I hired Eric to represent for traffic citation. I paid him $1500 he changed the court. When I was showed up in court I was told I got arrest warrants I call him from the courthouse and he was on vacation ! then I hire another Excellent lawyer to clean up Eric mess in total I paid $2500 not including court cost ..! He s the worst guy to communicate..!

I hired Mr. Jensen over a year ago to represent me for a ticket and I thought everything was cool. I paid his office over $700 to represent me for my ticket. I got a call from Mr. Jensen office a few weeks ago telling me that I need to appear in court. My attorney never showed up and the courts told me that I shouldnt had to show up because of me having a attorney. Ive tried calling and I dont get any answer from him. Im wondering for my next court appearance will he even show. I dont want to report him to the board I just wish he would reach out and let me know something.

Where to start.. this is long over due but better late than never! First and foremost Im an out of state visitor with a CDL.. I travelled to Yantis Texas back in March from Indiana for a fishing trip. On my way to the ramp one morning I got clocked doing 70 in a 55. This was absolutely an accident considering most of the roads were 70 in the area. Nevertheless. With an Indiana license and a class a CDL I couldnt afford points against it. Mr. Jensen was cooperative and informative. As a small time attorney he answered his phone when he could and responded back to me quickly. Keeping me up to date with progress. By the time April into May rolled around this case was dropped and I was able to move on. Get ahold of him early and remember things take time and patients are key! Mr. Jensen will help you out!! Mr. Eric Dana Jensen, You want to be sure you remember his name. Because, this so called lawyer displays very, very poor etiquette. I was calling to inquire, about possibly retaining his services. He was very hyped up for some reason, agitated, divisive, and offensive, as if, I was being intrusive of his time. He was so rude, and obtuse, he kept interrupting me and acted as if I owed him money or something (e.g. his clients on payment plans). I am an intellect and a professional, that lives an extremely comfortable life. I am not bragging, it s just when he mentioned his fee, he implied as if I couldn t afford him, I assured him I easily could. He hung up on me, then when I called back to inquire why, he wanted to put me on his calendar to make an appointment (hell no). The attorney that recommended him, was my attorney prior, up to a couple of weeks ago. He abandoned my case, stating he had developed depression, and told this, to the people I hired him to protect me from. When I asked Mr. Jensen, if they were friends he became very abrasive and hung up on me again. I noticed that Mr. Jensen, was threatening to sue a former client for defamation. I do not believe he has much financial means in life, if he wants to sue someone he took money from. I have proof about everything I stated on here, so Mr. Jensen if you are derogatory towards me or even make a comment about anything I have put on here. I know exactly what I need to do next in this situation. I really want people to know, to please find someone who will protect you and your rights. Please do not learn the hard way, as I did.

Terrible lawyer paid him his fee for a stop sign ticket he said he would take care of it so it wouldnt go on my driving record. Few months later he calls and says he cant do anything for me and going to plea me guilty and now it will go on my record and have to pay the ticket. Should of just represent myself and saved his 500 dollar fee waste of time and very disappointed in his work.

I FIRED him from 2 cases! Dragged his feet for 2 months. Wouldnt tell his fee. Dont worry Im rich then told me how rich. Building a restaurant in Winona has a farm, lawyer for decades, blah blah blah. Then demanded 300 bucks. No invoice and NOTHING accomplished. Trying and failing to lawyer out of his area of practice. Hired a competent Real Estate lawyer who figured the case out in 30 minutes. If he refutes this I might use it to file a complaint with the Texas Bar. Costs nothing but a little time. He cant fight the TRUTH.

I researched and called several attorneys in Tyler, Texas. I was wanting to dissolve my marriage without it turning into a catastrophe. I was uncomfortable with everyone I had researched and contacted. So a couple of months went by before I Pursued this matter. On my way home from Walmart one day, I saw Eric Jensen Office and decided to pull in. Fortunately, I found their office to be extremely casual. I didn t feel threatened or uncomfortable. Going to see an attorney is certainly out of my comfort zone. I first spoke with his assistant, Madeline. She was wonderful! She went in and asked Mr. Jensen if he had time to speak with me and he agreed to do so. He probably spent an hour talking to me, he asked a lot of questions and I could tell he was trying to make sure that I had contemplated all of the possible ramifications of my actions. I was solid in my decision and at that point, he and I were on the same page. His concern for my future wellbeing, at that time, was incredibly gracious and I was very appreciative. (I felt like he was trying to talk me into staying married, lol, not exactly what I would call an attorney trying to line his own pockets ). At the end of our conversation he asked me if I wanted to proceed with filing. I said yes. At that time he told me what the cost would be and it was very reasonable, another area I greatly appreciated. Everything went very smoothly, anytime I contacted his office, Madeline would return my call or email promptly. Read reviews!!!! Despite reading reviews about this man, I decided to make an appointment for a consultation. I made the appointment giving them my name and number. I arrived to the appointment on time and walked into a ROOM cluttered and looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. Lady and Gentleman, that entire room was his office. He asked me what did I want (very rudely) when I walked in, I acted confused because a week earlier I had made an appointment and any business should know what they have going on for the day. I told him I made the appointment and had actually tried to call to ask if they charged for talking to them about finances. He said Im not talking to you for free and I never got any calls from you, so your information is wrong. I showed him on my phone that I had called EIGHT TIMES that day. He said oh well if your number isnt local I block it. (WHAT BUSINESS BLOCKS NUMBERS FROM DIFFERENT AREA CODES-this is America). I tried to explain my situation about trying to just find out about cost, not even discussing my case and he told me he didnt have time for my phycological problems or to give me any pity. Im a single mom and went to seek guidance on COST for a traffic court case. This man degraded me, called me names, treated me like I was garbage from the moment I walked in. He told me I was making a big mistake walking out of there without hiring him... NO hiring him would have been my biggest mistake. Treating someone with no dignity is shameful and I will make sure I can share this on ever outlet I can. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. DONT EVEN BOTHER CALLING HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE I DID.

This attorney took money from my friend for a case and didn t deliver any of the things he said he would or could do. He completely misrepresented my friend during the short time he was the attorney on the case. That s why he got fired from the case. On top of that he didn t file any paperwork right, went to court and lied to the judge saying my friend agreed to the custody and child support and visitation when it was completely the opposite and in the end my friend lost his kids because of him.

We were in a situation where we needed an attorney quick, and we didnt have much money to work with . Mr Jensen was one of the first attorneys I randomly called. I continued to call around and ended up callig him back. He was the only attormey willing to talk to us with the little amount of money we had. Dont get me wrong he wanted his money and was straight foward about it but thats understandable. After all he did us the favor by letting us pay him out. This guy is not the guy to depend on.I went to him in a really bad situation with the cps.With out even hearing my case he was really rude,and very unprofessional.Never being in this situation before,and pretty nervous,I heard him talk with him ever hearing my problem,and he kept looking at his clock so that waiting on the 30 minute consultation to be over with.He ended up getting 500.00 from me,and never really knew what was going on.That part was my fault because I was I dire need of an attorney and fast.Mr.Jenson seen that and took full advantage of it.I wouldnt recommend this guy to know one.I promise you he will make himself and you look like a fool in court.Office stinks,very dirty,and he is very rude.I recommend anyone even thinking of using this guy to rethink.Hope this can save someone the problem of hiring him
