Those poor guys were trying to make it all work. There was water dripping alot from the ceiling in the food prep area. The floor was really wet. I was most disappointed when we got home and I was eating (my favorite the pickled onions) and the onion were just onions. Like it was just fresh cut onions in the brine.

I frequent this location, but the past 3-4 times Ive gone theres been an issue and I may just have to move on. Something is always wrong now, soda out of carbonation and the workers dont know how to fix it, theyve run out of some various item, steak, beans, peppers & onions, habenero lime steak etc.....at least this last time the workers were a but more friendly than usual

Tried to eat Monday for lunch but doors were locked at noon. Came back Tuesday for dinner at 7:00 and they didn t have tea because they already picked it up to close. Fountain drink machine tasted way off. When we informed them they just said ok. It seemed like it was a bother that we were there. Over just meh.

My daughter and I came here for lunch, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional, they were too busy chatting to do their jobs. We tried to dine in but they just standing around the counter cursing loudly. I didnt want my 8 yr old hearing it so we left. The food bar was a mess and most of the ingredients looked like they were out or had been sitting all day. The service was pretty crappy. And yet they ask for a tip at the checkout. Pretty disappointed overall. Really poor work ethic is being seen everywhere now days.

There is probably a reason it has been empty every single time and they were mopping and empty restaurant at 730 on a Friday my only real complaint is $17 for essentially a rice burrito and a couple of pieces steak and a large drink is flat out ridiculous. I don t know if prices went up, because I usually don t pay attention to cost, but when the cashier said 16.80 something I was a little taken back. No thanks I ll goto a sit down Mexican food place and at least get some chips and salsa

The food was good... but the employees stole my phone! Some girl named Jasmine and her mother stole my cell phone on the night of october 8th. I came by this morning (october 9th 2023) and Jasmine denied it but I could tell she was lying. Now the cops are involved so they have come clean; However, they keep telling the cops they are bringing the phone back at 3 (ive been here since 10am) I want my phone back before they get my personal information! Im sure this review will lead to them being terminated but at least wait till after 3 so I can attempt to get my phone back. I have owned a business before and hate to leave this review but there was not a manager to assist the cops, there wasnt a manager to answer questions b/c she wouldnt answer her phone! There is nothing worse than a liar and a thief. As a single mom, I cant afford to miss a day of wok but thanks to this Jasmine chick and her mother, ill be out even more money than I already am. I hope to God my phone is there at 3 cause if its not, they will both be leaving in handcuffs. This place should be shut down until they can find some better management. Ill even offer to work and get this place back on track where it needs to be if the pay is right. I know its hard to find good help nowadays. If Qdoba rectifies the situation by terminating their employment then ill update this review.

I came just a couple days ago and had a great experience then today I came I didn t have as much of a good one, I was given barley any guacamole and queso, then when I asked for a slice of lime I was looked at like I was crazy and told they didn t have any.. even tho this is the only time I ve been denied a slice of lime. Why would they have them advertised with food if they didn t have them? I was looking at limes when she told me they didn t have any like if you don t wanna do your job just say that or at least give me a real reason on why you can t give me a slice.

I will NEVER eat here again. We ordered delivery through there website. They not me, they choose to use door dash. My order was delivered 45 mins late. Calle the store, was told its a door dash problem. Called door dash and they said order was placed through Qdoba so its there problem. I have sent two emails Qdoba for a refund with not one response. Food is decent, but service is horrible and customer service is even worse. They tried pushing a reorder. Not happening. Why would I want a second screwed up order. By the way I live about 3 miles from the store. Qdoba needs to make it right and give me my money back.

I came here with a friend, she is a vegetarian and was totally disrespected, she asked if she could get the rice that comes in the bowl on the side, and then the veggie meat that comes with it on the side ,then they decided to double charge her for her bowl and told if you get it on the side you have to pay extra, but the rice comes with the bowl and so does the veggie meat. We will not be coming back again, and the. Girl who waited on her was rude and nasty. This place has totally changed and we will not be back. Never have I ever been treated so badly..

I was so excited that there was a Qdoba in Burleson, but this Qdoba just misses the mark badly. Save your time and money and go to a different restaurant/Qdoba I tried going on a Saturday at noon, but I guess they re closed on Saturdays? I also tried a Monday at 2pm, but the doors were locked then too. Not sure what the hours are On the third time, we caught them open. The place was a quiet ghost town. The two staff chilling at the table ignored us until we asked if they were open, to which then a lady in the back came out and took our order We got our food, but couldn t find a clean table so we had to wipe one off. Drink machine was in disrepair. There was no water, tea, or coffee. There was trash inside the lid dispenser. Every table was dirty on the tops, and trash was littered on the ground around the whole restaurant. Overall, just a filthy and lazy atmosphere Though subpar compared to other Qdobas, the food was good. Will definitely be sticking to the Qdobas closer to Ft. Worth though

For that price, we were not expecting to be so good with big portions. Rossy gave us fantastic service, so thoughtful and helpful. And Jermy was really great too. Both were super accommodating. The crema salsa is unreal, and though it sounds gross, you have to put the pickled red onions on whatever. I could eat those with a spoon. Great queso too with crispy chips.

