We had our 3 year anniversary and Hailey our server was so nice. I always get the half rack of ribs and the chicken with the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. But my girl really wants alcoholic drinks so we both were pleased.

Always a great time! The food was amazing and the service was even better. I love the atmosphere and will go back again and again! Parking: The parking is free and if you cant find a spot right near the restaurant, there are parking lots surrounding that you can use as well. Kid-friendliness: They have a larger kids menu and are great with the littles. My kids and grandkids love coming here with us! Wheelchair accessibility: There was a lady in a wheelchair in front of us when we arrived and I noticed how easy it was for her family to navigate her through the entrance and all the way to the table.

Just had dinner here with my boyfriend and will not be returning mostly due to the poor quality of service but also due to the not-so-great food and drinks. Our waitress immediately approached us upon sitting down and asked us about our drinks so I asked if they had any flavored margaritas because I was given 0 time with the menu. The waitress walked away toward the hostess stand, grabbed a drink menu, and handed it back to me without answering my question and then walked away. When she came back we ordered the electric lemonades which was when she informed us they were out of frozen drinks (something that would have saved us both 5 minutes had she communicated that earlier).The food was subpar at best, with the bacon bits on my boyfriends loaded baked potato being served cold and the spinach dip looking like it hadnt even been stirred, let alone seasoned, before being handed to us. I could go on but you get the gist of the experience, spend the extra dollar per entree and go to Outback!!!

We went for a birthday dinner and the food was ok and the service was pretty decent! The problem was it was sooo hot in there we couldn t enjoy ourselves! I go here pretty often. I can honestly say that every time we ve been there the service has been attentive. If there s a problem with our meals, they are incredibly active and make sure that it s recooked if needed and exactly as requested. Though clearly short staffed, the servers are present, polite and present a pleasant atmosphere. We ve always enjoyed our many choices of dinner and love the coupons that are honored there. We have no complaints are genuinely repeat customers!

Logans quality has always been good, but the service you received was unpredictable to say the least. We had given up. But, we decided to give it another try. Our family was seated quickly on a Sunday during lunch. Our wait person was pleasant and prompt. Coworker and I ordered via Uber Eats, delivery was great but the food was not. Coworker could not eat his pasta due to rubbery, dry texture and dry chicken. His potato soup had a heavy vinegary taste to it that ruined his entire appetite and sent him to the toilet vomiting. He said it tasted like it was spoiled. Ive never gotten such a horrible meal at Logans before and spending 100.00 may not be much to some but to me thats way expensive for a meal you cant eat.

There was maybe 3 tables at max eating, our rolls were fresh and hot! But our server was very slow. Not very attentive. The food was not worth the amount they were. My Alfredo was just above lukewarm. My friend found a hair that didnt match any of ours in the bottom of her baked potato. All around it was not a pleasant experience this time.

Recently I came here to celebrate with my family. We had a big group (10+ ppl) and we only had one server/ waitress and she was very nice and attentive towards us the whole time we were there. Because it was so many of us, our food wasnt that quick to come out, but regardless of speed my food was fresh and accurate. I ordered the Cajun chicken & sausage Alfredo with a Tropical AF drink. The Alfredo was good, but it didnt taste Cajun (to me). Its definitely not spicy or seasoned very heavy. I did really enjoy the garlic cheesy bread, it was perfect. Also, I loved my drink it was the perfect balance! I would like to try more from here.

If youre expecting something like Texas Roadhouse or Longhorns, dont even stop by. Prices are the same, but food quality is bad. Youre better off just going to Golden Corral if youre looking for steak. Service wasnt bad but doesnt make up for a $28 ribeye that I dont think Id pay $15 for.

2024 - decided to come back two years later and its still awful! My dad has Mac n cheese in his rice, the waitress just stood there and asked what we wanted her to do. The ribs were hard to cut apart and eat, the shrimp was over seasoned, my chicken Parmesan was so bland - sonic mozzarella sticks have more flavor. We had to ask multiple times for things lien straws and silverware. Our waitress checked on the tables around us and would ignore us, this was after we pointed out the Mac n cheese in the rice. We werent ugly, we were simply confused. We were sat by the fire and asked them to turn it down, she told us she would get a manager to turn it down and never did. They also have milk on the kids menu but dont actually have any and our waitress got ugly with us when we were asking if they were out or simply didnt have it. Youre better off going to Wendys next door! (2022) - We went out to eat on a Saturday night, the wait to be seated wasnt horrible and we had a super nice waitress. The problem was waiting over an hour to get our food, then most of it being cold. My boyfriends steak was only cooked on one side and was undercooked, my brothers steak was over done, my dad got a weird cut that was not a sirloin. All of the fries and mashed potatoes were cold. My moms fish was rock hard and cold. My dads Mac n cheese was only half full compared to mine. We were polite and asked to speak to a manager who seemed understanding. We were still charged almost $40, when I was the only one who got to eat, my meal was not $40 alone. They still charged us for my brothers steak. So we waited for forever to get cold food that was not right, were charged for food that was inedible, and the 4 other people I was with left starving. Also, people who were seated after us got their food first. We were a party of 5, nothing crazy. A waste of our night. We have gone during the week and the food was excellent, I guess its just weekends they cant handle.

