Simonas, a casual yet elegant place that is a must go for a latte, wide assortment of beverages, or amazing food options. Very classy, treat you like family in an upscale atmosphere. Pricing is extremely fair for the quality and service. One of those hard to find places and maybe not for the corporate chain loving type. If you need something just ask Mama Simona or any of her staff and they will make it right.

Super cute place for breakfast. Very small and limited seating but the food surprised us! The mocha latte tasted great and the milk pourer was super cute. Tostadas was very flavorful. French toast was so good. Not overly sweet. We really enjoyed our meal. Servers were very friendly. Definitely recommend. The only downside is since the tables are so small with some decor pieces, it can be a struggle to make space for all the items.

Simona s is a gem in the Woodlands! The owner makes everything from scratch (sauces, tortillas, etc) and it shows. The food is delicious, especially the juevos rancheros with mole verse sauce and the hand pie pastries. I ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They are efficient, kind, and happy to help with anything. I love supporting this locally, woman owned business

LIKE YOU ARE BACK IN MEXICO! The best Mexican food I have had in the states. The flavored took me back to the markets and street food in Mexico. Authentic flavor and beautiful aesthetic. Mexico chic with awesome food. I had the chilaquiles with chicken, egg, and avocado and the enchiladas with mole. Immediately got transported to a small town in Mexico. The place is small and has limited seating inside, but the food is so worth it. They have a wide range of coffees too, I had the iced caramel Latte and loved it. They have outdoor seating and a very small cute section inside with couches to spend some time drinking coffee and chatting with a friend. Highly recommend.

I flew in from D.C. to go bridal dress shopping with my mom and sister. We decided to start our morning at Simona s for breakfast! As we were just starting to eat, someone with a dog comes in and is talking to some of the staff. The dog is on a long lead and runs over to my sister. My sister is both severly allergic to dogs (not just fur, but nails, saliva etc) and afraid. We asked the owner to get the dog, but they weren t getting it and I kept trying to tell them my sister is allergic. It kept jumping and scratching on my sister and I had to pull it off physically before the owner got the dog. The dog and owner leave the cafe. A few minutes later suddenly the dog runs back into the cafe, off leash, and drops a dead, bloody bird at our feet and starts jumping all over my sister and licking her legs. It was SO DISGUSTING. And it still took the owner minutes to get the dog. We had to ask the staff to pick up the bird and they overall looked confused and not super responsive. We couldn t finish our meal and it ruined the morning of what should be a fun and joyous day! Note to the owner: This is Cynthia, not Cathy! Please notice who you are replying to. And this is an accurate depiction of the events as they occurred to us.

LOVE this place - first time my boyfriend and I went for brunch on a Saturday - then we had to go back the next day for brunch on Sunday - it was THAT. GOOD. I just took my friend in this afternoon and it bomb-dot-com I will say to-go isn t as good, so definitely go in person. First time, I got the Turkey avocado sandwich - it s so amazing - I believe it s the combination of the bread (homemade - great crunch to the outside, but warm/soft on the inside - perfect) - and the Turkey is really good - the spicy Mayo is a special treat - all around amazing sandwich my boyfriend got the chilaquiles and that was really good, too - but the Sunday, he switched and got the Turkey avocado sandwich with me They ll also do half-n-half sandwiches, so this afternoon, I got half Turkey avocado and half spinach artichoke grilled cheese They also do really good coffee - I always get decaf, sugar free lattes and they re killer - my friend got a dirty chai latte this morning and it was also killer Highly recommend for in person dining! Really great food - really nice, friendly service - excellent coffee :)

This place is a hidden gem! The food is excellent! The mole enchiladas might be the best Ive had. Id definitely recommend it! The decor inside is very nice, but the space is small (not a lot of seating), but they have outdoor seating which is also nicely done. Give this place a try as the food is definitely worth it. The coffee was also good if you want a brunch option, and the staff is very friendly. Parking: The parking lot is very small, but there is a large garage behind the buildings, its not hard to find, but can seem like there is no parking available at first.

