Came here with some family for a birthday, had a great deal of fun! Did an escape room, the axe throwing, darts and some arcade games, all 4 were very fun. Spent about 3 hours here. Very much recommend, the people were really nice too!

The food, service and ax throwing were all good and fun! However the instructor David was very rude at times. He did a good job at trying to explain the process to me however came off as incredibly rude and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was not nice. Definitely made the experience worse.

I had such a great experience working with Taylor, Bella and Kaylem. Taylor helped me plan a large group event and she was super responsive! We had a fun time playing games and the food was really good. Bella and Kaylem made sure we had everything we needed during the whole event. I highly recommend going to Corky s if you want a fun group event!

We had a basketball tournament in Dallas, and wanted our 3 teams to have some fun, bonding time. I found this place and called about booking for 45 people, 18 being kids that wanted to do one of 3 activities Corkys offered ( Escape room, Axe throwing, and darts). Within minutes I was contacted back and Taylor the event coordinator help guide me towards our best options. She had everything booked, and a table set up for 45 people, we basically were able to walk in and effortlessly have a fun time, with GREAT food, drinks, and activities. I highly recommend this for a small or large group, you will not be disappointed.

Always wanted to try my hand at ax throwing so decided to check the place out for lunch. Food is for prices and not a ton of food out on the plate just the right amount. The staff was very helpful in teaching how to throw. After 30 min I finally got the hang of it and was getting to stick most of the time. Then tried their crazy darts which to be honest was more fun in my opinion. But the ax throwing was I good way to get out aggravation the darts where much more relaxing so a good combo. I will be back!

Amazing place for axe throwing. They have cameras setup to automatically record scores, they have a projector setup that works with the camera to have all sorts of games to play for axe throwing. The same thing applies for darts. The food menu was decent and they had a lot of retro arcade games such as turtles in time. Unfortunately I heard this is the only branch they have and wish them the best to be able to expand further. Thanks to Wolf the axepert for a fanatic time here

It was a fun place to just get out of the house and have some fun. Reasonably priced good food and drinks. I have a 6 month old we brought along since we didnt have a sitter, and our friends wanted to see him. The only downfall is that there isnt a changing station in the bathrooms, so changing him in the car seat was challenging. The staff was great and we all had a great time though.

So much fun. The updates to the games are really fantastic. I didnt get to try the crazy darts but it looked like the people playing it were having a blast. The food menu is pretty solid. I most recently had the buffalo wings and fries that were nice and crispy and fresh with good portion sizes. The drink selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic is appreciated. Having recently visited a few other Axe throwing places lately I gained an appreciation for how well sound is handled. The acoustics are fantastic in contrast to the other places where I felt like I was at a gun range. Not here, quiet and we were able to hold conversations without issue or interruptions. As a last note, this is my update to my original 4 star review. The experience has continued to improve over the years. I updated it happily to a 5 star. Another update: we went back for Valentines and had a blast! Krazy Darts are super cool and worth another visit.

Corkys is a gaming operation featuring escape rooms, video games, pinball machines and throwing lanes where you can throw axes and other objects at a target. Definitely a great way to spend an afternoon. Great atmosphere and surprisingly good food - the pulled pork sandwich was awesome. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. We were there on an early afternoon so being crowded was not a problem.

Ryan was an excellent game master providing just the right amount of help and the room felt like a good degree of difficulty. We got out, but it was close. My company has had our Christmas party here for the past 2 years and the 1st time 2022 it was nice. They have since changed up the games and I guess tried to revamp but its honestly not an improvement. They have a new dart game which takes up about 1/3 of the arcade game space on top of half of the other arcade games dont even work. Its not all that!

I was recently involved in organizing a large corporate party at Corkys. We rented out the entire facility for several hours, and had over 100 people in attendance. We worked with Taylor (Sales Manager) on the event. Everything went very well! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for everything including planning, decorations, setup up, menu selection, activity organization, and audio/video configuration. I could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone in attendance loved Corkys activities which included a buffet, open bar, axe throwing, escape rooms, crazy darts, retro arcade games. We also hosted a video game tournament and a white elephant. Everyone had a great time! I highly recommend Corkys for hosting large parties. It was a great value for the money and the staff and facilities were excellent. Thank you so much, Corkys staff! Well be back!