The food is delicious but there are other negatives, Ive been here a few times and it seems to be the same issue every time. They usually dont have all the ingredients (Fajita, guac, queso, even lettuce). So when I ask for them Im usually answered with we ran out. Even lettuce when I pushed a little more the employee said he could probably find some, then bent down and pulled out a new container. Im guessing its the time of day I usually get there (7:30pm) so maybe they dont want to make fresh fajitas or guac if theyre going to close soon. I ordered 5 bowls and they divided out the remaining toppings into all 5 when it was probably enough for just 2. I imagine to avoid making more. Good food but after the 4th time, Id rather just go to Chipotle from now on rather than have the awkward well can you get more conversation every time.

We love the food, but the portions dont make any sense. My roommate and wife both get the chicken bowl. He orders a bunch of toppings, she order just chicken and rice. They both pay the same price for both bowls. He gets a heaping bowl, and she gets a tiny childs portion. No exaggeration. In the pic, we havent touched her bowl at all. She didnt ask for extra chicken, she wants extra rice, if possible, but nothing. This is just ridiculous. Dont waste your money. Maybe in person they give you an actual portion?

Edit: The below review is left for posterity, but I do need to add a star and truly appreciate a business for its excellent customer service. The QA people reached out to me to try their restaurant again on their dime. They definitely got the riff raft out of this location. It s satisfying to see a business realize that undercutting on staff is a terrible thing. When I went in the last time, I was greeted, helped, and served good food in a clean and efficient environment. Well done! This restaurant is just blah. The food isn t bad, but isn t good. I won t speak ill of the staff, because there almost feels there is a pall in the whole place. The cleanliness of the restaurant just never feels good, and honestly I attribute it to them being understaffed. I don t think I have seen more than two workers there ever. I am sure there is one in the back cooking, but if there are more employees working then there is a much larger problem. I have also never ever seen a manager or at least anyone that looks management like. The hot sauce area is basically one almost empty bottle of Chalula. The lemons/limes always look like they are days old. The prices would be ok if the food was better, but since the product is lacking... the rating is too. This location will probably die when Chipotle opens up down the road. And, if a FreeBird s ever decided to come to Burleson, this place would implode.

First - The app cleared our order after spending the time to put it in. So I redid it. Second - Then I called to verify order and they confirmed first order went through as a pick up and was ready. We wanted delivery. So asked if could cancel the second order and just deliver the first. She said no problem and refunded second order. Third - Then got a call from Doordash lady that they wouldnt release the order. So we called them back and original lady wasnt there so had to explain what happened and they said they could cancel the order, or deliver it. We wanted to know if it was cold, if so we would cancel. She said they could remake order. We needed it like NOW as we were going out. She said it wad still warm so we had it delivered. Doordash lady was nice and I apologized for the time and inconvenience. Fourth - Got in to eat the food and it was cold. Will have to really think about it before ordering from them again as this was only our second time. First time was ok. Fix the app and communicate with your coworkers on orders!

It s so unfortunate that a free chips and queso becomes free* with entree after having been pushed to sign up for the app. There s no notice about that little detail whatsoever. Also, no way to easily apply the so-called sign-up gift when ordering through the app. Basically the app is clunky and hard to use. Employees aren t helpful, can t solve the issue. Switched to Qdoba over Chipotle. Used to love going to Qdoba until recently. I have gone in twice in a month and both times the same girl has done my order. I can tell shes new because I had never seen her before and because of the way she makes the food. I always get a bowl and they used to look like the lid wasnt going to close because of the amount of food the girls would put. Now the bowls look halfway done. The new girl looks like shes doubting on the amount to put. I have to constantly ask her to put another scoop of whatever I want and the bowl still looks halfway.

I absolutely love this location. The customer service is great, the restaurant is clean, and the food is hot. They have a great selection of protein to choose from and options for vegetarians. I ordered a regular bowl with beef,3 tortillas, applesauce and a regular drink. The lady only charged me for the bowl and drink, and also threw in a juice for my son. It s a nice and quiet environment I guess depending on the time. I personally like Qdoba over Chipotle...based on the rice and more options of meat.

The queso is yummy; and, unlike Chipotle and Freebirds, QDOBA doesnt charge extra for guacamole. But the past two times we went, the entire dining area reeked of raw sewage or (more likely) an unmaintained grease trap. Nauseating!

Always a great place to eat! The staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, the food is always good. The Impossible meat is the best addition they could have possibly made to the menu! Having a plant based protein means EVERYONE can eat here, so it makes stopping a non-brainer! (Now, if only they would put one down in Cleburne!)

The food is decent, however, the employees have absolutely no idea what s going on. No one communicates with one another. I was double charged twice by different employees. When I pointed it to their attention they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I showed it to them on my statement, not 10 min after I ordered for dine in. I m glad I caught it when I did because they made it out like I was a liar and I am not ok with that. This team needs better communication skills and training.

I love this place mainly because the manager is super nice and provides great service (her staff is great too)! Food has always been delicious and I really appreciate how accommodating the staff is when it comes to customizing your food. Want a little more of this or that? it s always no problem. You ll never get a snarky look or remark if you ask for more of something like you do at other places. I ll be coming back for sure!
