Amazing experience, we went for a late night dinner 10 minutes before closing time and the entire experience was like VIP treatment from the line to the check out experience to the after dinner hangout time! Awesome will be eating here again with a bigger group!

I gave it a 5 star because the customer service was far from reproach. Very welcoming, it was clean and inviting. I got my burrito with the red tortilla and the green chili pork. Here is the thing. I feel like the cilantro lime rice could use more flavor. The pinto beans was nothing special. they needed seasoning.. That pork was the star of the show. It was absolutely delicious, but you lost a little of the flavor because to me, all the other ingredients needed seasoning. It was not a bad experience for my first time in. I spent over $17 on a burrito and a large drink. I feel like that was a little pricy, considering I just got a regular, Normal size burrito.

Devastatingly mid. I did an online order for two bowls the same as my chipotle order and it came out flavorless and chalky. They were also out of chopped lettuce and the substitute spring mix tasted like dish soap.

My mom took my sister and I to freebirds to try it for the first time. our server was cali i believe and she was outstanding and very enthusiastic the entire time. she deserves a raise!! i ll be coming back for sure Kid-friendliness: Cali was so sweet she noticed my little sisters obsession for the eclipse and gave her a new set that went with my little sisters outfit. it was way better than her old sams pair and she let my sister keep them:)

I ordered Death sauce and I figured it would be pretty hot and it was not at all (decent flavor though) the burrito was decent but the Spanish rice lacked flavor and it needed some help the Creamy Jalapeño sauce was really good and had great flavor, the portion size on the burrito was accurate and decently balanced with what I had in it, I also tried the chips and queso which I didn t like the queso at all it seemed like it had too much chili powder in it or something along those lines the chips were good and crispy, the best part about it all was the chocolate chip cookie was perfect it wasn t hard or chewy but almost in the middle

All in all, I would change the slogan to Texas okayest burrito. We didn t have any real issues, but it wasn t the usual Freebirds experience we were expecting. New to the area, first time trying Freebird. Placed an online order on a Sunday, at appx 1:20p for a burrito and two kids meals. The website said the order would be ready at 1:37p. When we pulled into the parking lot, one of my kids says: daddy, I know why you took us here! (I queried as to why) Because kids eat free on Sunday! (One free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entree). I then saw the sign. I had already ordered and paid online, and had no expectation of a free kids meal. When I asked an employee inside if this promotion applied to take out orders, he said: I ve worked here for several months and I have no idea. I didn t press the issue, nor was I willing to wait to have it sorted out. Arrived at the restaurant at 1:37p, there was no one in line at the counter, maybe a handful of occupied tables in the restaurant. One of the very friendly staff members asked if he could help me, I told him I had placed an order online for pickup. He found it and began working on it; it had not been started yet. I received my order, it was 1:50p. I was offered a fountain drink for the delay, but I politely declined. When we arrived home, my burrito was missing ingredients, kid burritos looked like a taco (just folded in half), and we did not receive the large chips and queso we ordered. Overall, we were not impressed. My burrito was $13.25 (the Monster , was about the same size as a regular chipotle burrito, which is much less expensive), flavor was not bad, it had waaay too much rice (even though I noted light rice in my order, the contents of the burrito was 90% rice). Like I mentioned above the kids burritos looked like tacos; no attempt to fold, roll or anything of the sort. The two kids meals each came with a minuscule bag of chips (like 10 chips, barely covered the bottom of the bag) but no salsa. Total bill was $33 (including a $3 tip). We will probably try again, because our experience can t possibly be typical of Texas #1 burrito . Definitely on a Sunday ;)

I have had a problem the last couple of times I came into this location and today I decided to call to see if I could do something better to remedy the situation and I got Lynnah on the line. I just needed to let you know as she explained her situation to me she wasn t making excuses she was being real about their situation and assured me I was doing everything right in my online ordering process. Then she proceeded to go above and beyond to make the situation right. She was very kind and understanding and she really did make the problem better. Not even her offer to remake the food made it better, it was her demeanor and conversation that made it better. I truly appreciate her and will for sure frequent this location again to take another chance. I just wanted you to know you had a good manager and her customer service skills are the best! Thank you for your time. For review sake, this place really isn t bad at all. You should try it out. The food is always hot and taste great and the customer service is excellent!!

Such friendly staff! Always such great smiles & kindness & quick service while listening to details. Such delicious food with so many options you choose... gluten free, meatless, beyond meat & all the normal meats & cheeses too... it serves our family well with all the different food preferences for each person We are thankful for such a good, reasonably priced restraunt option that our whole family likes! It is great that Sundays offer a kid to eat for free with each adult menu item we purchase

Man, idk who the chick working tonight(2/24/22) was, but she was so incredibly nice! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and I could hear the smile in her voice. She was so patient and kind as both my kiddos, who had never been before, figured out and placed their order. Just super service and experience. Will definitely be going back!

This location of Free Birds in Grapevine has quickly become one of my favorite locations to visit food is always fresh taste great and the employees are always friendly and courteous at this location Ive never had a mistake made making my food or ringing it up stores clean and overall a very friendly atmosphere I would recommend this location to anyone and definitely will be going back more Just got back from another dinner at their Grapevine location and found out they have remodeled the inside to make it brighter and more open. Unfortunately they took out our favorite big round table we always used to sit at, but the food is still great.

Always a good stop for grub! Love the Freebirds chain and Ive never had difficulty with employees. A bit peeved when queso on the burrito became a standard upcharge; instead of being able to be substituted for beans. But thats a corporate issue. Thank you for attending my Google review!

I ve always liked Freebirds, but coming in today I LOVE it! Ryan Davis (name according to his manager) had phenomenal people skills and made sure we had the freshest ingredients! He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our couple of minutes with them while ordering. He was fast, efficient, and kind! Kudos for the great employee, Freebirds Grapevine! My husband and I can t wait to come back and see him again.

I love Freebirds. Ive been a fan since they only had the original locations in Bryan, College Station. I know what Freebirds is all about. I have foil art in numerous locations. This location does not keep up with the standards. I ate a burrito from here and was absolutely sick for the next 3 days. I was false for COVID btw I took two tests just to be sure. I literally had it coming out of every end. I will never go back.
