I will start off by saying our waitress was good. We werent really really hungry, so we did the appetizer thing. We ordered fried pickles- they were good and hot!! Spinach artichoke dip- wasnt all that great. Bone-in wings (cajun dry rub) my go-to... lol- we asked for them to be fried hard, they werent. As well as I dont think they were cooked completely to begin with. They made me nauseous. They were a bit salty too. The drinks were mediocre i got a long island ( thats usually my go to because I loved 54ths, it was my go to for that drink) my better half got a painkiller and had to send it back because it didnt taste right. Overall it wasnt what we expected from 54th! Probably wont be back.

Our bartender Brandon on 9-6-24 had the worst customer service skills ever! There was a dispute over the cost of an appetizer and when asked he offered attitude. He went and got assistance from Kayla and she resolved with excellent customer service. As we were leaving Brandon and his partner followed us out the door in a threatening manner. We cannot come back to this location due to the hostility of Brandon and his partner who is a server. We were regular customers, pleased with the service. It was our opportunity to refresh and relax. On this day your employees shattered our spot for enjoyment! We have never experienced this type of behavior ever! Something needs to be done about aggressive employees of the like!

We had to wait 40 minutes for a table for 4 because it was quite busy. Another 30 minutes for our food which was cold . Our wait person was the worst. I didnt even bother getting her name. I must say that it was labor day weekend so perhaps this contributed to a overall awful experience. Parking: So busy we had to park across the street.

I ordered a Blackened Ribeye Medium to go and it was not only a bad piece of meat, but it was cooked well done and as dry & tuff as shoe leather. The Waffle fries were so soggy the thin cardboard tray they were in was soaked. My guess is they dont care when its to go because I ate this same meal 3 days prior and sat at the bar and it was amazing! Ill think twice before going here again.

Our server was extremely friendly, quick to check on us and anything we needed. The food was great, I choose the prime rib french dip and grilled asparagus. The baguette bread was so soft and the au jus was full of flavor. I asked for the meat to be pink but it was cooked more then I normally like bur it was so good not worth a complaint. I took my family there to eat and was told upon walking in that despite the restaurant being at approximately 40% capacity we would have to wait half an hour for a table. When my wife inquired about 5 or 6 open tables, with other tables seated nearby, she was told those sections were closed. I rarely complain about the service industry having worked in it myself but clearly they didnt want kids in the restaurant past 9 pm.

I recently dined at 54th Street Grill and while the food was excellent, the service was absolutely horrible. The waitstaff (I sat in the bar area) was inattentive and rude, making the entire experience unpleasant. We waited ages for our orders to be taken, and even longer for our drinks to arrive. Despite the delicious meals, the dreadful service overshadowed everything. I expected much better. Will not be returning.

Tried this one out for lunch and wont be going back. I was debating on rating it between a 2 or 3 star. As soon as my husband and I walked in the hostess was ok. Sat us down right away. Our server was Alyssa and didnt feel welcome at all, but gave all smiles and attention to a group of guys. We say thank you and we get back a hmmm mmm no verbal your welcome during our lunch. I had the cheeseburger and meat was overcooked and fries were salty as heck! Husband had the all American bacon cheeseburger and asked for no onions, but it still came with them. No biggie, he just took them out, but again the meat was overcooked as well and had the beans for a side. Restrooms were clean. I usually give restaurants a 2nd try and change my review if it surpasses, but this one is a no go. Environment and food was just not it for us.

We had the tater keg appetizer with the country fried steak and the chicken fried chicken. The appetizer was very good - crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle. The chicken fried steak was very big. The meat was a little tough but the breading was crispy. The mashed potatoes were good as was the Mac and cheese. The chicken fried chicken was very small and round. The meat was thick and slightly dry. The grilled asperagus was very good. The fries were average. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall the experience was good. I was just a bit disappointed with the chicken. Parking: The whole lot around the restaurant was full. But there was plenty of parking across in the adjacent parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs at this establishment. It is very accessible

I ordered the Devil s Den Burger and it was the absolute lamest burger ever. It s a patty and a single slice of cheese. But it was my fault for ordering it, cause it came exactly as described. Had to do a double take of the menu. For $14.50 I expected like, something more than a patty and a single slice of cheese. Said it came with sauce, wouldn t have know until I saw it on the menu since it was the smallest dab of sauce ever. I thought it was cheese sweat or something. There was nothing special about it, tasted like a patty with cheese. Wasn t spicy, flavorful, nothing. It s even worse that it s under Mile High Burgers . Is the mile high burger in the room with us? This place is amazing. Service and environment was fantastic. Prices didnt match the service. For what was received, I should have paid much more. Which was good because it allowed me to tip larger. Waitress was sweet and kind and very attentive. The food was so delicious that I even ordered an additional plate to go home with. Well cooked and the seasoning was spectacular. Sat outside on the patio by the fire that offered warmth on a cool evening and an exotic feel to the experience. Such a great place.

Service was great, he was very attentive. I ordered the sirloin steak well done but unfortunately it was medium well . I dnt like it pink at all, so I took it to go for my husband to eat ltr. I do not like to be a Karen & complain abt the food. I just know not time not to order it. Their mash potatoes was a bit more like a sweet mash not sure how to describe it. The only thing I enjoyed was the buttered broccoli really good . Over all it was a first time for me here not sure if Ill be back. Will see

First time in this location and it was fantastic . Our waiter was excellent , name is Casey and you wont be disappointed. Kept checking to y if we needed anything else. Parking: Plenty of Handicap parking by the entrance door.

Im writing this review because of the key lime cake! that was actually fantastic! very sweet but the cream tasted heavenly. the other food I ordered was a shrimp and scallop dish, i was not that impressed as by the cake, but it was really good too. interesting place to be in, I really enjoyed my visit, thanks!

My husband had the the rattlesnake plate and I had the ribs with macaroni cheese and mashed potatoes very, very filling and the drinks Best place to come ask for Casey.

I ordered late-night for pick up. The food was ready on time and the food was excellent. The cheesecake and the strawberry sauce it came with were so good. The employee who handed me the food was very friendly.
