Today at 12:16 i went through the drive through at this Jack and ordered Mini Chimis... when I arrived at my destination 15 miles later, I discovered that in the bag was was chicken strips... not what I ordered. Then, repeated attempts to call the phone number given here on Google and on the receipt were without an answer. Fast food is very expensive these days... I should get what ordered.

07-29-23 I went to jak in the box, Iam a 72 year old person. I ordere my food. I brough my own drink, I ask for a glass of water. in minutes the cashier came out of the window because it wasnt even the manager yelling at me, that because I dident. pay for drink, to pay it immediately I was surprise! she insulted me by calling me a thief, I told her to take my coca-cola and she told to show her tha botlle I told her tha I had already thown it away she tell me look for it and show it to me ,I had to put my hands in the TRASH !!! aI feel humiliate, and I will never go back there, again, the cashier not even apologize. or the manager, Ther are very RUDE and miserable peopple who are not happy. .

The drive thru person was professional, kind, and completed my order correctly. After receiving our drinks, and paying for our meal. I was asked to pull my vehicle to the front of the building and park in front of one of the orange cones. I completely understand the reason for pulling cars to the front to clear the other customers and to keep the speed of service going. However there wasnt any cars behind me and after 7 minutes I had to get out and go inside and ask for my food.

Ordered 5 of the 2 $.99 tacos. Instead gave us a box of the tiny tacos and then doesn t answer the phone, just leaves it ringing. My husband didn t want to have to drive all the way back so we hoped that we could just tell them we will pick up what we paid for tomorrow, but instead he had to drive back because either they don t have a phone connected (which is ridiculous) or they are choosing not to answer even though they have no customers coming by at 3am right now.

Have had mixed experiences with this location. Day time no issues at all, night time only issues. If its close to closing hours dont bother. Youll wait in a line of cars all waiting to place their order for close to an hour while the employees inside ignore you. I get it, but its not the right way to do business. At least tell the line that you arent going to accept anymore orders.

On this particular night i was taking a lunch break from my place of employment . I was eager to try the new Jack pack that i saw advertised on TV. When i pulled into the drive thru i didnt see this new deal posted anywhere . So i asked the lady at the drive thru about it and she seemed to think i was referring to Jacks faves . I explained to her what i saw advertised on the TV and she said shed never heard of any such special . I then gave in and ordered 2 Jacks faves for me and a coworker . I am sorry to say that what i ordered ( sourdough jack) was one of the worst burgers i have ever ordered at any burger restaurant . Dont plan on going back anytime soon

Starett was the star for sure today. Even though I wanted Secret Sauce, and didnt quite get it, this employee went above and beyond to locate our request. The drink machine previously allowed for sparkling water with a twist of lime or lemon. I know its not a health food joint but I was disappointed that sparkling water is no longer an option. My two star review is based on the value of the food. The staff was great and place was very clean. My bill came out to $12 for a simple combo meal. I got a Jacks Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger combo meal. The burger is listed as $6.99 on its own. I have a picture attached of said $7 burger. Nothing special. Add on curly fries, medium soda and tax and we are at ~$12. Machine was out of Dr. Pepper as well. The food is not that tasty. Ventured outside P. Terrie s or Chick Fila for this stop and won t do that again. For $12 a sit down meal is about the same price for a quality meal.

I ordered this burger online through door dash. I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Andrea. She was very dismissive and told me to speak with DoorDash. I literally drove to the location to have my order redone. She was rude and refused to give the contact information for a complaint. She explained that her staff did not speak English. I will be sure to report filth I saw in the restaurant as well to the board. Not speaking English is not an excuse for bad customer service.

So it was my first time ever going to Jack in the box where I actually ordered food. I had been to Jack in the box before but left because there was nobody in the lobby or anyone even order from. So lets just start off with the lobby which was utterly disgusting and filthy. Fries around the floor the tables were all sticky and had soda remnants all over them. The Coke freestyle machine that was in the lobby didnt have any ice, nor did it have any coke or any of the coke products and a few other flavors were also out. The service was great and the kid that we ordered from was super friendly and super nice so this isnt a problem with the staff per se... Maybe they were just having an off night, maybe they just couldnt get to the lobby to clean everything up... I dont know, maybe it was also supply chain issues and that was the reason why the Coke freestyle machine wasnt in total working order. I ordered the big box of 50/50 chicken nugs, and the mini tacos. I cant say I really cared for the many tacos but I was just trying it so why not. The 50/50 chicken box was actually very tasty. I feel that you didnt get enough sauce though for the amount of nugs they gave you. I think they should actually give you one more container of sauce.
