If I could leave no stars I would. I ve been here in person and it was great. I moved from the area and ordered hot and sour soup. It was delivered half full and not hot nor sour! I don t know if the recipe was changed but this is awful. It s actually inedible. I don t know if y all have something against Uber eats but this was ridiculous. This was too expensive for this kind of mistake.

This has to be the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The service was just terrible, from the hostess ignore us for almost 5 minutes. To the waitress forgetting our appetizer and then bringing it and saying she would have to pay for it(with a huge guilt trip directed at us). The food was really bad, it was re-warmed (in a microwave) up and devoid of freshness. This place has gone so far down hill, especially with the elevated prices, just avoid it, a frozen dinner is better.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I have never been to P.F Changs and decided to give it a try. We waited 10 mins to just be seated. The place was pretty much empty. The after being seated we waited for over 20 mins while different servers passed up to attend other customers. While the people who came in the same time as us and were waiting for the rest of their party to join them have already been greeted by their server and placed a drink order. We still have not put in put drink orders or even been acknowledged by a server saying they will be with us shortly. Long story short we ended up walking out and going to the Cheesecake Factory next door. I have never walked out of a restaurant before. This was a 1st.

I have visited PF Changs at The Woodlands Mall a few times and I have no issue whatsoever with the food, its great everytime. My issue is with the attention not given to the takeout orders/area. There needs to be someone manning that area at all times. I was last there on 7/4 and multiple waiters passed by with out even a glance to try and help. One guy said he would be right back, he never came back. I would like for you all to look at this issue and act accordingly.

Dined here recently as a repeat customer. PF Changs typically has excellent flavor and freshness - was a bit disappointed in this visit as I ordered Kung Pao Chicken with a few minor modifications - the food tasted great but all of the modifications (no onions, no celery, extra spicy) were ignored. Still, the food remained very good. Dining in this location is typically very good. The issue with this visit, and if Im being honest its routinely an issue, is their curbside service is terrible / non-existent. Their app lists curbside as an option, and once we ordered we received an email giving us instructions for where to park, responding to their text, and they would bring the food outside. Pretty obvious after 10-15 mins that no one was coming outside, people were leaving their cars to go in to pick up their food. Not an issue, but this was probably the 5th or 6th time consecutively the same thing happened. If youre not going to staff for curbside, dont list it as an option and tell people they need to come in. People pretty upset waiting (big crowd of people with the same issue). In the end, our food was good and we enjoyed the meal, and again, Ill say we consistently enjoy PF Changs. But weve stopped going very often as they cant seem to get the curbside service working and do not seem interested in either fixing it or discontinuing it as an option in their takeout business. Parking: Valet is near which is fine, but the parking areas near the restaurant fill up quickly if youre looking to park yourself. If you choose this option, go to the garage adjacent to the restaurant and go straight to the top floor.

Great place for any event, always clean and professional. Phenomenal food. My husband and I enjoy this place on date nights. Its funny how we order the same thing everytime we go, no matter which state we are in, since we travel frequently. We start with the chicken lettuce wrap, then we get the Mongolian Beef with a side of white rice and vegetable romaine, we try to finish with their delicious Great Wall of Chocolate. Six rich layers of frosted chocolate cake with semi-sweet chocolate chips, and strawberry suffle. In this location we had Chris as our waiter, we highly recommend him, he had great knowledge of the menu, and was very attentive to us, very personable.

Had a team lunch here. Tried out a few apps (chili garlic green beans, bbq ribs, lettuce wraps, kung pao Brussels sprouts) and then we each picked meals from the lunch menu (Mongolian beef with fried rice, orange chicken and white rice, spicy chicken, and vegetarian chow mein. They do not offer parking. There is a parking garage across the street but unless you pay for valet or park a few floors up you re out of luck. Unfortunately when we booked our Easter reservations we were unaware of this. Due to my Fiancé needing a handicap spot we were unable to eat here for Easter reservations. Very dissatisfied with lack of accommodation, but not surprised. Parking: No parking. The mall has a garage you can use but it is not accessible for those who need handicap parking.

Our server, Angela was the bomb. She was very sweet, nice and attentive. She was very knowledgeable about the food that we were receiving. I recommend this place two times over for a night out to enjoy a great meal and a great atmosphere.

Love, love, Love PF Changs! The food is always delicious and the wait staff are attentive and very nice. Never had 1 complaint about this restaurant. I will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a good Asian inspired meal. From the chicken lettuce wraps to the sweet BBQ ribs as a great starter, which leads one to thoroughly enjoy their main course. Try the spicy chicken, or the lo mein noodles. You wont go wrong as I have yet to find a dish that I didnt love. So yeah go to PF Changs and immerse yourself into a yummy meal and enjoyable atmosphere.
