Joe the manager is the most personable and kind person!! He talked to me as I sat at the bar alone and him and I had great conversation. He made my stressful day! I hope Joe realizes how that conversation made my day!! The vine street is incredible and the bartender made the best one I ve had. Happy hour is a nice deal! $10 vine street!! Ok ill start with a positive. 1) sweet waitress who seemed to care about her job. Tipped well. She deserved it. 2) very average food. Calamari had texture of chewing gum. Could have blown a bubble. 3) slow slow service and the wasnt the waitresses fault. 9 tables one waitress. Are you kidding me? Cmon Zach, you must be a better manager than that. Come out and help your team! Thats what good leaders do.

Food was good, service left things to be desired. My wife and I sat at the bar and the bartender seemed to be very disheveled, the bar was semi full but he was boxing around like the place was on fire. Lots of time between checking in on us. I would go back. Hopefully better service next time

Stopped by here after shopping because I have seen it in passing. Dat at the bar. Great service, great recommendations for lunch, and laid back atmosphere. Had the burger which was awesome. Fries hit the spot amd exactly what I was looking for. Prosecco by the glass was on the higher side but in conclusion, I will be back.

Nice if you re shopping and plan to stay in Nordstroms, but the portions here are minuscule at best. Ordered some cilantro chicken tacos as appetizers and I d never seen tacos so small for $8.50 for two. I wasn t even sure it was large enough for a child. These tacos were about two inches long. We were terrified what our entrees were to come out like and bolted. Based on value for price paid this place is a a no go for me. You would have to spend quite a bit to cure your stomach growls. Trot yourself out to the Cheesecake Factory or PF Chang s if your out at the mall to save yourself some grief.

This is a small bistro located in Nordstrom, the menu is very short with limited items, the prices are high for what little they offer, although they have decent service, the food is lacking in both quality and quantity. Additionally they have unrealistic rules, example is asking for soda with grenadine to give it the cherry flavor, they refuse saying its special, so paying customers buying there food do not deserve what they request. Next, the crab bisque tasted like they purchased cheap imitation crab meat from Kroger then cooked it and burnt it before putting it into the bisque paste, which itself, they heavily added salt to it, so the flavor was ruined. I recommend finding another alternative based on my visit.

Fresh and simple ingredients. I was very happy with my food. Our salmon was overdone but didnt kill the dish. I hate to sound like that foodie person, but the salmon was pretty overdone. This place has so much potential, it doesnt over season and lets the ingredients shine. Overall, I ate my dish like it was my last meal!

We used to love this place. Writing this review is really bumming me out, but it needs to be done. Don t order the crab bisque if you like crab. We tipped and paid $20 to order two bowls of crab bisque to go. When we finally arrived home and ate our soup, we are so disappointed! Each bowl had one small piece of crab meat. Total bummer. My boyfriend didn t even finish eating his and I ended up adding leftover alfredo noodles in mine to make into a better soup. This used to be our go-to place, but I m not sure if we ll come back any time soon :(

I love this place. Its small and cozy, and the food is delicious. My favorite is the Cilantro Lime Shrimp Salad. The flavor and freshness is amazing, and the shrimp are always perfectly cooked. Ive had this salad about a dozen times, and it never disappoints. I tried the crab bisque for the first time tonight, and it wont be my last time. I loved it!

Brittani is an outstanding server. So pleasant and engaging. I commented to my wife, When was the last time you recall a server saying it was a pleasure to serve you like ours just did? We couldnt remember. Of course, we too are at least as pleasant as Brittani was, but one cant always expect that sort of reciprocity anymore. Bazille is lucky to have her and should look at her for leadership and management as she clearly is already leading with her wonderful and friendly positive vibe. Contrast with the hostess on station at the time - about 3 PM on Jan 2 - who was rude and dismissive for no reason whatsoever. Brittani saved our first time Bazille experience. Probably ought to encourage that hostess to become a pipe fitter or trash collector so shes not inflicted on the public .

Super friendly staff! Sam has been the bartender since they opened and is very knowledgeable. Chill vibe but is modern enough for a formal dinner if needed. The restaurant is located in Nordstrom on the second floor. You can actually shop with your alcoholic beverage! I have not tired any of the other menu items yet other than the margarita pizza a few months ago and it was good.

My first experience here was fantastic (5-stars) and my wife and I decided to return on Valentines day. Apparently, the staff could not keep up with the countable tables and we were not given the same experience. We were seated next to the kitchen even though there were plenty of seats open, the appetizers were late, kids were crammed next to us, our food was forgotten about, we got to watch everyone else eat before us. You guys really cramped my style and failed to come through. Minus 3 starts.

This restaurant has always had a very good customer service and high standard of food. Today was by far the worst I have had at any Nordstroms Bistro. We were a family of 6. Service was slow. Manager and waitress to busy chatting. Received a bad wine, tastes Old. Manager heard and did not come over. Out of all steaks so unable to order steaks. Chicken was way to salty and the roast chicken was not there usual roast chicken. There salads that were always served in large nice bowls were half the size in a soup bowl. This was not we ares used to at Nordstroms. Very disappointed. Left a lot of meals and did not once ask if something was wrong. Blame this on bad manager of the day and chef

Atmosphere is nice, and the food has been consistent for over the last year I have been coming here. Food supplies are limited (to keep them fresh) so they do run out of things. Customer service is top notch, if your sitting at the bar make sure Sam waits on you. Love that their pizza dough is flown in from Brooklyn very week.

Really love the menu, and concepts here. The staff is also very nice. I just hate that I have to beg for things that are supposed to come with my meal, every time I eat here. Bread, butter, raisins for the kids meal, chocolate mints...it seems like they are out of these things all the time, but somehow all the tables around me get them. Perplexing! Im getting really tired of begging for what the menu says is supposed to come with our meals. The staff always forgets the bread...I have to ask multiple times each visit. If it werent so yummy, I wouldnt care. Prices are high considering the inconsistencies. I have been here many times, but I think Im ready to find a new regular spot. It makes me sad to say, but people get tired of having to ask for good service.

We went to eat on Sunday, very few tables, so it was not busy. We tried to order two appetizers, the tuna and calamari. They were out of the tuna. The service was slow, refills on water, tea, etc were not easily obtained. Then on to order the entrees ...they were out of crab meat mac n cheese, so my son had to choose an alternate. Food took forever to arrive and did not show up at the same time; When it did arrive, the food was good but the service remained poor. Ironically I heard them 86 the risotto after mine was served...so they were out of that too. At no time did a manager come to apologize or check to see how we were doing. I just couldnt understand how on such a small menu you can be out of so many things, how the service could be so poor when it was so slow and how no one seemed to care. Too bad...when it first opened I really enjoyed eating here.

Id arranged for 5 of my friends to meet me last night at Bazilles, where Id eaten lunch many times with wonderful results. My friends said their food was okay but mine was awful! I was disappointed that my favorite thing on the menu had been removed. It was a Boars Head ham open face sandwich with a fried egg on top. How nice to have something different offered by one of the many restaurants here in The Woodlands. It was always cooked to perfection! The waitress said it had been recently replaced by a hamburger. Hmmmm. Last night, the risotto with shrimp was surely a disappointment. The shrimp were so overcooked and hard they were like rocks. The risotto was NOT creamy but so stuck together like a pancake, I had to cut it with a fork. For $18+extra for the shrimp, the best thing I had last night was the 2 glasses of wine for $8. each!
