I cannot recommend Mr. Hastings enough! He was absolutely phenomenal in handling my case. Despite never meeting me in person, his compassion and genuine care were so evident throughout the entire process. I had the most AMAZING experiance while using this lawfirm. Not only did they make it easy for me they are prompt, sympathetic to my concerns and my medical disability. As well any concerns I had throughout the case they were there for me. My lawyer Mr. Gabe Sassin stayed communication with me at ALL times. I thought they were really good Customer Care by looking at the Google reviews on the Internet, but Useless stuff no one waste your money and time with them they would just waste of your time!!! They charge too much and they have a hidden charges, which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! They are not even worth of anything. They will just simply lose your case and charge you ridiculous amount of money. If someone is spending their time and money with them he just totally useless!!

Horrible experience with the law firm and location. For an entire year my, mother and I sent text, made calls and sent follow up emails asking for a status update regarding my father s case. For an entire year we got the same response the case is under review with the attorney and you will get a phone call once everything is received. Not once did we ever get a phone call returned nor an email responded to. We never got updates on what was happening nor about any documentation sent over. I called this week asking for an update and again I was told someone would give me a call back still nothing, no communication nor a returned phone call. I then get a notification this week that I had a certified letter from Hastings. I had to leave work early and rush to the post office only to finally get informed that they don t think they will be successful so therefore they won t be moving forward. Why not keep our family updated throughout the year so we could ve taken time to meet with other attorneys who might actually care about our situation. I believe that they never even cared about our case from the beginning. Just sad a whole year of no communication whatsoever just a waste of our time. If there was a way to give zero stars I would and I m almost certain they ll have a sassy response to this review.

Had an over all good experience. The staff was always going above and beyond to get all my needs met. Mr. Hastings was always on top of communicating with me about my case and court proceedings. The front desk ladies were always returning my calls and updating me on what was going on. I will always refer him to family and friends he will always take care of you!! Definitely appreciate everything they helped me with!!

So when Tommy does not like a review he calls tou over and over until you answer just to tell you he is going to sue you if you do not change or take down your review caue he feels your opinion is false. Well Tommy this is not a false review in any way at all. If you leave a review he does not like he calls you and threatens you. This guy Tommy called me back to back until I answer his call just for his to tell me to take my review down or he would sue me. Not to mention Tommy Hastings starts calling me June 3,, 2022 before 7am to make his demands and threats. Forgot to add this bullying from Tommy started at 6:44 am this morning and he repeadly called me until I answered just so he could bully me to make me change my review cause he felt it was false. Well this is. It false in any way at all. The previous is exactly what has happened. In looking through Tommys reviews, what he did today seems to be a pattern. Look through this persons reviews and it appears he has done this to multiple people.

Talked initially with the intake gal. I don t believe she got my story straight. Jesse Roach responded in a couple days and told me they could not take my case. He stated if I had any questions he would answer. I asked him some and wanted to know why and what were my challenges and I have yet to hear back from him. I find that extremely unprofessional and to not answer emails is not good. They want the easy cases and since mine is a little difficult they don t want to work to hard. Im extremely disappointed!!!!!

We called for my mother in law. Unfortunately she passed the to complete neglect and abuse she was 72. This firm talked with my husband told him he had a case b.c of sepsis. Then 5 days later calling every day. No talk with a lawyer. I get a email saying were not going to take the case. SORRY but you talked with a son who had just lost his mom. Yall didmt get the whole story. And if i called everyday for a week. Then maybe you should have giving us a chance.
