Consistently high-quality pizza and wings. No off days where your toppings arent evenly distributed or something is under or overdone. Great food, quality ingredients, nice folks, every time. If you havent tried it, I highly recommend the thin crust cheeseburger pizza and the chicken bacon ranch.

Tried Topps for the first time tonight after seeing lots of recommendations and Im glad we did! They were so busy (rightfully so) and still managed to get our pizza out fast and hot. The toppings are loaded on and the pizza and dough are very flavorful. Thanks for the great dinner!

We usually LOVE Topps. We ordered a pizza lastnight, same as we always get. It was not very good. It tasted like PaPa Johns which I hate. Neither me nor my kids were able to finish our 2 pieces because neither of us liked the taste. I dont know if you all changed a recipe or something but please change it back. Were hoping and praying that it was just an off night. UPDATE: We have eaten at Topps today and several times since my last review and it has been really good everytime. They mustve just been having an off day when I gave my not so great review. I leave a lot of reviews and I always try to be honest so I definitely wanted to give an update and increase my rating. Keep up the great work and thank you all.

This is the first time I have tried this place. They must have been really busy (it was a Friday night) because the pizza arrived late (15 minutes past end time of estimated arrival). However, it did not disappoint! It was hot and fresh, loaded with toppings, and one of the best pizzas I ve ever had. I ordered thin crust. The person delivering it was very nice. I will definitely order from this place again!

First time to order from Topp s read reviews and thought I d try. I ordered a cheese pizza, small I was told pizza ready in 20 picked up and pizza was Luke warm. Meh. It wasn t terrible but it should have been hot/ very warm when I picked up. Disappointed. Have tried several pizza places in Tyler so far none are great.

I called at 9:38 not realizing they closed at 10 and they took my order no questions asked. My order was correct and smelled great. Ive been to this pizza place multiple times and have never been let down. The pizza is amazing and absolutely loaded down with toppings. The crust is just the right thickness. However, I am changing to a 5 star, reason being is every single visit since my review has been extremely pleasant and I am pleased. Bought one thick and one thin crust large supremes delivered. Thick crust was good, thin crust was like rubber not crisp at all. The previous 2 times, their pizza was great. 100% can say this is the best pizza in Tyler Texas. We had a standard crust pepperoni with olives and a thin crust half and half pizza which consisted of cheeseburger and the other half was a meat lovers. First, lets talk about the half and half pizza. Love the idea, especially for somebody like me who can never decide on what they want to eat. Getting two different types of pizza in one is delicious and the best part is it doesnt cost you extra like all the other places. The crust was paper thin exactly the way I like it. As far as the pepperoni with olives, this was kid approved with the standard thicker crust which was pillowy and chewy. Now lets talk about the toppings. Both pizzas were covered from edge to edge with toppings. Nowadays most pizza places have gotten so cheap on their toppings and their cheese. So basically all you get is dough and sauce but not here. Topps pizza literally tops their pizzas with so many toppings!!!! From reviews Ive read and from other family members and friends they do have quite a long wait for pizza during normal busy times. If you order off time like I did at 3:00 p.m. will get to you in 30 minutes or less.

This was our first time trying this establishment as we heard it was great. We like to support small businesses. My husband is there now waiting for our order that claimed to be ready according to the app. He has been waiting for over 20 minutes and still only partial order ready. I m sure the order that is ready will be cold by the time the rest of the order is ready. He also said it was extremely hot waiting in there and the workers had bad attitudes. We won t be ordering again. UPDATE: Owner reached out to me which was greatly appreciated. Once we received our food the pizza & wings were very good!! Decide to try it out for the first time. Completion time window provided was 6:12pm-6:27pm. Arrived at 6:30pm. Get told it will take another 15min. Check in at 6:50pm. They still haven t even started making my order yet finally get food at 7:05pm. I understand things getting busy and running late. But 40min late? Without any updates or warnings prior to ordering? Without any attempt at compensation? Definitely not happy with my first experience here. Food was good but absolutely wish I would have gone somewhere else.

Reading reviews was excited to try this place with so many saying it s the best in Tyler. I definitely wouldn t agree with that its like a Pizza Hut/ dominos kind of place. Best pizza in town! I cant not get enough of it. Pizza is always super cheesy with a bunch of ingredients and the customer service is amazing. If you havent tried topps pizza you are missing out!!

it s not what it seems. i would not recommend eating here because restaurant is very nasty behind the kitchen. they don t wash the dishes, just rinse them off. most of the staff has this don t care attitude.

Ive lived in Tyler since 1998, and have tried every pizza place in town ... Topps pizza is the best, hands down. The crust is perfect, the toppings are always fresh and generous. The staff is always friendly and they get the pizza out quickly. We have never been disappointed

Pizza is delicious and the rep that answered my call was extremely helpful since the Door Dasher never brought me my food that was picked up and hour prior. She put my order back in and had a staff member deliver it for me. Luv the customer service!

Our family visited this establishment last Friday and had an amazing experience with the staff. They were accommodating for our special needs and treated us with high respect. OH..but when we took the pizzas home and took our first bites we were amazed at how delicious their pizzas, garlic bread, and cheesy bread was. We LOVE pizza and this place is on our best list.
