it literally says 1 hour unlimited rock wall but the first time we asked to do it we were told its for the birthday party kids, then the second time we tried after they cleared out we were told its only for the all day wrist band thankfully we had a lot of fun on the trampolines or else this place would have been getting a 1 star

Went on a Saturday and the kids had a great time. Laser tag is 8 minutes and not a big room. Main issue was that an older guy was walking around with a laser pointer(the high powered green kind) and was shining it in kids faces. I went to make a worker aware and before I even started to describe the guy she said oh ya that s the owner I ll tell him to stop, which makes me believe this is a common occurrence. Those things are dangerous if pointed at your eyes so why you would have one just shining it around a bunch of kids makes no sense but to purposely shine it in kids eyes is another thing all together. I guarantee that waiver I signed doesn t cover that. The later in The evening it got the dirtier it got too. I know they have lots of workers walking around keeping everyone safe but getting one who s job is to clean up the food and drinks that just get left everywhere making it hard to find a clean spot to sit might be a good idea.

At 53 years of age, never had I ever been to a trampoline park before. But while visiting with family in Texas, we were urged to go. So we loaded up our four year old toddler and his two cousins(3 and 5) and headed out. Initially I wasn t going to partake. I m in relatively better shape than most men my age, but despite doing DDPY (yoga) daily, I questioned whether it would be the. Tightest idea to test my ankles, knees, hips, and back. When we arrived, the place was deserted. It was close to 5pm, and since the cousin s dad came along, mama and I decided to join in the fun. Let me just say I am so glad I did! Besides just regular trampolines, they also had trampoline basketball, trampoline dodgeball, rock climbing wall, laser tag room, foam pit warrior battle, an arcade, a obstacle course in the vein of Wipeout, something akin to a HUGE crash pad, and a four story jungle gym! I quickly learned that my cardio wasn t what it was at twenty, but I kept up! My four year old and his cousins had a blast! Their father and I battled it out as warriors(I won) and basketball(he won). And we had a man awesome twenty minute dodgeball battle between us all! There s a snack bar. The restrooms were remarkably clean. They give you these awesome socks with super grip on the bottom. There are lockers and storage cubbies available. The cost was $12 or so per adult and kids are cheaper. Definitely worth the price. Oh, and be prepared to sign a waiver, which is smart because it s easy to get stupid. And if you re over 25, you may want to make an appointment with a chiropractor the next day. If not, they do have massage chairs at the trampoline park.

Unfortunately, I do believe that ijump has gone downhill. We ve had multiple parties and attended ijump on numerous occasions and always enjoyed it. Sadly, today I brought 3 kids to enjoy the facility and unfortunately I was not made aware of a camp going on that included the ijump employee and kids to play kickball on the trampolines that other kids are jumping and playing on. I am typically one that does not like to complain but when I sign a liability form I do think that the facility should take safety into THEIR hands and NOT mine. I was told you can ask the instructor to stop playing the game but instead of stopping the game he told my group of 3 that they had to share 1 trampoline and the ball was still kicked on that single trampoline while they were on it. Maybe if you want to host a camp during the summer you should close the park to others that paid for free play or schedule games that don t put other kids in harms way.

Ijump is fun for the older kids but lacks imagination and safety. I took a group of kids there for unlimited fun. There wasnt any staff at the rock climbing area so I walked back to check in and was told I could find them at the ninja course. I rounded up the kids and out of three staff members, one actually got the kids harnessed and ready. One staff member laid on the barrel mats and scrolled through her phone as the other one chatted with her. There were holes in nets and the place looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. This place is more for dropping off teenagers. I would not recommend this place for anyone 5 and under.

I had went here with my boyfriend and his little brother. We had a great time, place was clean and it wasnt too busy. As they were closing and we were heading out, a girl with black hair with a pink Barbie shirt? pointed out trash that was on the floor or couch and RUDELY said, Is tHat YoUr TraSh?. I just said no maam. Then she proceeded to say, I just want to go home and my feet hurt. If you hate your job, just leave and get an actual job. You dont have to be rude about it.

Im gonna leave yall the review I needed when looking for which trampoline park to visit today. We had been to all of them besides this so we decided to pay it a visit. Ultimitely my kids voted not to go back to this one. While it was fun, it was a bit more pricey than the other options and just not better. The one thing they had better than the others was Lazer tag but each game is only 8 minutes and costs $8 so it can rack up if thats what you go for. It was fun and had all the attractions advertised. But it was wild, a lot of people in a small area. Overall. The cons outweigh the pros. Do better I jump.

Overall, the experience for the kids is great. They have a ton of fun. My only complaints are about the facilities. The bathroom was kind of clean but lots of toilet paper on the floor. Theres 2 water fountains but one doesnt work and the other has blue painters tape, so if your kids get thirsty, plan on paying for water. It seemed like the employees care and are friendly but it needs a little TLC.

Im an adult past my prime. I still stay in very good shape so I can play with my kiddos and my mentee child. There are a lot of trampolines to jump on here as well as laser tag and a ninja obstacle course. The course is extremely difficult, even for someone as fit as I am. If you have kiddos and want to play activities like this, I hope youre in good physical condition. Otherwise, youll be on the sidelines observing. Thats not really too bad, though, because youll still be a part of the experience for them. All in all this is a fun place to bring your kids and have some fun.