Came here out of town for my best friends bachelor party. This place ROCKS! Mads & Jeremy are AMAZING on the bar! Mitch is absolutely the BEST guy around! Anderson is an AMAZING axe host! In October 2023, we came specifically for the pinball and were saddened by the state of the games. Most were very dirty with broken components. I wouldnt want that to be someones first intro to pinball. On the positive side, the other activities looked fun, the place was clean and drinks were good. Great place for food and fun. UPDATE: 11/20/23: No real change as they have implemented the new Corkys 2.0. Ax throwing has sensors to keep score of throw and new darts throwing. Games are still lacking as very dirty playfields and sticking flippers and targets still down on Adams Family pinball.....Glad Arcade 92 is opening in Flower Mound, will go there from now on, tired of trying to get Corkys to fix these as I mention this every time I go in. I have even offered to buy Adams Family because it is a shame to neglect such a great game. UPDATE 9/15/23: Still many of the machines have the same issues as before. They are introducing Corkys 2.0 to add darts to remove some of the games (not pinball from what im told). But the pinball machines are the ones that need the most help. The playfields are extremely dirty, flippers weak or not working, targets collapsed (Adams Family, told them several times). Ive left notes that ill buy some of these machines so they arent neglected. Just very disappointing. UPDATE 8/12/23: I unfortunately have to update this review because they are not repairing arcade machines as of my last visit. There has been many mix-ups in the kitchen making food come out wrong even after sending back it comes out wrong. We have told the manager we like the place but the games are in need of repair and he said he would get that taken care of and admitted he needed to look at them more often. Lets see if all this happens, I will revise my review if they do

We stopped by this place to waste some time waiting for our movie to start. We were surprised at how empty this place was on a Saturday night. The arcade is currently under renovation. The ax and dart cages were still running and I believe the escape rooms were up. We had a beer each that could have been colder, but they were fine. The manager greeted us and even made sure we could watch a specific game which we were appreciative of. Im hoping this place comes back once the arcade area is done. Well be back.

We came here for the escape rooms expecting them to be a little sub-par since they are just one attraction among several, but they were both very well done and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. We did the Jungle Escape first which is among the best designed games Ive seen in the DFW area in terms of not having to use any big leaps of logic or guesswork. Very good for those who have done some rooms, but arent experts yet. We had such a great time we came back the next day for the Jack the Ripper scenario which was a huge leap in difficulty, but our game master was clearly invested in us having a good time and gave clear hints to help us along. Props and room decor all looked well taken care of and everything functioned correctly. I like that you can make the room private for just a small added fee per person. I also tried the axe throwing before they installed their new projection system. Staff was really friendly and helped me get the basics down. Im excited to return and try the new system. Food was good and the mixed drinks were tasty. Overall a great place to take friends and keep everyone entertained.

Really enjoyed the escape room, however, you do only get three clues so be prepared for that. Service was very good but the food was average. However, they do have a lunch special where their food is 20% off and you get a free 30 minute arcade card. Really enjoyed the classic arcade game such as Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Tetris, and pinball machines. Corkys has been great in almost all of our visits. Weve completed all of their escape rooms (though we didnt escape one of them). Todays experience made me want to come out here and actually review them. We stopped in for lunch with no plans to do the gaming parts. The kitchen is good and we were nearby, so we stopped in. Great credit to Mike at the bar for his service. He came back to our table after our order was in to let us know we just HAPPENED to get our order in before their lunch cycle was over and it included a 30 minute game card. Brought myself, husband, and 6 and 12 year old out to Corkys on a Saturday evening. What a fun place, and great idea! Loved that you can play games, throw axes, and escape a room all in one place. My husband and I loved the games, but not a lot for younger kids to play. There was a group of 8 or so young kids playing hide and seek in the arcade area (while the parents all sat at a table drinking nearby) and kept running into everyone and nearly knocking people down. That was a bit frustrating. We waited for a lane to axe throw, and had a blast. Logan, our Axe-pert, was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, and focused on safety. My 12 year old son and I played together for an hour, which was very reasonably priced. A 4 hour game card was only $15. Drinks were good and also great prices. The only thing we didnt try was the Escape Room, but we would definitely return and recommend this place to others!

Corkys is an amazing find. This is our first time. From the time we entered through the door, we were greeted with warmth and genuine positive energy. Madelyn was the sweetest hostess and continually checked on us, gave a broad summary of all that Corkys has to offer, for our 4 hour visit. One of the managers/owners (male) explained the complete drink and food menu, and we loved the grilled chicken and veggie pizza, wings, and veggie burger. When you come you should try the rum punch and margarita, delicious!! The kids loved the arcade and we all loved our first experience at axe throwing. Rob was so thorough with instruction , and had the best energy. To top it off, there was a beautiful lady named Susan. Anytime we looked up, Susan was busting tables, helping guest with questions, or just looking for ways to make the business run more efficiently. Susan and Madelyn are gems! I booked for a teambulding activity, we were 14, we were asked if we have done axe throwing ever to what we said no, all of us. ( I have gone 2 weeks earlier to see the place and get information, our instructor stayed with us and teach us the técnics and filled our score board) this time he just asked if we wanted to practice showed us a few minutes how to do it. And left us with a list of games we could play. They never followed up on us or corrected /help our teammates that never could hit the target. It was not what I was expecting. Place is ok

We been coming for 6 months now and every time we come the service, food and game gets worse. Not sure whats going on but they are not keeping up with the game. None f the pinball machines are getting fixed. They always say parts on order but having 3 pinball machines myself, Im not understanding that as Im able to order parts.

