Horrible company! I paid in full for 3 credit repairs. They started the process and never finished neither one. They don t answer messages, they don t call back. They have a money back guarantee that they don t live up to either. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I will be seeking legal action as well.

I don t know who paid the rest of yall for the review, but my experience was zero stars. Paid $1800 for the 6month program they recommended and followed the process by sending in everything I received and no results. Then was told a credit lawyer would be contacting me and have heard nothing. You re better off spending $1800 on the research and dispute yourself.

Jeffrey credit repair Rigdon is quite possibly the best credit repair agent out there! Spent a lot of money, and in the end I ended up with 2 garnishments. So, now. I pay over $1000 a month for the garnishment and my credit took a hit. This is only supposed to be a short term solution. Any past debt you have, once White Jacob s reaches out to them, that starts your time all over. I had a repossession from 2017, had I of left well enough alone it would have fell off on its own.. now, I am being garnished. Since they update all your personal information, debt collectors know where you live and work, they will come for what is owed. If you are prepared to buy a car or house within 6 months, I d say do it. If you don t act fast enough, you ll just be wasting your money like I did. Just do the right thing, reach out to the companies you have debt with on your own accord. At least you will be able to work something out before you get garnished.

I quickly realized that communication seemed to be a struggle, once I received notice that he d lost his assistant.. actually all communication stopped due to my primary contact being his assistant. Due to this, I decided to just sit back and allow him to work, but as months passed I d received no updates to my portal and zero responses to emails. I actually had to call the firm and speak with someone else to figure some things out. Maybe 2 weeks ago, I noticed something fall off my credit and then come back on so I decided to call until I was able to get ahold of him. Once I was able to get ahold of him I asked for an update, as nothing seems to be updated through my portal and he s not responded to emails since I signed the contract for services. At this time he chose to divulge that they ve not been able to access the credit reporting account that they have the login information for and that I needed to contact them to resolve. When contacted, it rang to a regular phone which is HIGHLY suspect and I informed Mr. Duarte that I was unable to leave a message. I eventually successfully changed the password and emailed that to him. I have again emailed Duarte last weekend asking for that update that I requested several weeks ago, and was met with an indignant response denying that we d ever spoken. I again demanded that I have a full update of the progress by Tuesday, via email with this being the final round, and as of today (Thursday) have received no update nor a response to my email. This is not the level of communication or temperament of anyone you want handling your sensitive personal information. The fact that I had to sign a power of attorney for them to work their magic is concerning when basic answers seem to be difficult to ascertain regarding MY financial future. My expectation is that I receive correspondence of some sort from a managing partner of this firm (not Mr. Duarte), about my experience, a return on my investment, what has been done with my sensitive information, and an update on my credit health. ASAP, prior to me having to speak with the Federal Trade Commission. Please reach out to me no later than 4/30 to resolve.

If you dont want to waste your money and, most importantly, your time, please read this review before considering this credit repair company. Ive read extensively about credit repair companies but never tried them until I had the unfortunate experience with this particular one. Around a year and a few months ago, I contacted this company and spoke with Edward Richardson. Let me start by saying, Richardson is an exceptional salesman. He painted a picture of their program as something truly remarkable, emphasizing their superior customer service and how they differentiate themselves from other credit repair companies. He assured me that my goals, particularly purchasing a home in the near future, would not be hindered by any issues on my credit report, and that he would personally ensure I achieved my goals. Filled with hope, I decided to give them a chance. However, after over a year and a few months, I can confidently say that this company has done absolutely nothing for me. Despite Richardsons promises, the issues on my credit report remain unresolved. Whats worse, I havent received any communication from Richardson since May of 2023. Calls and texts to him go unanswered, and Im left dealing with inexperienced staff members who provide no substantial assistance. Richardson himself stated that they are beginners and still learning the last time i spoke to him. Though my credit saw a slight improvement on one bureau, its far from what was promised, especially considering the thousands of dollars Ive spent. I expected, at the very least, a callback or some form of communication from the person I initially dealt with, rather than being directed to individuals who are still learning the ropes. Adding to the frustration, my credit is now frozen, and Im unable to access it. Despite my attempts, I cant get through to anyone at the company to understand what went wrong or how to rectify the situation. In summary, do not waste your money or fall into the trap of their program. Youll find yourself stranded halfway through with no idea of whats happening and no communication from the company. Avoid at all costs!.

