The Asian manager is the worst i don t recommend this place at all the way she talks to you is like your in china in her sweat shop it s horrible I didn t get to order my drink because of her selfish attitude Response:yes I m pretty sure I know where I purchased this item you can take my review off to keep your horrible customer service but facts are facts this was a horrible experience instead of focusing on top star reviews you should learn to train your employees and give better service this people keeps you in business

This time I ordered Lychee black tea with lychee jelly, it tastes pretty good, but the service really made you feel that you are NOT welcome. I guess the girls don t know how to smile. Or maybe they don t like their job?

Most of the time my drinks are good. Depending on the person it s a hit or miss but if it s not sweet enough you can go back and ask for more sweetener and they accommodate. Love it

I had the worst Brown Sugar Boba Coffee. My husbands matcha latte tasted fishy probably due to low quality or poorly stored matcha powder. Not going again for sure. I m spoiled with the quality I get at Ye Cha!!

The last time I went , the staff was very unfriendly . They need to work on their customer service better. The workers just look at you like a deer in headlights with out saying have a nice day or thank you . Hopefully they will work on being more friendlier. But definitely will not return.

The 2 girls working here agreed the drink was bad( they said it was the Ice) I said the tea tasted old. They gave attitude and rolled their eyes and didnt want to do anything about it. They remade the same drink (house tea) and it was bad too. I poured it out in the parking lot. Very bad customer service. We go here often and it is amazing.. today was just sad.

Got a thai iced milk tea here and it had hair in it at the bottom of the drink. Please make sure y all are using hair nets or making sure hair doesn t go into a customers drink. I almost gagged when i saw it that s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable but i guess its my fault for getting milk tea at a mall

Im not sure how Kokee is still in business via their reviews and their customer service. We purchased 2 drinks that taste like water. We took one sip, maybe two, and put them in the trash, we let the young lady know who said she is the manager she just stood there like a deer in headlights. The owner seems not to care only replies by writing back when customers leave reviews that: Im sorry, I hope to see you next time. No, give people their money back or a gift card. Maybe the customer will come back and try your place again. I know we will never go back, not even for a free drink.

Weve been here a number of times and really enjoyed. It was a favorite for my wife when she comes to the mall. This last visit though spoiled our impression. There was a mix up in our drinks with a wrong type of boba and so we asked to have them fixed. Rather than make the drinks over again, we watched as she tore open the tops and poured the drinks into new cups with the new boba. In one she missed some of the old boba so it ended as a mix of right and wrong. In the other she came up short on material and decided just to top it off with what must have been unsweetened tea. Totally ruined. At the time, we thought it was weird but they looked right so we went with it. Only when we tasted things later did we realize they were so wrong. And of course this was after having left our tip at the register. Such a frustrating experience. I dont see us coming back.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Me and my step sister went there and the drinks were amazing I had a strawberry smoothie with strawberry Boba and it was amazing, it a little to sweet but other than that amazing and my step sister got a Oreo c&c brown sugar drink with honey Boba and again amazing. Would definitely recommend.

This one is just not it. I love bubble tea & I always aim to try a few new locations each week. However, this one was challenging to enjoy. I went with the Mango Passionfruit which is one that was mentioned as a best seller. The tea flavor was underwhelming. I tend to get mine half sweet but it was lacking an overall tea flavor. It was overloaded with ice which most likely didnt help as it was fast melting. The Boba that was added was honey Boba which is okay but doesnt really mesh with that type of drink. Regardless, I took the recommendation & went with it. The boba tasted old. It had a foul flavor so once I got home, I tried to remove it. I put the tea in the fridge hoping I could revisit it but once I tried it again, it was just disgusting so I ended dumping it. For $6.49 before tax, theres just better & cheaper bubble tea shops out there & nearby. I hope it was just a one off but enough where Ill just stick elsewhere.

