Overcooked burgers and fries! The burgers were tough and way overcooked! Not tasty either maybe lots of filler in them? Their homemade chips were very hard to bite into and the French fries were also so overcooked that some had hard, crunchy ends. The sweet potato fries were okay. A huge disappointment and overpriced for portions that were not big.

I have been coming to the Stand for a while now. I live in the area. There has always been a delightful young lady who has the most wonderful smile. She is always helpful and loves to interact with the customers. I have even taken my daughter and my puppy multiple times and she has been so nice to them both. You all need to hire more people like April. She is a keeper.

I love the stand burgers and Salads, theyre the best. However, Vanessa needs to be retrained since she doesnt understand what customer service is, From the moment she was serving us at the checkout, she had a very bad attitude. I ordered the ABC burger. It was delicious. Bun was fresh and soft, burger was perfectly cooked. Parking: Popular area, so sometimes it can be difficult to park nearby. But there is a parking garage across the street (above Whole Foods) that usually has space.

Honestly was not that impressed. I ordered a steak wrap and while it tasted fresh, there wasnt much steak on it for $14 and by the end of it, the sauce was tiresome. It was basically a salad in a Tortilla and what little steak I got was an overcooked texture, almost like beef jerky. I also ordered the fire fries which were soggy. These were a decent price at $4 but I didnt even finish them because of the spice level and soggy texture. A fountain drink is $4 so I skipped it and got a water. $22 for a meal at this place is unbelievable. The atmosphere was okay but nothing to rave about. You can watch some sports on a TV.

We went in just to buy a couple sodas during the 4th and decided to also order chili cheese fries to go. We waited at least 40 minutes an all the while every order behind us was received, so after taking notice of this I requested a refund on the fries since we finished our drinks long ago; it was chili cheese fries to go that s it. Seems like they didn t like that I didn t include a tip and excuse for what why would I you did nothing but take an order at which we were walking out the door with if we were to ever receive it ! I notice good reviews at this place but couldn t handle a simple order of fries what a fiasco. The 2 bottles of soda and chili fries were $19 they ain t that good , call it the rip off stand & a thanks for my refund including the refund of the drinks ! Won t be back ! They apparently like rich dressed people during 4 th of July festivities and $100 plus orders!

Second time weve eaten here. First time dine in the other pick up. The first was delicious. Wait time a little long, but worth it. The pick up, however, was a different experience. All the orders were labeled/packaged nicely, but the sandwiches inside didnt match the order; the options not added or subtracted and the patties not cooked to order placed. We like the establishment, but this was disappointing as we were introducing our local find to someone else and did not leave them with the impression we experienced.

We absolutely love this place! EVERYTHING is soooo delish! We do more ordering for delivery having a special needs child but everytime is perfection. Only one thing I wish could change as far as online ordering. (Which I won t ever deduct stars for because the amazing food magic and portions.) The site will let you name favorite orders but there is no detail when you click on it, you aren t able to add past orders with same issue and gets a little tricky sometimes. I always forget how hubs likes his Sammie so usually ask him. No biggie tho, one thing I NEVER have an issue with and need to point out, is AP ALWAYS takes specials and rewards no problem!. We like to save ours up. :) ! Every time I enter an order I forget the hassle after digging in. lol! No biggie, I ll deal with it!! Thank you to an amazing restaurant that never fails us!!. Our food was delivered to another family on accident. The family went through the food explaining that this wasnt their order. Within minutes the food reappeared at our table and the waitress started to hand it off to us. when I asked her if our food was remade she said no and that she changed out the buns on the sandwiches. I asked her to remake our order and she once again told me no. We got up and left I later tried to contact the manager but have been unsuccessful. This place is unsanitary and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Great American restaurant with hefty portions and lots to choose from. Definitely not cheap but still good price-to-value wise, especially given its in the middle of Hughes Landing. I really liked their sandwiches and burgers, especially their Short Rib Grilled Cheese. They have really good complimentary sauces as well. The shakes are delicious, but pretty expensive. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Overall a great spot if you have a craving for American food and want more than just burger offerings.

I was looking for authentic homemade burger while it was a good burger it still didn t give me quite what I was looking for. The condiments were not easily accessible. They were in a corner near the drinks stacked on top of each other. You wouldn t see it initially unless you look for it. It s really in an odd place. Went to eat here for something new and wasnt impressed. The food was good, not great but good. The price got me off guard because I paid 13$ just for the burger. Not fries or a drink. Only the burger. A little outrageous to me seeing other places at 13$ I can get fries and a drink. The staff on the other hand was a little disappointing. Some walked around like they didnt want to be there. Was mopping around like kids. Then one at the register told me we can leave the food on the table for they will clean after us today. That is implied with the service of a restaurant. It seems they dont understand how a restaurant works. But overall it was ok.

