This place is great. Weve been tenants for nearly 2 years. The prices are fair. The facility is clean and nice. They have Tesla charging spots available for tenant use. While any co-working space means you sometimes have to interact with other tenants, any problems have been minor and quickly resolved. Weve had great interactions with management team. I highly recommend it.

Just FYI. I like VentureX itself, but if you are planning to use ipostal as your virtual address at this location please note that the post office DOES NOT recognize unit numbers, apartment numbers, or suites at this address! So you are wasting your money if you try a virtual address here! Amazon deliveries DO work, anything delivered US MAIL will NOT. I paid for a year in advance using this virtual address, and it was a complete waste of money.

I ve had an office at VentureX Grapevine for over a year (as of this writing.) I must say that I ve been pleased with the services they provide. More importantly when things go wrong which are out of their control, they are quick to get the problem resolved. I ve had a few offices during my time here and I m pleased to say that each one was in great condition and featured the amenities that I needed. The outdoor patio areas are nice (when it s not 110 degrees outside of course) and are great for taking a break or simply working outside for a while. If you are looking for coffee and refreshments, they are available to you in the main reception area. They also have a refrigerator, freezer and microwaves so you can bring your lunch with you if you want to. For anyone needing office space I highly recommend VentureX. You won t be disappointed with the services they offer. Bonus: The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

We rented this space so we could have a company meeting prior to a conference. Reasonable price, comfortable room, friendly staff. Only issue we had was our internet connection kept dropping (or timing out) on us.

Venture X in Grapevine is conveniently located close to DFW making it access to the airport extremely easy. Office space is very modern, well maintained with great views of the golf course! Michelle is amazing to work with always goes above and beyond!

The team at Venture X was extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped provide us with a networking meeting space and coordinated the food and beverage as well. Plenty of parking and the views of the golf course WOW!!!!

This was my first time at Venture X. Michelle was at the elevator and showed me to the meeting space where we held our meeting. Our room was located on the 3rd floor, southwest corner. We had a beautiful view, the room had windows and glass doors. The chairs were comfortable and there was ample table space for each individual. We had a separate room for drinks and snacks. If you re looking for a meeting space or office space, go check it out!

We held our monthly staff meeting at Venture X Grapevine. The space was bright and light with a terrific view. The staff was attentive to every detail ... from greeting us at the door to ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the day.

What a pleasure it was hosting our monthly meeting at Venture X. It was the perfect change of venue and the staff was top notch. They greeted us at the door and showed us to our space. The room was well appointed with lots of light streaming in. There was a great panoramic view out the window, and an outdoor seating area for lunch. I highly recommend this space if you and your officemates are tired of working at home and need an off-site place to work for a day (or more).

What a beautiful space! We rented a large conference room for our monthly staff meeting, and the size, experience, and hospitality Venture X showed us was beyond our expectations. Most offices have beautiful windows and every office and conference room has new office furniture. There is even an outdoor balcony for breaks or fresh air gathering. This is the wave of the future. Well be back!

Can t recommend this spot enough. Stopped by here on a layover from DFW airport to get some work done. Michelle is amazing and both she and the space made me feel right at home. Lots of private office space to work and beautiful shared space to fit however you work best.

I had the opportunity to utilize the space at VentureX in grapevine and was extremely impressed. The space was fantastic, location was perfect. This location will be sure to meet any needs. We were able to utilize the community workspace space, but there was plenty of private office space as well if needed.
