We had the pleasure of working with Christie! She s a hard worker and listens to what you want! We were in a time crunch because we had to be out of our rental by the end of the month. We were able to find a house, close and move in in just 3 & a half weeks! Christie was willing to meet us whenever we wanted to meet and wherever we wanted to meet. Sissy was Great! We listed our house in Tyler and we left to look for a new home in Tennessee. Sissy handled the rest. She sold our house in 2 days! She was excellent at all the electronic pieces that allowed us to do the whole process from another state. She consistently gave us updates on everything. At our request Sissy even found some paperwork in our file cabinet that was needed for the buyers. That kindness saved us from having to make a trip back to Tyler. Me and my husband have been looking for a home for over two years off and on. Sissy has been dragged from Holly Lake Ranch, to Frankston, back to Lake Cherokee and up to Mineola- shes been with us during the entire process and never once tapped out. She would meet us and show a house at the drop of a hat- Out of the 30+ houses we viewed, she showed all but a couple within a day or so of me asking ....sometimes showing several a week EVERY week. She always shot straight with us, always being honest, even if it wasnt what we wanted to hear. She is the absolute best at what she does. We love her so much, were having her list our home as well. I recently purchased a home in Bullard, TX and Jaxson was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They majority of the homes we looked at were done through him recording video since we live out of state. But he was always willing to go check out any house we requested. He also was very good a communicating with us throughout the process and explaining how things work. If he was ever unsure of the answer to one of our questions, he would either get back to us later with an answer or let us know where we could find it.