I hate to write a bad review because i myself am a barista/server. The girl at the cash register seemed annoyed after i asked a question and just gave off rude vibes. I got two taro milk teas and they were so disgusting. The milk had chunks in it and it had a weird after taste. I didn t even bother going back to inform them after their bad service. I don t know if i ever want to come back now. I remember when this place first opened up and it was so good.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It s 11:38 they are not set up to make ANY DRJNKS. Their is two employees here one has earbuds in both her ears the other lady did not even acknowledge me or my wife. We stood there for 5 minutes after deciding to leave. As I was leaving I told her I think it s rude that you don t even acknowledge your customers. No apology from her or even an attempt to apologize

If I could post a 0 I would. Awful. Absolutely awful. Yesterday, I went here with my sister. My sister ordered a Thai tea. She takes a sip and was disgusted, then she smelled it. The milk was spoiled. I go to the register and tell them this. They reluctantly said they will remake it, but they do not believe that the milk is spoiled. I watched as they drained the drink in order to reuse the boba. I pointed out it out that they should use a new cup and boba (for sanitary reasons). They were not happy. They go an pretend to get a new cup with boba. They did not realize that I could see that at some point, they reswapped the cups, so they were using the old cup and boba again. I was disgusted. Then they make it again. Surpise, they did not even seal it, so it spilled everywhere. We realized that it suddenly smelled horrible again. We looked at the milk and it was chunky. They had used the same spoiled milk. We left mad and disgusted that they were using the same milk for everyone. I cant imagine how many people got served rotten milk yesterday. Ew!

I was really disappointed the way they handed me the Tea. Firstly the seal wasn t sealed as it had leak and they asked me to peal it off by myself I did that and they just didn t care about the customer that they just transferred it to the new cup and sealed it back and gave it to me back. Without any respect for customer just throwing around and laughing that customer isn t going to know about it.

The drinks were very mediocre for the price. I was expecting more. Both drinks tasted watered down. I had a tea so it was fine, but my son got a blended drink and it ended up being thrown away. The cashier at the front was friendly but had to ask the manager/lead if it was okay to give us a cup of water with our drinks (I wanted it for my daughter who is too young for the tapioca). The manager/lead was not friendly and told the cashier if we wanted something we would have to pay for it. Understandable, but the manner in which the message was delivered was not nice.

Very mediocre. Ordered the brown sugar boba and the Mangonada. The brown sugar milk tea didnt have much of tea flavor. Its more milk and sugar taste than anything. The mango flavor in the Mangonada was basically non existent. When I saw the color of the ice blend, I could tell the ratio was off. Best thing was the mangos on top. Overall, its good. Just not the best the town.

This is my favorite place for milk tea!! I order the House Milk Tea every time with Honey Boba, and its consistently great. The boba has a nice, sweet flavor, but the drink overall has a good balance where it isnt too sweet like some other places Ive tried. The service has always been pretty fast considering I go during crowded times, and the employees have been nice.

I ordered a matcha macaron and was severely disappointed. It was crunchy with a slimy, chemically filling. Wasnt able to refund or trade for anything else, so chose carefully when you order.

Haven t been in the mall forever and saw this tea stand. The menu was quite intimidating but the staff went through the whole menu to find a drink to fit my preference. I ordered a mango-passion fruit tea at 50% sweetness and loved it!!!! It was light and refreshing!! Staff was very welcoming!( thank you Gabby for the recommendation)

There are better and more efficient places to drink boba tea in The Woodlands & Conroe area. However, this place IS located inside the woodlands mall so, its to be expected that they arent as efficient as a restaurant or actual teahouse would be. They have a small working area and very few workers behind the counter at once. Their Kokee Milk Tea is okay, its an Earl Grey tea base with organic milk its sweet with a rather bitter after taste.

Firstly I want to write I am a bubble tea fanatic and have high expectation on bubble teas and unfortunately this one does not make the cut of bubble teas that I would franchise (and there are a couple of bubble teas that are gonna be opening up in the area that are going to be fierce competition--one of them will be Sharetea which is a very good franchise bubble tea). Sadly, the menu here is quite small and nothing screaming uniqueness and also its very weak (its not authentic either). I see others putting 2 toppings to get the flavor which is 50 cents extra making that tea almost a price of meal. I get it. Its good quality tea but still its nothing going on. I can get good quality tea elsewhere for better price. The mango passionfruit drink I had was just water and a bit of passionfruit. The only mango I taste was from the jelly. It was pretty much disappointing and more disappointing when I see both owner and GM there making it which does not give me high hope for this place. I wish them luck. They are gonna need it especially when others open up around them.

I love Koree Tea right by the Woodlands mall, tried it the 1st time and super enjoyed my drink but these couple days i stopped by and bought my drink seems like these kids up front don t know what they re doing. Got me confused with my order, i asked for milky blend they gave me the ice blend i know what i ordered because i am always buying ok and they are very slow too. I like the first lady that is in there, these new kids I don t recommend. Hope the owner switch em.