Buyer beware, they claim to have an investigative research team but they don t. These people will quote you some crazy pricing. Thy tried to quote me $2200 to repair my credit. On top of that they want $117 dollars a month in addition to the $2200 to send certified mail. They explain how it s a six month long process and they are attorney backed only if you live in Texas. They prey on the mistakes you ve made and when I say they go over it with you they do. Save yourself the money this business model will soon be replaced by AI. There are apps out there that will guide you through the process.

In response to the comment left by the company: I have emailed my representative concerned account questions that went unanswered. I was reassigned a new assistant and not informed by him. The only contact from him was regarding if I had any referrals. My last contact with the new assistant I informed all updates on my end were current and requested to confirm my rep was still there on 2/2/2024. I have always been responsive via email as his work hours and time difference do not work with my work schedule. It was an expensive service that did not help my goal to better my credit. If I could give this business negative stars I would. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I ve ever had for a service that cost upwards of $1k plus monthly fees. I worked with Matthew for the 6 months and prior to even starting the service I detailed exactly the collection account I needed taken care of / removed. I was assured that it would be absolutely no issue getting this done. Fast forward 6 months later and no progress was made AT ALL. I will note that they attempted to in their request for documentation in regards to the legal matter, but were unsuccessful in their efforts to do so. Throughout this 6 month process I rarely heard from Matthew, the times I did hear from him it was due to my own reaching out to request an update. Completely unprofessional business, with no direct contact to anyone when you re rep does not want to answer you for whatever reason. I can not stress how poor of service and just pure unprofessionalism I experienced working with these people. I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews but I was just absolutely blown away. I ve requested a refund, never received any update on that. I would seek a true credit professional rather than this firm, as I have done so myself.

My biggest mistake was blindly trusting White Jacobs with my credit repair. Edgar, my assigned representative, assured me my case wasn t complex and they d achieve excellent results quickly. After 6 months, some items did fall off, even allowing me to secure a mortgage. Unfortunately, my celebration was short-lived. All the deleted collections reappeared, plummeting my score below it s pre-White Jacobs state. Furious and even more frustrated, I attempted to contact them and Edgar for an explanation, but my efforts were met with complete silence. I couldn t even get to request for a refund of my money since they have done nothing but ruin my credit even more. Thankfully, a friend pointed me to a credit expert on Instagram - creditrepairwiththesage. This expert provided the crucial help I desperately needed. He cleaned up the mess and raised my score by more 150 points in weeks. If you re considering effective credit repair, learn from my mistake and choose wisely. White Jacobs may initially appear promising, but their deceptive practices and lack of accountability can leave you worse off than before.

I am not one that likes to write reviews but felt compelled to write one because of the outcome. I was in a position to close on a home and could not because of my 2 charge offs that remained on my credit. I reached out to White Jacobs and was fortunate to have a Senior Advisor by the name of Edgar assist me. I was skeptical at first as they are a Credit Restoration Company and could not find much about Debt Settlement. When I spoke to Mr. Duarte, he explained to me the process on what WJA could do for me and thought, I cannot get my house without it. The process was exactly what he said and have closed on my home. The owner pretended like he wanted to work with me to resolve the issue at hand but in the end he decided to steal my $998 dollars without providing me with the service I paid his company to perform. Please be careful when dealing with this company! I am suspect when it comes to the glowing reviews. I think the phone number they provide on their website should be looked into. Also, the company violated the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Do not hire White Jacobs to repair your credit! I was contacted by Mike who convinced me to hire them to repair my credit. Days after I hired them his assistant Kameron contacted me stating that they sent my dispute letter out and they would contact me Oct 3, 2023, to give me an update. The next day Mike called me and said he would contact me Oct 13, 2023. This had me wondering why was I getting two different dates from people who work closely together. I then sent Kameron an email asking if they sent my dispute letters by certified mail and I also wanted a copy of the dispute letters. She responded by saying yes. Two weeks went by and I did not receive any notification from the credit bureaus stating disputes were opened. I then became concerned that letters were not sent out. So, I contacted Kameron requesting a copy of the certified mail receipt and dispute letters. This is the response she provided: Goodmorning Mrs. Annette, we sent your first-round letters out on 8/30. We are not permitted to allow the client to have a copy of the audit letters due to copyright infringement. My apologies. Unfortunately, we dont send our clients the letters that we send out and we dont send out the mail receipts due to protection policy. My apologies for any inconvenience. I then realized I was scammed and contacted both her and Mike making them aware of my discovery. I am in the process of contacting as many consumer protection agencies as I can so that other consumers will not lose $998 for the first-time fee and then $115 a month. I am so devastated because they both came across like they were really caring and concerned about helping me with repairing my credit. I wonder how they ever received glowing reviews that I assume former clients have left. Protect your money and do not hire White Jacobs to repair your credit. I think they were trying to keep me on the subscription for as long as possible.