Their hours are broken into two times in the day, for lunch and late dinner or drinks. Nice patio, not too busy with traffic. The food is good, we had the turkey and Swiss and the artichoke grilled cheese (to my surprise it wasn t drowning in cheese). Will definitely be back!

Very charming place with nice music, but the food was extremely disappointing. $16 for two pieces of toasted Wonder Bread being called French toast is baffling. The chicken tostada was also extremely bland. Portions were very small and we left hungry. Im puzzled by the positive reviews, it must be based on the atmosphere alone, or we caught them on a bad day (except for the fact that we were the only customers on a Sunday brunch time).

Sad food, sad portions. The tostadas were unbelievably plain, the chicken tasted like shredded rotisserie chicken from Costco. But less flavor. I asked for tobasco and that helped. The French toast taste wasnt bad, but it was so flat and kind of just tasted like toasted whole wheat bread not much to it. And again, a beyond small portion for the price. This simple brunch was near $40 dollars and I just cant say that it was worth it. On a positive note, the place is beautiful, good music, and good location. But cant say id return.

This used to be our favorite go to place on the weekends, but dropping from our go to Saturday, Sunday breakfast place as you can t egg, or an omelette. Everything seems premade now what a shame it was a great place.

Cute neighborhood spot. We sat outside the patio. I like supporting locally own businesses and I hate to say this but the food was underwhelming. The green juice was served in a goblet, pulp and all, they could have at least strained the pulp. My Texas toast was not on toast, it was on cibatta bread, with a thin layer of avocado and cucumbers? Why cucumbers? The poach egg was runny with water in it. It wasn t poached, it was sunny side up. I took maybe 3 bites of the toast and left the rest. My husband s molette didn t look appealing, but he said it was ok, ate half of it. The prices are kind of high for what you get, compared to other brunch spots. We probably won t be returning. I will stick with The Kitchen, our usual breakfast spot.

I ve lived in the Woodlands for over 20 years and this is an awesome addition to the places to eat. Not very big but trust it makes an IMPACT. It s in a perfect location if you just finished a walk at the waterway and want something different. That s when I went. Here we go!! The menu for breakfast is coffee and avocado toast, omelettes and for sweetness French toast. I loved the simple menu perfect. Let me start by saying I m not a huge fan of avocado toast BUT I ordered the Texas Avocado Toast and it was AMAZEBALLS. Served on ciabatta bread one half had the avocado and poached egg and the other with avocado and chorizo. Each slice also had thinly sliced cucumbers (unexpected but added to the toast) it was flavorful but not overwhelming was kinda zesty. I would order again in a heart beat!! French toast was delicious. Had a nice crisp and flavor. It was perfectly made and served with just the right amount of syrup because you really don t need much could have ate it without it. Cappuccino was so good. It wasn t bitter very smooth and I always add sugar but it was great even before I put the sugar in it. Overall service .A staff was sweet and my food came quickly and hot. Ten out ten would recommend and return. If you are in the area and you want something light but filling hit them up. There is outdoor seating as well and parking garage in the back.

We love the atmosphere and patio dining here! The décor, plate ware and setting is just beautiful and a more quiet getaway from the usual hustle and bustle of Market Street. I love their Mediterranean style avocado toast and their tiramisu is nothing to skip over! We wish they had scrambled eggs and protein available as an addition to the breakfast items like French Toast, but otherwise were very happy with our experience here. We were accommodated when we had an issue with an item we ordered and felt well taken care of. I will definitely be back! As an added note.. there seemed to only be one server on duty at the time we came and we felt the restaurant could benefit from an extra hand to assist with the customers- the one waiter we saw seemed to have his hands full doing barista bar duty in addition to the tasks youd usually expect. He did a great job for seemingly running the front alone! I would definitely recommend giving this bistro your time and taking an hour or two to relax on their patio!