I would like to start this off as simple as possible. This was by far the worst experience I have had. The hostess was responsive attentive and sat us down quickly. We proceeded to sit down and wait 18 minutes until we finally got asked what we would like to drink. Told the lady 3 drinks only received 2 (one of us was in the bathroom so i can let this one slide.) waited another 10 minutes for the drinks to be brought out (there was maybe 4 full tables in the entire restaurant). We order wait a considerable time for our food to come out all with empty drinks. Received our food drinks still empty. Half way through eating finally get a sweet potato we marked off as forgot about (picture of said potato attached) we then get our refills. Overall experience is worth noting I would give 0/5 if available.

Went here after church today and had a very pleasant visit. Everyone was friendly, attentive and accommodating. The steak was delicious, flavored and cooked perfectly. The rest of the meal was also delicious, but the steak was especially good. One sweet young lady brought us drinks to go as we were leaving because, it s hot outside What a wonderful and compassionate gesture. Will definitely be back. Went back for lunch today. Never disappointed here. Food is consistently delicious and everyone here is so nice and friendly. Once again we were offered drinks to go because it was already 98 degrees out. Our waitress today was especially sweet and kind. Update: this is our steakhouse, we don t go anywhere else. Just had my daughter and grandson s visit from California and went to dinner here. Daughters said one of the best steaks she ever tasted.

Christmas Eve, ordered the Top Sirloin Pittsburged medium, it was 1.5 thick. Got a side of BBQ Ribs. Appetizer was great-potatoe skins, salads served at same time as appetizer. Meals arrived, my steak was not pittsburged and it was RARE, sent it back. Second time it was delivered, it was still the same, RARE, dont think they even bothered to put it on the grill. Sent it back and server informed me theyd just make me a new one!! WHAT, WHY? It was ok to butterfly it, since it was so thick. By the time they delivered my steak as I ordered it done (still not pittsburged) we were paying our check and leaving. Was going to enjoy the steak for my Christmas dinner, but it tasted terrible and was very chewy! Will not go back. Server was very pleasant at start, but acted like we were interrupting her time at end. By the way, she only took our order, someone else delivered it and returned my steak.

The food was good, but the service was absolutely AWFUL. Server Kaitlyn took forever to greet us, took even longer to deliver drinks, failed to tell us they were out of one of the side items, only did one checkback, didnt prebus, didnt offer a roll refill, and just didnt show a sense of urgency. It wasnt that busy, and from what we saw, she had plenty of help. She was friendly, though. We haven t been to Logan s in years and I have no idea why! But we decided last minute to go out and best decision ever! Good was amazing we had the salmon, ribeye and Logan steak and . My kids and I came today to eat and were served by Hue and Elizabeth(in training). The service was the best. My kids actually want to come back bc of the service! The food was great also. Hue was so kind and offered more rolls. We got the salmon shrimp, piled up rolls, spaghetti and mac. I was expecting the spaghetti to come with meatballs but my son still loved it. Our waitress was awesome. She was there every time we needed her without even asking. The food was mixed, the steak was great, but the hamburgers were slightly overcooked and tasted like a frozen patty. When you first walk in, it smells like stale beer and our shoes stuck to the floor.

Weve ate here 3 times in the past 6 months but yesterday was the last time. The food is usually great but yesterday the salad was served with rotting lettuce. I noticed that the ladies restroom has been getting progressively worse, to the point of just gross.

As we walked in, we noted out sandals sticking to the floor like someone wasted sweet tea. It was lunch time but they serve no lunch portions. The service was great! The waitress was attentive & friendly. The food was just ok. 1 of the 4 in our party really like what they ordered. Its just not a place youd wanna visit more than once.

The service provided by Kayla was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and engaging. The shrimp stacked salmon was OK. It read lightly blackened. It was a bit more peppery than expected. The salmon was a little on the dry side. The shrimp were good. They could have drizzled a little bit more of that creamy spinach between the shrimp and salmon. Overall, It was satisfactory.

I work out of town %90 if the time, loaded the family up to treat them to some Dads home kind of food. Walked in Logans, the blonde girl at the front was extremely nice and smiling! She sat us down, 20 mins later I got up and asked her about a waiter/ waitress, she very quickly got someone to our table with rolls. We then gave our order, ate all the rolls, 15 or so minutes later we still havent seen drinks. So we walked out. Seems like a McDonalds kind of night! To the blonde at the front, you did an awesome job, you deserve a raise and a pat on the back!