Today was my third visit. Not so good. My first about a year ago was great, burger was great. Second visit a couple of months later not as good as the first. Burger was just mediocre with no flavor. Today was the worst, ordered my burger medium well and it was mostly red, undercooked and tasted bland, no flavor. My guest first visit, took 2 bites of his burger and said JAX s burgers are better . Not to mention he had to go back to the counter and ask for lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc because they didn t put it on his burger. And salt and pepper in those little packets that are a pain to use. How about salt and pepper shakers on the table like most restaurants. I mean $15 for a burger, fries and water?? I expect more for that price. I won t be back. Update: It has been 3 weeks since I posted this review and completed and submitted the form as requested by the VP. I have had no contact or follow up from the customer service team. I do not believe they are that concerned about negative reviews. Sad.

The Food: Good portions and taste. Nothing ground-breaking, which makes it quite expensive for what you get. The Location: Nice location at Hughes. The Service: Service is the key! No matter how good your food is, if the quality of service is non-existent, the stand might crumble. People are waiting for their food with no follow-up from the crew. This resulted in the food getting cold and saugy.

A very pleasant location situated underneath very nice apartments, with a good vibe to the place overall. Lots of food choices. We ate the short rib barbecue grilled cheese sandwich. Very good taste; toasted bread. You can also get wine, beer to go with it. People working there were EXTREMELY KIND. If in The Woodlands, head over for some great food!

Fast casual dining spot with good burgers and shakes. The service was spot on. The staff checked in on us several times to make sure everything was fine. There are huge windows to enjoy the activity nearby. Plenty of outdoor seating. A large free parking lot is across the street and a parking garage is just around the corner.

FAV place in the woodlands for a quick and casual lunch. Everything on the menu is good and it s always quiet and peaceful in there. I live in the area and wanted a burger y all should know I LOVE a good burger. Love the location right in Hughs Landing you can walk around and take in the sights and hit the waterway area. The inside has plenty of seating and there is outside seating as well. I was greeted and taken care of by the sweetest individual. I ordered the ultimate egg burger cause I love a good fried egg on a burger. I wanted to try the fries and onion rings so the nice young person let me do half and half. So let s be clear yes I see the pickled onions on the menu with the burger and I SHOULD HAVE requested them to be left off but you know I ll just scrape them off cause I m not a fan. I order my burger medium well and get this amazing BLUEBERRY LEMONADE Sit down and burger fries and onions rings come out. It looks amazing. I scrap off the pickled onions and notice the egg. It s not fried at least not fried HARD. Way to much jiggle to the egg (and I love a good runny egg) but that s not what I was expecting. It was not fried enough for me if at all. That was scraped off as well. Finally but into the burger and it s decent decent flavor and cooked how I wanted. I did not enjoy the bun and I love brioche bread but it was too much. To thick and to sweet. It just wasn t a vibe for me but you may like it. I ended up just eating the burger without the bun (which is and option on the menu so maybe next time) again this is my review based on my taste. The fries were good nothing special but a good fry. I didn t particularly enjoy the onion rings. They didn t come with ranch just ketchup and maybe I should have asked. I didn t enjoy the better they were fried in. Too thick kinda pancakey. I will eventually go back and try something else because the menu has several options to choose for. Give them a try!

Just a short little review to say that my husband and I order from here all the time. We love their burgers, onion rings, and salads. We always order from Ubereats, and tonight I had a question about one of the salads. I called and spoke with Samantha, and she was so cheerful and outgoing! When youve had a hard day, its refreshing to hear such a helpful voice on the other end of the phone. Well definitely keep ordering from this place, as everything always arrives as it should. Walked in the other night at 9:45 to grab a bite to go since I know that close at 10. There were people eating and the staff had put up all the chairs already and were mopping around the people eating. I asked for any food but was told everything is off and cleaned already, so then I asked for. Milk shake and that was off and cleaned, so I finally just settled for a drink and they had to go turn that back on. If you re not open till 10 then don t post it, if I can t even get a shake or anything at all at 9:45 then you re not open. They seem to do everything bad at this location, pre-making burger Pattie s and leaving them sitting to serve cold food, taking a minimum of 40 minutes for orders I give up

This place is always slow. I waited 20 mins for my food. The manager was working the grill and finally found time to come have a conversation. The girl walking around is the most unfriendly person. When I decided to go ask for the manager she replied that she told me he was cooking. Then when I finally received my food, she simply threw it on the table and walked away with a mad face.

I went an hour before closing with not a lot of people inside. The service was good. Everything was super clean and there wasn t a table I could find that was dirty. I got the rib meat grilled cheese sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! I would definitely go back.
