When I had my accident I didn t know what to do. I felt hopeless. My wife found Gibbins law just by searching online. Daniel called her back, almost immediately. He listened to us over the phone, he showed empathy and told us not to worry or stress. He showed up at the hospital and must ve been there for an hour and a half just talking to me and my wife and getting to know me. Daniel at Gibbin s Law stayed tuned in on the case, he never dismissed us or made us feel unheard. He was very thorough and informative. He also checked in on me very often even though, I knew he was busy, handling other cases. He put our feelings and needs before our case and I genuinely admired him for that. He s also showed up to his office twice that I know of, sick. He showed up sick for us to return paper work or pick paperwork up. Could he have mailed it? Sure. But he liked to see how I was doing. While doing some home upgrades, we made a large purchase from a residential contractor. Ultimately the contractor did a poor job and was unwilling to negotiate or make right with us. They were barely willing to communicate with us, and when they did, they were harassing and threatening. We contacted Dan about our options. He outlined everything for us, including possible scenarios. He prioritized our needs and concerns and guided us through the best option for us - not what would make him the most money.
