Miracle workers! They repaired to perfection a large antique wood mirror that inexplicably fell off the wall and the frame broke apart. I was heartbroken to imagine losing it and Traci assured me she and her sister could repair it. They did a beautiful job for an amazing price! Their shop ant their work is five star. I previously had an old print matted and framed and it turned out great too. I highly recommend this business.

To say I had a great time at this gallery would be a travesty of an understatement. From the moment I stepped through the door I felt welcome whilst awestruck at the plethora of local talent on exhibit. I found a brilliant piece and had it framed by their in-house expert with a turnover that boggles my mind. It now happily adorns my apartment with whimsical elegance.

We love the GLG! Weve now had them frame 5 pieces and dont plan to stop there. They worked with us for hours to choose the right matting and frames. Tracy was so kind & helpful! The frame & glass on my old picture broke in a move. I was on a budget, so I wanted to leave the old matting and just get a new frame and glass. I also wanted the frame to match my plantation blinds. These photos do not do justice to how great it actually turned out. In person it is much more fabulous & takes me right to a serene beachfront when I look at it! I highly recommend Gold Leaf Gallery for all your framing needs. Gold leaf is the most underrated Art Dealing, Art Framing and Art Restoration business in EAST TEXAS. I ve personally used the incredible team at Gold Leaf on more than several occasions, they have absolutely exceeded expectations every time. I still can t fathom why people would go to Dallas or even farther when their is Top Tier talent, Professional Craftsmanship, Knowledgeable, Genuine Owners and Remarkable Results. Their commitment to Quality and matching your vision with their knowledge leads to Perfection, well as close as you can get to it every time. I ve even taken a very expensive painting that was damaged to them and within two months, had a gorgeous, personally in my opinion better than before restored and repaired painting. I can t share anymore good about Gold Leaf in this post for fear of it seeming to good to be true well it isn t. Go see for yourself and let the results and your delight speak for itself. I ve had them frame everything from convert posters and finger paintings to oil paintings and every time it turns out fantastic. They take the time to talk with me and figure out the perfect combination of frame and backing and glass to work with my art in the space it will hang and within my budget. As a picture framer myself for 20 years working for a very large wholesale shop in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I know all of the ins and outs of quality framing. Are largest client was Merrill Chase Galleries out of Chicago. We framed art for many galleries across the Midwest on a weekly basis and we had exceptionally high standards. Quality picture framing has so many variables. Types of mats, glass, backing, mat reveal, how a piece is hinged or mounted. A piece that is framed correctly will last a very long time. I have come to know the owners at Gold Leaf since I moved to Tyler in 2009 and have used them for some of my own pieces and have seen the same quality I myself am accustomed to. I will accept no less since this is what I myself provided all those years in Milwaukee. Aside from their quality work, it has always been a pleasure working with Traci and her sister Deborah. I continue to work with them often and will continue. I definitely recommend them for your framing. They have also been doing it a long time, and when it comes to framing, you definitely want someone with experience handing your treasures.

Walked in the store, have been trying to find a painting for over my fireplace. The lady at the store was at the counter on her personal cell phone having a call on speaker about her sugar levels and did not greet us or ask if we needed help or anything. I had a very particular issue with some portraits that are very important to me and I came into the store for a quote. I told the ladies I would think about it and they understood because of the size of the portraits and the detail that would be involved. Most businesses would have stopped there, but their passion for helping people and preserving art came through when they gave me a recommendation that did not involve their store.
