I will give credit where its due: when I closed my account with them, my deposit was returned quickly. The paralegal/legal assistants are also great. Otherwise, I had an awful experience. Im going through a mess right now, entirely due to Steve and Chelseas failure to advocate for me or communicate with me properly. Four months of my time gone. Money wasted. Now Im stuck racing the clock to take care of something that should have been handled months ago. Im very surprised by how things turned out. This seems like a reputable firm, and Im sure they do good work then they have a mind to. I dont know what happened other than they couldnt admit they were too busy for my case. When I wasnt getting any substantial communication from them, I even gave them an easy out and let them know if they were too busy, to just let me know and Id find other representation. They couldnt even respect me enough to do that. Im sure they have their own perspective on things, but what Im going through now due to their negligence is real. Maybe they do right by lots of other clients, but they truly let me down.

Ramey and Flock did a great job in helping me with a legal matter where a letter needed to be sent in order to collect over due payment. They created a professional legal letter and sent it out in a timely matter which greatly helped me in my collections efforts.
