The manager on shift is actively scamming customers but adding donations without consent! They re trying to win a contest so they re fraudulently adding donations! When I asked for my receipt because the total was wrong she gave it to me but tore off the bottom half where the survey section was, I went back in to confront her about it and before I could say anything other than just holding the receipts she said she ll give my money back please please check you re receipts and make sure that she s not scamming you

Went yesterday after work there was no one in the driveway so I went thru ordered sourdough sandwich combo food was nice and hot fresh but when I got to where I was eating I opened the sandwich and there was no tomato s made for a very dry bite !!! Have that lots so I no what goes in it maybe next time it will be perfect

Dont get salads here they are old. I guess they just change the stickers date. I ordered southwest salad today and the lettuce was brown and beans moldy. With todays date. There is no way they made the salad today. Another complaint i have is that they barely gave any chicken and its cold. I had already take off some brown lettuce on this pic because i wasnt thinking about posting a review. Im just not coming back to this location, i usually go every week for burritos and egg rolls.

Its too bad a hotel to get three stars. I stayed 10 days. Elevator broke down 3 times. Breakfast was very bad. It wasnt breakfast, it was a snack. Employees were very bad. They dont put clean towels in the room. Youre going to want it. 1 shampoo for 10 days. I paid my money a few hours later from my credit card, $ 250 extra money is taken. It was not returned. Please know these if you have to go. Know what to give all that money for.

They close earlier than advertised. If it says they close at 12am, dont expect to have your order taken after 11:40pm. I sat in the drive thru for way longer than i should have and watched them ignore me. I could see they just wanted me to go away. There was nobody in front of me or behind me. I gave them what they wanted and moved on. If their hours are wrong on Google, they need to fix that and also turn the lights off so they dont appear to still be open. Happened SundayJune 11th.

I wanted to use the restroom before placing an order. Upon walking in, I could see employees standing around behind the counter, okay, fine. Walked in the restroom, and the odor was absolutely terrible. Yes its a restroom, but seriously disgusting. Then I felt like I had to wager which stall to use. Both had poo and pee, both trashed, and neither had toilet paper. That enough for me to just leave. Not even place an order. Disgusting!

The service was awesome! The afternoon shift exactly knows what they are doing not compared to the morning shift. All the coworkers there are really kind... If you have trouble trying to decide what are your cravings they will guide you through it and make you have the best experience ever!. The manager on shift was helping the other coworkers while having a rush and making sure everything was being given Jackfresh!. That showed a really good productivity of the store, Good service, Good communication between the coworkers and a friendly environment. The manager name was Patrick! Please give him a raise since he is clearly doing an awesome Job during his shift. Thanks a lot for the experience Jack in the box!

Make sure you see a receipt before you pay, the workers here will automatically upgrade your order to stuff you didnt even ask for. Orange Juice is a $1.60 upgrade on any breakfast combo. I order a small soda a $1 upcharge from the $4.29 breakfast jack combo apparently. If you order from here do it in the app otherwise the workers here will scam you to up their sales.

How hard is it? Really? Seriously? Is it really impossible to listen to someone for 20 seconds and get an order right? We ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with curly fries, 2 tacos, an egg roll and a drink. What was got was a spicy chicken sandwich with nothing on it and no sauce or ketchup for the curly fries, 2 over fried tacos with no taco sauce, an egg roll with no sweet and sour and a drink. The drink was fine but everything else was not.

The drive through guys have a horrible demeanor....... Yes its bust! Yes everyone is short staffed and over worked but you also had a choice not to come to work if you couldnt mentally handle it. Been at this location in the past. Went downhill too easily. Nov. 03, 2022 @ 1400 hrs. Fountain machine had flat Coke, Sprite and punch. Customers stated the same. Curly fries were cold . Monsters Tacos were way too greasy. Tables were dirty and sticky. I will stick to Jack in the Box off Airport ; across from Hobby.

Allergic to tomatoes but they put them on my cold burger anyway and left off my drink. Food was cold and I couldnt eat. Was on frwy already before I noticed. Paid 11 and ended up throwing everything out and going somewhere else 30 mins later after getting off frwy. My fault for not getting my drink I guess but I was mad the whole way home.