BEWARE!!! Do not be fooled by these paid for positive reviews and waste your money on their services. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to persuade you for the sale without any results. This company does nothing but send standard templates monthly, without garnering any positive results. Please utilize the money you would pay them, to negotiate settlements with your creditors, request verifications, good will letters, file complaints with the CFPB, etc. and repair your credit on your own. Highly recommend! I normally don t leave reviews but I felt so inclined to do so because I am so grateful for Mike Morones advice when I was purchasing my home. Buying a house is a pretty big thing and Magic Mike gave me some tips on the points needed for my credit to make that a success. It felt very sincere that he wanted to help and there was no high pressure sales pitch at the end where it felt like you had to buy their service or your life would be in shambles. As a matter of fact, the advice he gave was free. The experience was just like one person helping another person out without any strings attached and I m very appreciative of that. My credit analyst Mr. Oscar Gomez walked me thru the necessary steps that would be required to start my turn around with the credit bureaus. I adore my credit guy, I called in skeptical and I m a very private person. He made me feel like I ve known him forever! Jeff Rigdon is his name. He explained everything with a fine tooth comb and actually pronounced my name right (unusual)glad I signed on. In one week I started receiving credit alerts that my score was going up. This place does what they say they re going to do, and it s well worth the money. Way better than Lexington Law or any other credit help businesses I ve dealt with in the past. Steve Tansey knows his stuff, taught me a lot about credit, and after working with them my score went from a 580 to a 796 in 3 months. Do what they say, provide what they ask for and they ll do the same for you, bringing your score up significantly.

I have been using and referring white jacobs and Associates for years and they have always been great . But I needed them again after hurricane IAN . So I called Chris up and signed back up for there services. Well we are on round three and nothing has been done . Every other time I would receive things from the credit agencies but I have only gotten one thing from the agencies and nothing has changed on any of my reports I have been telling Chris and he has been telling me to give it time he is on it. Well after three round and no communication from the credit agencies or from white jacobs. I have to give up on them . They are not doing what they say . They are just stealing people money and not doing the job. There will be two other clients posting bad reviews also cause Chris at white jacobs is taking your money and not doing the work. SO BE WARE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE.

Due to fraud my credit had dropped from the low 800s down to upper 600s. I turned things over to WJA and 5 months later all the fraudulent items had been removed and my score is back in the upper 700s! **BEWARE** I contacted this company for help. The associate Jamari stated they would have to run a credit report for $5 and would give me an estimate. After the report was completed for $5 without authorization they made a fraudulent charge to my credit card under the name credit confidential DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!! when I called to ask why they were rude and laughed as if I should be ok with them just making random unauthorized charges!

Mr. Duarte & Alexis as well as the rest of their team did an amazing job explaining everything to me and my wife. The hardest thing for me to understand was their payment/recruiting process. Instead of 1 monthly payment there is 2 unless you have someone to recruit advertising via Am-way. That would be my only complaint and thats merely a clerical issue. They do go above and beyond to make things right and are very knowledgeable about their jobs. The big Eye opener was when Mr. Duarte explained the whole 30% used on a credit card thing. I get it now dont ask me to explain it you ask him. All in all theyve done a great job. No dealer would talk to me before and now I drive the Jeep in the pictures below.
