I ve had the pleasure of working with Sarina and her team before and they were amazing. Under unfortunate circumstances I had to again. Divorce and custody is definitely not an easy thing to go through but Sarina and her team handled it professionally and courteously. I can t thank them enough I will forever and always recommend Sarina and her team. Lesley, Cathy, Fritz, and Grant are all amazing and everyone behind the scenes an excellent team. Somehow this office spent all of my $5,000 retainer in emails to opposing counsel, letting me know this when it came time for mediation (never made it to trial as promised at first meeting). Sarina didn t show up to my mediation much less a trial. I should have been patient and put myself on a waiting list with other lawyers in Tyler (there s a reason for those waiting lists, they re good right?) but I panicked (ex threatening legal action I fell for) & settled for an office that had no one waiting. If you have unlimited funds this is not a devastating mistake. But I do not. Hoping saying something to save someone the same heartache.

My review will hardly differ from the many other highly positive reviews for this firm. Needless to say, they were a godsend for me during my divorce proceedings. I secured Elizabeth at the last moment and yet, despite the hurried circumstances, she maintained a professional and courteous partnership with me and saw to my every need. Alongside Elizabeth, I bent the ear of paralegal Leslee for several questions, some repetitious, others not so. Yet she was attentive and courteous to my needs as well. I did not expect this level of service as a man during a divorce so to say they are top notch is an absolute understatement. TLDR: Brilliant firm who has your back. 5 stars arent enough.

Family Court can be highly stressful. Sarina and her staff were wonderful and so supportive. I frequently told Sarina she kept me centered through the 7 months she represented me. She was always responsive and explained the intricate laws pertaining to the process of working out an equitable settlement that was in the best interest of the child. This was the second time I found myself in need of her expert services. I sincerely hope I dont find myself in need of a family lawyer again. If I do, my first call will be to Hager Law, PLLC.

Hager Law is THE BEST when it comes to family law in my opinion! Sarina and her team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got 50/50 custody of my boys and joint conservatorship! My experience with Hager Law was excellent. The team they have is one of the best there is no doubt. They truly invest in your case and your situation. I felt like they were an extension of my family because of how much they cared about me and about my boys. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome in my custody case. She is twisted! Me and my ex came to agreements and she kept changing things and causing us to keep going back to court! She doesn t listen to anything going on! I had to hire a counselor for my children because my ex was abusive and caused extensive damage to my children and this women continues to try and help a monster get rights to kids that he has mentally and physically abused! She manipulative and is only in it for money! So CPS can handle him from this point on! Update 2023: that monster you helped is now going to Jail for touching little girls!!!

I retained Hager Law, PLLC to handle a case for me involving my employer. They took my case and quickly contacted the employers attorney and were able to reach a settlement that was beyond what I had expected and in a very timely manner. They responded quickly and professionally to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls. I knew that I was in good hands from the first meeting. The communication is first class. We paid for a consultation with Sarena and it was clear that she did not want to help and she is all in for womens rights even if it s in the wrong. If you are a male save your money and find another lawyer. It won t let me reply on here so I will just edit to say that you are correct she did let her being a mother of six impair here judgement of which it is the judges job to decide that. We have so much evidence against this mother it is a no brained and she basically said she won t help someone take a baby away from her mother. Like I stated IF YOU ARE A MALE DO NOT PAY THIS FIRM FOR A CONSULTATION. also y all should disclose Sarenas previous job so people can read all the bad reviews that company got from her too.

We were apprehensive when we learned you would not be handling XXXXXs Court appearance last Friday and Cary Christie would be handling the hearing. Our apprehension proved to be unfounded. Cary did an exemplary job. Prior to the hearing she spent considerable time getting to know XXXX and the details of the case. As to be expected, XXXX was very nervous about appearing in Court and telling her story to the Judge. Cary put her at ease and helped her get thru what was a very emotional and very stressful situation for her. Cary was well prepared, and I believe made all of the points that needed to be made to get the Protective Orders granted.

I hired Mrs. Hagar at her previous firm and had nothing but good experiences with her. She did an amazing job of staying in contact with me and making me feel like she was personally involved in my case. Every time I called with a question or concern she was quick to get back with me if I wasn t able to speak with her when I initially called. She shared concern in my son and his brothers well being and did what we had to do to make sure they were safe and I am forever grateful to her. 100% recommend now that she has stepped away from her previous firm and really wish I would have transferred my case with her.
