He and his colleagues are most skilled and knowledgeable and truly compassionate. He designed, for me, a unique Estate Plan according to my wishes. When I first met David Weygandt I was considering opening a consulting business focused on high school students and college admissions. David shown genuine interest in my business concept and immediately suggested we meet discuss several ideas to protect me and my idea. I decided to work with David because I trusted that he would explain things to me as he is super knowledgeable, yet down to earth and friendly at the same time. I was referred to Weygandt Law by my bookkeeper but had already heard several customers speaking VERY highly of Mr. Weygandt and the services he had provided them. Mr. Weygandt handled some business formation matters for me and spent a good deal of time with me (at no initial cost!) explaining everything and laying out a plan to move forward that made perfect sense. I have always been a little nervous about dealing with attorneys but I assure you this firm is different. I am VERY comfortable working with David and already looking forward to my next subject to address with him. You WILL NOT be disappointed when you deal with Weygandt Law!~

Very sadly, my sister passed away unexpectedly in late 2021. I was directed to Davids firm by a friend for the settlement of my sisters estate. David and those in his firm were readily accessible, informative and helpful throughout the process of obtaining authority from the court to settle the estate, a process drawn out somewhat because there was no will and due to congestion in Houston courts. I particularly appreciate the assistance and support of Kodie McCuller, my main contact in Davids office. Given the number of times I called, emailed or texted her w questions along the way - all of which she timely addressed - Im sure shes also pleased its over. Thanks again to Kodie, David and all those in the firm. I enthusiastically recommend their services.

We needed to reduce the liability exposure of our rental property business. David presented us with a number of options on how best to address this problem, explaining in an easy-to-understand manner the merits of each. Established two new LLCs and the operating agreements. If you want your Trust/Will handled correctly with extreme detail then dont look anywhere else. We had a preliminary meeting to discuss the differences between types of wills and trusts. After being educated on the matter, there was only one obvious choice for us. David handled everything perfectly and the experience was great!

Never would hire David just from a personal encounter I had with the gentleman. Very unaware of a situation and rude. A simple conversation and being aware of your surroundings could have eliminated a lot of ill feelings. You guys can be the judge if he is the right man for you.

I felt very good about the way he led us to understand the best way to leave assets to our heirs to help them avoid several issues after our death.