Amazing time! I was so in my element!!!!! Food was divine, arcade games, music from the 90s, UFC on the TVs and some Axe Throwing! Customer service was top notch and Rob was extremely fun when teaching us to Axe throw! It was a perfect day early Mothers Day Family Outing for us and the kids. We arrived at 11am and stayed until 2:40pm.

Corky s was the absolute WORST Escape Room experience I ve ever had. ALSO, our host/guide was even worse. He was extremely mundane and we sometimes had to ask for clues more than once as if, he wasn t available the first time we asked. I really wish I had remembered his name. Anyway, the experience SUCKED and I ll never go back to Corky s ever again. I typically go to Red Door Escape Room and I have a blast - EVERY TIME! I thought I d try something new and I completely wasted $75!

We had a terrific time celebrating my brothers 47th birthday. We were 1st time Escape room participants. We did the Alcatraz escape room and we were able to get out with 1 minute to spare. I think we may have gotten a little extra help (Thank You). Once we finished up we went to Axe Throwing. Our game master was so helpful and patient. By the end of the evening we all hit a bullseye!!!

Arrived at 9 on a Saturday night. Asked multiple times to have some tables cleaned so we could put them together for our large group. They kept telling us they would but after waiting 15 minutes we gave up and chose another spot. The drinks were ok. Beer was cold and the bartenders were great. But they close at 11 which was surprising for a Saturday night. At 9:45 we were told that axe throwing was already closed for the night. Probably wouldn t go back here.

We did the escape room as a bachelorette festivity! It was SO much fun! We loved it so much we wanted to do axe throwing. They tried getting a slot for us but were unable to which we were absolutely fine with, but they the sale manager was so apologetic it was so sweet! My only regret is not planning all the festivities at Corky s so we could stay longer! We re already planning on our next visit! It was the best! Every one was so great!!

Had a great date night with my hubby! We did the Axe throwing and had dinner. Logan did a great job explaining how to properly throw the axe. It s safe to say he is a true axepert ! We were teamed up with another couple and played against another group. I m the proud wife of the top axe thrower of the night, lol! We had a lot of fun and I would absolutely recommend Corky s for date night, girls night, night out with friends, etc. The staff was polite and professional and kept everyone safe around the axes! We also had the Corky s hamburger and it was delish! Can t wait to go back!

We ve hosted a church life group here in this location 3 times now and it is always a great time! The food is delicious and the old arcade games are a great way to pass time while you wait for axe throwing. The most notable thing about this place is the staff. The axe-perts are charismatic and make it a priority for the groups to have safe fun! Shout out to the axe-perts Jacob and this younger skinny fellow. I forgot his name but such a great guy! This was a terrible experience. I will be demanding my money back. When we scheduled, AND PAID $200 up front , to axe throw, no where in the fine print did it explain to you that you re playing with people you don t even know. We were forced to play games against people we don t know and, we we were running 2 mins late for our time slot and they basically said we re screwed and we can t play AND we can t get our money back. So, if you schedule and pay and somehow hit traffic on your way there, and it makes you JUST TWO MINS LATE, too bad they don t care, they will not let you play and you can t get your money back. I WILL NOT be going back there.

We went to try out the retro arcade, but most of the games have some kinda issue. Like stuck keys or broken light guns. The card readers were finicky sometimes they d work sometimes they d reboot when you slide your card, other times they lock your card for using it to many times. Simple maintenance would fix a lot of the issues, but it would seem they don t do that. As for the food it was just ok and this was the first time in a long time I ve been anyway where they didn t have Dr Pepper.

First time axe throwing and took my date there! We had an absolute amazing time! So I made a reservation, a person who worked there showed us to our lanes, taught us techniques and let us practice, giving us tips. He was super cool and patient since the other people who were there was also first timers! After about 10/15 minutes we were able to play games. I think it made our time super enjoyable because it wasn t just all free throwing for an hour. There was games / competitions and it made it so much fun! The drinks were good, food was good! The staff was all Super friendly and helpful! There is also an arcade side and escape room but we didn t get to try those! Overall we both had such a good time. Great date night and definitely a great place to go with friends.

This is a great location for both unique and enjoyable activities. Louis taught us all we needed to know to make the hour seem like a minute even though we arrived there knowing nothing about axe throwing. We were new to the whole escape room thing. The lady, I really wish I would have gotten her name, was so patient. Huge help and made us feel welcomed. She was really encouraging. Went with about 9 people for a work event. The axe throwing was fun as well as the instructor was nice, but that s the only good thing I can say. We ordered the game day sampler it was terrible. The drinks are terrible. I ordered a pac man, it was ALL pineapple and orange juice , margaritas were premade from some sorta slurpee type machine..don t know if they had on the rocks because they didn t ask me how I wanted it! We had an hour of arcade game play. A lot of the games, when you tried to jump fire or move the button would get stuck. I will not go back .

What a fun place to go. When we entered there was a lot to offer. We were handed game cards when we entered because someone was leaving.
