These lawyers are bullies. I am not a client but they are hyping up my ex husband to sue me 6 months after our case was finalized. I don t know how these people sleep at night doing everything they can to make themselves rich and destroy families and ethical practices in law. I pray to god every night to protect myself and my daughter from the evil that is this law firm. They also had a process server try to serve me papers not even 10 days within the court date which is illegal and unethical. You think they would know better by how much law they practice but it s another way to charge my ex husband more money which takes away from our daughter. There is a difference between justice and being a bully.

As a father fighting for custody I had Jon Parchman. Who was a fantastic attorney that helped me win custody of my 5-year-old son in Arizona, even though we live in Texas. He is licensed in both states, which was a big advantage for me who currently lives in Texas. They were well prepared, really knew their stuff, and were always honest with me from the very beginning which I greatly appreciated. (Case was in both Texas, and Arizona) One thing that impressed me about Jon was his knowledge. He had a deep understanding of family law and knew exactly how to handle my case (and this case was crazy filled with lies from the mother, false accusations, and anything you can think of). They were able to anticipate and overcome any challenges that came our way and focused on the facts of the case! I also appreciated how honest and straightforward Jon was. They didnt sugarcoat things and gave me realistic expectations. This helped me make informed decisions throughout the process. The best part was that we won the custody trial! Very rude and short secretary answering phones. She did not state her name. She gathered information and told me shell forward for a call. When asked for a timeframe for a return call she responded, um, I dont know. I dont have an ETA for you. And that was that. Disappointing and scares me from even wanting to proceed to use services with the company if everyone else is so unfriendly and nonchalantly brief like that.

In order to be successfull in your family law case, you must choose the correct attorney from the start. You put yourself at a disadvantage by not doing so. The mother of my child would not let me see my daughter and cut all communication with me for over two months. So I hired Jon Parchman and he said i will have your daughter back to u by July 2nd and he did just what he said ! Great lawyer and gets the job done !

You never plan on needing a lawyer, at least it never crossed my mind, but last year when my ex wife denied me possession of my daughter, (for more than a month) for visitation, claiming all kinds of bogus accusations, I knew I needed to take action. I was very lucky to have Parchman Law Group handle my case. K. C. and his team were fantastic! They got to work right away in a very efficient and professional matter, I was kept inform at all times and all my inquiries were answered and explained in detail and in a timely fashion. I have taken a while to write this review. The reason is I can t seem to find the right amount of word that will describe to depth the amount of gratitude that I feel that I came across John Parchmen law firm. He handle our case like if it was his own. He saw that injustice that was being committed against our family. He fought aggressively for us and went above and beyond he hire experts, he took special classes. And he had no mercy against our opponents. If it wasn t for him and his partner k.c we would ve been facing 25 year to life for an injustice committed to our family. He fought hard for our civil and criminal case. If your looking for an attorney who will fight for your case and I mean really fight not just take your money. Parchmen lawfirm is the best option for you. Just make sure to be able to communicate often with him. And above everything don t speak to anyone or sign anything without you attorney present.the lion on their webpage really does represent what their law-firm is build of.