We were not given an option on how long we wanted to jump just if we wanted to do Laser/Ninja course. Paid $52 for a us all (2 adults, 9, 5 and 4 year olds (it was his birthday). We did not realize we had only paid for 1 hour for the little boys and all day for the oldest ( I mean seriously, how does that make sense?!? It s not like we are going to leave the 9 year old there!). So when the called our band color we had to leave. The facility was small. Not as many trampolines or space as other competitors. It was definitely geared toward younger kids. Everyone had a fun time but we would like to have stayed longer. Facility was dirty and older. I think we will go back to Urban Air from now on.

Not only with the adults also with the kids. Which I loved that. He was sooo nice and very friendly loved him. Now, let s talk about the actual place.. it s so spacious but you can see everything. It didn t smell IT WAS VERY CLEAN!! I was very surprised on how clean they had it. Now let s talk about how they have great security. Theirs an adult walking around making sure the kids don t run and keeping an eye on everyone. I Loveeed that the most. Gave me a piece of mind with my daughter. I knew if she had a problem she could ve told someone and they would help her out. Well I just want you guys to know that this place is such a great place to have a celebration at. Saturday nights are such a great deal! $15 per person for 3 hours of pretty much EVERY attraction! That s insane! The dodgeball tournaments are really fun to watch. It gets pretty intense but there is a money prize for the winning team! I ve give more stars if I could! I don t Know how anyone could ever give a bad review.

Theres zero workers around I went and there was about 20 people on the ninja course playing 3 different games of tag running all along the sides of the obstacles and jumping in on top of people. Nobody could even actually attempt the obstacles because there were people running around like maniacs pushing others, shoving them, running into them. There was not 1 worker there monitoring that half the of the building. Lol Also, voting 1 star because iJUMPS 1 star replies are salty and funny so let s see what I get!

Wee Jump on Friday morning is great! My 6, 4, and 2 year old really enjoyed it and the special price is a good deal. I also appreciate that parents do not have to pay if they are with a 4 and under child. My boys also enjoyed the playground.

poorly ran dodgeball tournaments. this was my third one and it was no different than the others. i know refs aren t perfect but there s always those 1-2 workers that come and play the dodgeball and it is clearly so biased towards them. wish someone else would win the money besides the people who work there :( as a teen, kids would be so happy to win and it would make them want to come back even more but knowing the same kind of people win every time makes it very discouraging. wish there was a change!!!!!! owner is involved in this bias too. saw it tonight, very sad

I had my baby s birthday party here because my daughter loves this place and everyone was so sweet who worked there. Nathan went above and beyond for us. Did not have one complaint. Will be back for sure next year for her party.

Came here because of the ninja course, which states on their website that its for the young and old, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. A third of it was closed off and its absolutely not designed for young kids as its designed for teens and older since the set ups are too wide or high up for even my pre-teen to get their hands on it. This defeated the purpose of even coming versus a different trampoline park with more attractions. The jumping areas arent very big either. The climbing structure is only for kids 8 and under. My kids got bored pretty quickly and while I originally thought the price for all day jumping was decent, it really isnt considering there wasnt much for them to do.

Went to weejump (6 and under) with my two year old and there were a lot of much older kids there, things became dangerous pretty quickly for my kiddo so we had to leave early. Additionally, my kid was given the stalest piece of hotdog bun i ve ever felt in my life. I brought it back to the counter to let the staff know their buns had gone stale and the associate immediately offered us a new one but my kid was already uninterested. Great resolution to offer though. Overall, we probably won t go back to weejump again but the facility seems great for older kids.

It was fun, but i was surprised they allowed a church to bring 40-60 older young people. It made it overly crowded & dangerous for the little ones trying to jump. Solution 1: require groups that large to rent the entire place out. Solution 2: limit capacity, if more than ~120 people in the building, then turn people away.

I understand having to have a strict policy on time limits to allow all parties to enjoy themselves. The amount of time vs the money it costs, to be rushed every 5 minutes and have a friends sons cupcakes DROPPED?! Ludacris. No, youre not going to see my name on the reservation list, because we were guests at a party. It was this weekend, and the party host was disorganized, dropped his cupcakes and popped up like a friggin wack a mole every few minutes from the time we STARTED to remind us of the time. This wasnt a wholesome, family friendly environment. It was ran like a conveyor line. I am appalled at how this was handled, and ridiculously disappointed that something that should have been so fun and fantastic was ruined by people with zero care who are just about the bottom line. ($$$) I know this is your job, you do it every day, Im sure it gets repetitive and frustrating, but for the children coming here its supposed to be special. Hire people with better understanding of that, or just shut that down instead of offering expensive disappointment.

The sections reserved for certain ages groups were full of teens causing a ruckus. A child almost got jumped on in the 6 and under section and much bigger kids were knocking children down. It wasn t Teen Night. Regular day, teens acting foolish. Also, the party slots being 2 hours and that including set up, party, use of the facility, AND cleanup is ridiculous given the price.

This place is awful. The entire time we were trying to celebrate my nephews birthday the party host kept reminding us about our time limit. What s the point of renting a room when we constantly feel rushed to leave? Terrible experience. Just say you don t want people to enjoy their time there. They were also completely unorganized giving out the wrist bands and socks. The amount of money my sister spent at this location is not worth the reservation. We should have went to Urban Air instead. Much better hospitality. I m not usually one to complain but if you are looking for a warm welcoming place that won t stress you out as a parent trying to enjoy your child s birthday. This is not it. It could have just been the host not being taught proper hosting skills but it was a very unwelcoming experience.
