Ran into a first time issue where a cop cited me for street racing here in The Woodlands area. Todd Lehn and his team kept me informed and got the case dismissed within weeks! They got it done, they simply got it done. My case was more complicated than a simple ticket. Their price was reasonable for a few reasons: They saved me time They saved me a headache They protected my driving record They did what they said they would do My potential charge was baseless and based on a false witness. I never went to court and when they updated me, all I had to do was pay my court fee and go on with my life. This is why they have 5 stars, they earned every one of them.

I really don t usually speed (atleast not speed over typical Texas driving flow of traffic speeding) but on this day I may have been in a different mindset. Anyway Todd and his office were able to handle my case and took care of ensuring I got a fair representation and a fair settlement in the case. Just a little fyi for anyone out there deciding whether to get a lawyer or not, the reasonable fee to Todd and his office alongside my payment amount to the county was far and away worth it compared to the years of having it on my driving record. It was also not more and 75-100$ more than what it would have cost if I paid outright and plead guilty. They were responsive and Todd personally spent over 45 minutes on phone with me answering any questions I had. I will be sure to use this office in the future for any traffic needs. Just a last little thing, I have legal shield through my job and they weren t even able to get me the settlement Todd and his office got me. Please do not be swayed by other lawyers if they tell you it can t be done, my situation is proof that with the right legal representation anything is possible!

TICKET DISMISSAL Court procedures and processes can be lengthy, stressful, and costly, especially driving to the court, away from work to attend the court, driving with anxiety, lack of focus until the issue is resolved. Todd Lehn s office dismissed the ticket quickly! We were referred by one of the attorneys to contact Mr. Lehn s office. Chasity explained to us in detail the complete process and possible court verdict. They took control of the situation and kept us informed regularly. Traveling back home from Houston(Conroe area) to DFW area, I was issued traffic citations, multiple for a simple speeding incident nearly $2,000.00 in fines and fees, car was towed. My charge was driving while license suspended w/ previous conviction with no insurance and no registration. Got my first speeding ticket after moving to Texas for 10 years from the state trooper on I45 north of Conroe. Was going a little too fast according to the office and unfortunately I wasnt eligible for taking to defensive driving course due to my speed was 25mph or more than the speed limit. Not really sure about dealing with the court, so I hired Todd Lehn based on the excellent reviews and Im glad I did. Todds team took care of everything for me. Although the case couldnt be dismissed but the penalty was significantly reduced to a 30-day probation plus the court fees. I hope not to use your service anytime soon, but thank you again for the painless experience.
