tasted like theyd been under a heat lamp for a while. The bathroom was filthy. The waitress we had was the only redeeming thing about the place. The other 2 people with us liked their food they said but my wife and I both arent feeling well after eating our burgers.

My family decided to give it another try on 3-14-2024. We were there about 7 pm. We were seated at the first booth on the right side of restaurant while almost everyone else was on the left side. We waited and waited,.we saw others come in and be seated. Then they had their drink order taken and even a few their food orders. Still nothing and nobody for us. After about 18 minutes we got up and left. No one ever came to us or even spoke to us except the hostess that seated us. The restaurant was not busy so really theres no excuse or reason for this. Guess this was a mistake we wont be repeating.

In my view, BJ s is among the best of the big chain restaurants. The dinning room is a step up over most chains, as is the food. The atmosphere isn t too sports bar, but it does cater to that crowd a bit. But, it also has a bit more class and aesthetic quality than the other chains, enough that it feels like an upgrade. The faire is better than most chains, too. Boasting a broader menu than places like Buffalo Wild Wings and Chili s, it s a decent choice when your favorite locally-owned restaurant is booked.

We wanted to try somewhere we havent been before and I can say we will never be back. Ordered the ribeye for 32.00 cooked medium and I was very disappointed. It was so tough that the steak knife took a bit of work. The baked potatoe seemed old like it was sitting to long. The waitress was explaining the app that could earn rewards and I when I told her we wouldnt be back because the steak was not good she preceded to tell me they are not a steak house. I did not want to complain to a manager, just took it for what it was. BJs is not for us.

The food tastes great but after spending $132 for a big order and missing 3 items, grilled chicken, sour cream, and whipped cream, its a disappointment especially when you live 35 minutes away.
