I have been to Razzoos many times and I have got the stuffed shrimp which is very good and I have also tried the salmon with some kind of Honey Glaze on it and it was fantastic. I love the craw fish and shrimp Faundo which we always get as an appetizer. I also love their sweet tea.

We are disappointed in Razoos. Used to get a huge portion on the seafood platter. Now barely enough to eat & cost is more!! Service was extremely slow. And it wasn t crowded. There are to many other places to eat that you get better service & more for your money. Where is the old Razoos that brought you food out like in the pictures they advertised??!!

I loved this place, Definitely a go to place. This was the best service I ve had in years, my waitress was amazing. Her name was Macie, and it was like an angel from heaven delivering my food. She made the place so enjoyable, and added the cherry on top to make the atmosphere a great place to dine at. She was very polite, and I don t know what y all are paying her, but she deserves a raise. The food also hit the spot, and it was the best catfish I ve had in a long time. But really, though Macie made this place amazing and I can t wait to have her as my waitress again, hopefully!

Food Epiphany!!! I drove past this place for almost 12 years. Never stopped and now after Dining here I wonder why not ? Karla the bartender who tends during days T-F very bubbly but not overly so. She answered my 3 questions with patience made some really saucy drinks. They had happy hour going and we order the 2 for 20$ meal 1 appetizer 2 meals. Delicious as my boyfriend Jason said! I remember now why I haven t been here in a while. Service is so slow. Ran out of napkins and silverware, ran out of glasses, couldn t get drink refills. Ordered an appetizer and it never came. I dont know whose bright idea it was to change something that wasnt broken, but they need to go back to wherever they came from. The new fish is horrible and people should be warned before they put that swampy mess on a plate and serve it. I dont care if its America Catfish or not! I just had Razoos and it was one of the best experiences I ve had at a restaurant. I got the stuffed chicken and it was AMAZING. The environment was great and I feel like praise should be given when deserved. Management at this restaurant requires better training in customer service and employee training. Let me start out by apologizing for such a wordy review. I feel like I must get this off my chest to be able to move forward. On July 17, 2024, my family and I visited one of my daughter s favorite places in Tyler. We were seated and served by a very nice server named Faith. When I ordered a double Jim Beam and water tall, Faith seemed a bit confused and mentioned she was 18 and knew little about alcohol. I reassured her it was fine. She also got a bit mixed up with my son-in-law s beer order but resolved it quickly, showing her attentiveness and willingness to do a good job. Later, my wife and I decided to order shots of Grand Marnier for ourselves and our son-in-law. Concerned that Faith might struggle with the pronunciation, I went to the bar to place the order directly. The bartender confirmed they had it, and I requested three shots to be sent to our table. I returned to our table, and a short time later, a person who presented herself as the manager asked who the shots were for. I joked they were for my grandchildren, then clarified they were for my wife, son-in-law, and myself. The manager informed me it was against policy to order drinks directly from the bar for the table. She said they couldn t serve me a shot because I already had a drink, but could serve my wife and son-in-law. My wife immediately told my daughter (who doesntdrink) to set the drink in front of her so we could have them and continue our dinner. The manager said that wouldn t happen either. I told the manager to go ahead and cancel the shots order, and she replied that it was not a problem since it was never rung up because I broke policy by ordering shots at the bar for the table. In my opinion, this situation was handled poorly by the manager. I explained that I went to the bar to help Faith with the order, but the manager accused me of insulting Faith. I told the manager I was not trying to insult anyone. Faith made it very clear that she was 18 and didn t know anything about alcohol, so I canceled the shots order due to the manager s attitude. When the food arrived, I apologized to Faith if she felt insulted, but she assured me she did not. The food was good, as usual, but this experience with the manager soured the evening. If you re going to have an 18-year-old server who doesn t know about alcohol, either provide better training or have a more experienced manager or server assist with alcohol orders. Faith was attentive and did her best, but the manager lacked the skills to handle the situation appropriately. This location clearly has management issues, as evidenced by the near-empty parking lot at 6:15 PM on a Wednesday. The food remains good, and I recommend Faith as a server. However, I do not recommend this location for an enjoyable dining experience, especially if you plan to order drinks. Our combined tabs totaled $175, which would have been higher if not for the manager s inflexibility. I give 3 stars only because of Faith and the quality of the food. If I had to rate the place based on the experience with the manager, it would have been minus 3 stars. I hope upper management sees this review and addresses these concerns.

The last two times Ive eaten there, the sides have been COLD. Last time, the waitress was rude and not trained well. I wont be going back which is sad because weve enjoyed them for years.

Hostess are never at the front 3x now weve got our own menus and seated ourselves. We were told we couldnt sit in the bar even though 4 booths were free because theyre busy

Macy completely ignored us for 10 minutes even though she saw us seated at a table. Had to ask if someone would give us service. She rudely asked if we received menus from the host & we replied no. She then walked away with attitude & proceeded to ignore us again. So, eventually we moved to the bar top. We then had to ask for any refills, condiments, etc. Which all should be common knowledge & tasks for a server. Absolutely horrible service & experience. My Wife is a bartender/ server & has taught us customer respect for servers. Such as, was your server slammed? Did she acknowledge your needs as much as possible, etc? None of our needs or expectations were met by Macy! We were patient & courteous but terribly disappointed in our entire dining experience!

I ordered stuffed chicken w/boudian, mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. The chicken was just Cajun grilled chicken. The meal was mashed potatoes , boudian, grilled chicken topped with cheese sauce. It was pretty good. The red beans and rice lack a lot. Only ate a few bites and left that side alone. Husband got all you can e we t fried fish and shrimp. The waitress did let us know in advance some people get mad bc it s small portions. And to get more it takes a long time. She did offer to order more ahead after the first plate was served. The first plate had 2 catfish fillets, 20 tiny popcorn shrimp and a hand full of fries. The second plate had 1 catfish fillet , and 10 tiny popcorn shrimp. Was not impressed with the amount of food given. The first plate should have had 4 fillets and more shrimp. Then when you order more you only got 1 more piece of fish and less popcorn shrimp. If youre going here for the all you can eat..dont waste your time you will be disappointed in the amount and time it takes to get more. Our waitress was attentive and polite. We were seated very quickly.

I have a good meal every time I eat here. Sometimes the food isn t as good as other times but places are allowed to be off because we are human! The waitresses are attentive but not annoying. Food is consistent as well. The drinks are always well prepared and get the job done. I recommend the patio too as it is shady and pretty out there!

Service was horrible! It took over 2 hours to get our complete order of food.We were seated in the bar which was fine however; our waitress/ bartender was more worried about her bar customers than us.She couldn t even keep ice in our tea and we ask 3 times for lemons. (There was no shortage of lemons or limes in the bar) If she needed help ,she should ve asked. Razzoo s need to make sure they have plenty of workers and that those workers are knowledgeable of their menu and their app. We ve been to Razzoo s many of times but, after today s experience we want be going back.

I dont know where this place learned to make Cajun food but it wasnt Louisiana! Service was good ,the menu was awful and there were no LA beers on tap . Its overpriced for Applebees quality food.

One of my favorite foods but sometimes the food is good and sometimes it isnt just so happened this recent visit the food wasnt very tasty and the boudin balls an overcooked and you can tell because the boudin ball has shrunk twice the size I know management has changed hands a lot there but it was very disappointing

Food was okay but nothing really special. On the other hand, our server, Jakiera, was fantastic attentive, warm, welcoming and saw to our every need. We will certainly be back.
